I recently had a half leg and Brazilian wax with Apsara, and this has by far been the absolute best experience I have ever had. Apsara is professional, pleasant and quick. Will absolutely be going back.

Update: They reached out to me and offered me a free manicure this time with their experienced tech which was a great gesture. The manager is so nice and understanding and very very helpful which is very nice. Thanks to her for making a huge effort to make it up to me after a bad experience. Very professional.

Very expensive services and very amateurish technics. I never got a manicure so messy!

I’m so delighted after my wonderful visit to the Ten Spot! I no longer feel like a grizzly bear coming out of hibernation. Great care, attention to detail, and no moment of discomfort. Will return again to this wonderful place at HBC Queen!

Got the shellac mani and was really happy with the results! My estetician/manicurist was very friendly and gentle, and made sure to ask me if I was happy with the outcome at each stage of the process. Very high cleanliness with tools throughout, we love to see that!

Only downside is the location is a bit small and so you're very close to other guests, but not a deal breaker for me.
