Jordana is a lovely young lady. Polite, caring and definitely delivered an excellent service! This spot is bright and yet cozy/comfortable. What a refreshing service compared to the dreadful pedi n nails located in the Longos Plaza (harwood and rossland).

Lovely front desk staff on arrival and after payment. Salon wasn’t busy when I went, (overlapped with 2 other customers) which I enjoyed. Yes, it’s pricer compared to other nail salons but, for me, it was worth the peace of mind when it came to cleanliness of the facility/tools etc. Anna did a great job on my mani/pedi today, nails were thoroughly cleaned up and polish job was very well done. Thrilled with the service I received. Keep up the good work ladies!

The said it going to take at-lest 45 min per person and they were done on 30 minutes for me, and for my spouse they spend majority of time on nail paint instead of pady and manicure lol

I visited the Ten Spot Ajax for the first time today, and was very happy. The facility is lovely and very clean. All of the staff were very friendly. Jordana did my pedicure and was very meticulate, asked me on multiple occasions if I was happy with how the pedicure was going - ie.nail shape, nail colour etc. Excellent service!

Amazing staffs. Ten spot service is outstanding. I took my mom for pedicure, it was her first time trying shellac pedi. We just loved it. Especially the hygienic environment and they keep cleaning the pedicure stations frequently.

Serena did a great job threading my brows and face waxing. My first time threading and will be doing it again with her.

At the Ten Spot the estheticians were very nice and when my nail polished smudged because I wore snow boots to the appointment they kindly fixed them. Also, everything is very sanitary, I would definitely recommend coming here.

Came today as a group, and everything was just fine! The only thing that bothered all of us was the lack of drying supplies. We got home and one of us had lost all the polish on their thumb. We paid so much just leave with wet nails and the fear of ruining them. Wouldn’t recommend or go back.

I first visited The Ten Spot for eyebrow waxing. The salon was very clean and organized and the receptionist was quite friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Faye provided the waxing service and she was excellent. Very friendly and professional. She did such I great job I returned the next day for a facial. Faye again did an amazing job and took great care to explain the products and procedures she was using. I would definitely recommend this spa and will be a return customer.

I have visited this place for the first time. I wanted to visit this Saloon after reading all the positive comments. Faye was doing my Pedicure.she was very caring and friendly. But the charge for the pedicure is little bit pricy compare to other Saloons.
Over all had a good experience.

Everyone there is lovely and welcoming. They are always on time and the treatments I have had are always great. Josie is amazing!

I LOVE the Ten Spot. At first, I was hesitant to get laser services because if they are not done correctly they can damage tan and dark skin tones, but the Ten Spot was awesome! The booking system was easy to use, they call you to confirm your appointment, go over pre-appointment steps and are super patient and helpful. The actual store is ALWAYS spotless. The actual techs (I had Serena) were very patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Have already recommended to friends and will probably expand into using their other services too!

Oh yes! My long search for a good waxing place is finally overrrrrr! I've tried different places all over Durham, and this is, by far, my favorite. The place is very stylish and the rooms are clean.

There is a television in the room and you can watch on Netflix while waiitng or while getting serviced.

Over all, I had a great experience in this location.

Will come back for sure.:)

I had a Brazilian wax for the first time and the esthetician made me feel really comfortable and was gentle and did a really good job. Would recommend!

This was one of the worse waxes I've had. She peeled the hard wax off in tiny bits and ripped very slowly. It was one of the most painful waxes I've had, and I've been getting waxed for 8+ years. It was painful and not well done. Hair was left in areas well she moved to completely different sections. In all those years I've never stopped a wax. Well this was a first

I had a facial done by serena and she is amazing! My skin has never looked better, the massaging and products were amazing I left feeling so relaxed and had a great sleep that night! Cheers!

Wow, the service was incredible. They went above and beyond to make me happy and I am so thankful! They were over the moon accommodating. The wax was great and my manicure is perfect, they were patient and took the time to help me pick the right colour and stayed open past hrs to finish my appointment, without rushing.thank you!

Serena did an AMAZING job on my nails. Excellent french manicure and, outstanding pedicure. She fixed a horrible job done by a different salon that butchered what was supposed to be a shellac pedicure. I now have the beautiful pedicure I wanted! Thank you Serena and Staff at TenSpot Ajax!

This was my first time ever having a brazilian done and it wasn't nearly as painful or awkward as I had thought! I got it done as a gift to my future husband:).

My waxer was kind, quick, and gentle (I mean as much as you can be when ripping hair off sensitive parts lol).

I would recommend, and already have! The TV playing in the background was a great touch!

I like this place because they do not grind your nails down with that machine grinder, everything is natural so you don’t end up with damaged nails in the process. It was the best condition I have seen my nails after shellac. The staff is also very friendly and they make you feel very comfortable. It’s a bit pricier, but worth it for the great service and work they do!

I am a loyal Serena fan! She’s great. Very detail oriented and overall great customer service. The rest of the team is also fabulous, I feel wonderful every time I walk in.

My experience at The Ten Spot in Ajax was great. Very clean and relaxed atmosphere. Staff was awesome and Serena did a great job on my pedi. My sister and I had the pedi service together and we were able to catch-up with a cup of tea. We had a really nice experience!

I started going here over the last year for laser treatments. Josie is friendly and professional and really cares about making you feel "like a ten"! She's so upbeat and positive too! I’ve been to Ten Spot twice, both for full leg laser with Chinita. She was absolutely amazing! She explained everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable. After my first session I saw what feels like more than 50% shedding, the remaining hair was growing very sparsely. I just had my second session and can’t wait to see the results. I will definitely be going back to her for more treatments.

Having gone to a number of nail bars on my travels i have to say this one is not just a 'feel like a TEN' but is SPOT ON with its service quality and attention to detail. A big shout out to Josephine for doing a brilliant job. And to Rosa and Soja for managing a brilliant team

What an enjoyable experience.this is by far one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in such a long time. I had several treatments here, all of which were booked online. Waxing, mani and pedi. All services were exceptional from beginning to end. I was greeted warmly by management and Treated with respect and care by Josie. She’s a wax expert and took great care with my delicate areas. She truly loves what she does, and you can tell. The level of attention to detail and professionalism is above and beyond what I have experienced in the past.
She was an absolute pleasure. She did all my treatments and I couldn’t be more thrilled with her work.
Ten Spot is my new fave salon, not just for the netflix and wax service but for the customer care and employee expertise. I will be back, thank you for a wonderful experience.

I received a manicure at this location (just regular polish). The service was supposed to include a hot towel and nail buffing - neither occurred but were supposed to be included in the price. Additionally, my nail polish itself was very bumpy with a number of air bubbles in it (not because I didnt leave time for it to dry - it was like that as soon as I left the salon) - I had to come home and re-paint my nail because it was awfully noticeable. The people at this location were really nice and they are sanitary. I am just frustrated I paid over $45 for a service I didn’t even receive, and unprofessional nail painting.

Rosa was the most pleasant and delightful receptionist. Josephine was the best wax technician I’ve ever met, she is very gentle, reassuring and takes her time. I would strongly recommend this place. Rose
