Very poor service. The lady who waxed my hubsand back is not profesional at all. She asked him to put the lotion on his back and the job was poorly done. Very disappointed of the service.

My half- leg wax was well done but the technician didn’t hold the skin taught when waxing and it hurt much more than necessary.

Love the sugar wax they use! Any esthetician I've had has also been detail oriented, which I appreciate.

I've been waxed by a few of the girls here now and it's perfect every single time! I swear it's almost entirely painless because they use hard wax (it's amazing!) unlike anywhere I've been before. The space is beautiful and everyone is super sweet so that's a plus too!

Giving this 3-stars because I’ve been in the past and had great experiences. Today, not so much. Messy pedicure (regular polish) and they didn’t have the disposable flip flops so I agreed to wait until they were dry (usually 10 mins or so). I waited 35 minutes and they still weren’t dry. In the meantime, was never checked in on by staff even though I was the only customer in the store. Two staff were in the room chatting the full time and never even so much as glanced over. I put shoes on after 35 mins because I couldn’t wait around longer, and at check out is when one staff asked if she could help with plastic wrap (too late, shoes were already on the wet nails). A clear sign they weren’t paying attention to me at all. Also felt put off that they asked if I would like to leave a tip at the end, even after telling them I had just felt ignored for 35 minutes. Will be cancelling my monthly X subscription.

Had a disappointing experience there last week. Had a shellac manicure and a pedicure with separate estheticians - neither of whom seemed to want to be there. But that’s fine, I don’t mind if the service is done well. But neither really was. Four days later and my shellac manicure is already chipped and peeling and my cuticles are peeling horribly despite constant moisturizing. I’m really disappointed because I did it for my engagement pictures and I think I’ll need to get them done again. My pedicure was okay but felt like the bare minimum. Wouldn’t come back.

EDIT: Updating to note that the owner did reach out to me to offer to fix the service and to offer a complimentary service which I appreciated.

I had an appointment with Jessica today for a wax and she was amazing! Super kind, gentle (as gentle as waxing can be) and very professional. Highly recommend this location for all waxing needs!
