I had an amazing facial done by Antonietta today. She was knowledgeable and took her time during the procedure. It was relaxing, and my skin looked amazing afterwards. I would highly recommend, and would definitely recommended booking with Antonietta!

First time at the salon. Went for a Brazilian wax. Antonietta was wonderful. She was fast and made me feel very comfortable. I will be back.

I went for waxing service. Monica was gentle and experienced. No pain. And a great conversationalist!

I recently had brow and lash services done with Shaen, Cori, and Ayisha. All three of them made me totally comfortable and confident and I walked away feeling and looking amazing. Angie at the front desk was professional and welcoming as always.

My lashes look lone and wonderful - But I have received the same experience at other salons that are more than $100.00 less expensive

Always have a great experience when I visit this location. Aestheticians all pay attention to detail and do a really good job on services. It’s my go-to location for sure!

Mixed experience today - my daughter and I went for brow clean-up shaping. Hers are beautiful and full and just have a nicer shape. Mine (which were over-plucked in the 90's and I have spent years encouraging them to grow back in) looked better before the appointment - they are now quite uneven and one is extremely thin again. I've had good experiences here in the past, but not this time. My daughter will return, but that was the last time for me - i just don't have enough brows left to mess with.

A welcoming, immaculate salon with friendly skilled staff. A friend recommended Ten Spot to me after an absolute disaster at another local spa and I was fixed in no time. So happy and impressed, I will surely return. My pedicure is now perfect.

I have been so happy with my laser experience at the Ten Spot with Roisin! She is thorough and cares about my experience. The room is clean and has beautiful wallpaper to give some warmth to the space. I have completed many sessions and can hardly see any re-growth, so it's easy to forget about shaving most of the time.

My main issue was the high step up to the pedicure seats. I can't really walk, and it was a tough climb. Also, the washroom isn't big enough for my walker or my wheelchair. Having said that, the care was excellent and much assistance was offered to me.

I visit this location exclusively. It’s so amazing. Everyone is very professional, and always so friendly.
Antoinette especially is INCREDIBLE!

Antonietta Titone is fantastic and I will be returning to see her from here on out. Highly skilled and a knowledgeable expert in skin and nail care. I had changing and ageing skin and was having new sensitivity I was concerned about and Antonietta immediately knew what was happening and proceeded to treat and advise. My skin has never looked healthier and I feel informed and empowered in looking after my skin and know I can always ask questions and receive astute guidance from Antonietta.

Roisine did my facial and eyebrow thread, tint and lash tint. I loved the results. She has a great eye for getting the most flattering shape of eyebrow for my face. She was friendly and professional and really knows her stuff - gave my very useful advice on how to maintain a good skin care routine without trying to upsell me as well. This was my first treatment since the start of the pandemic two years ago and I will definitely want to be a regular at this establishment.)

Antoinetta has been my favourite for the 3 years I’ve been coming to the ten spot for mani’s, pedi’s, waxing and laser treatments Every service she does is perfect and her knowledge about the body and services is impressive. She is always professional and kind! I will be back to see Antonietta soon!

My sister-in-law and I had manicures for Mother’s Day. Our nails look great And the staff were all super friendly and efficient.

I had a facial, eyelash curling and tinting, as well as a leg wax with Antonietta and she was fantastic. Very personable, very knowledgable and an excellent experience all around. I highly recommend her.

Very clean & consistent service. It was better a few years ago and many staff have changed but everyone is still very friendly. Fairly affordable services, I prefer getting waxed else where after my recent visits & it just not being 100% which is why I’m giving 4/5 stars.

Services I do enjoy here are pedicures/manicures and if I really need it a brow wax. Cleanliness & great service were the most important factors for me and my experience.

I have been going to ten spot beaches for years and have found my PERFECT professional Aesthetician in Antonietta Titone. I even wait until I can see her specifically for waxing and nails. Its a very personal thing and I feel totally comfortable knowing I'm with the best.

Very happy with my service. I had eyebrow waxing and eyelash lift and tint with Antonietta. This was my first time doing my eyelash lift and tint and she was so great in explaining the process the entire way. I have very sensitive and watery eyes and she did not bother my eyes at all! She was professional and clean. I will be a continued client.

I have been going to the Ten Spot Beaches consistently for the past 6 months. They are clean, professional and friendly. Body waxing and facials by Rosie are the best (honestly, the best facial I have had - amazing products and Rosie was extremely knowledgeable explaining why she was using certain products with me). Roisin is my go-to for threading - she is amazing and my eyebrows have never looked better!

I really wanted to like this place. They have such a high review and I hadn't pampered myself in forever, so I decided to splurge on 4 services prior to a beach vacation.

I booked a wax, facial and mani/pedi. My wax was probably the most unthorough I've ever had. By the time the aesthetician was "done" and left the room, I checked the job and had to ask her to come back to go over it again because so much had just been missed. By the end of it, I was still left with hair all over that I ended up dealing with myself at home, and it was totally uneven. My facial itself was satisfying, but the room it was done in is open to the front of the salons and has 2 other chairs for other customers. So the relaxing facial I had really been looking forward to was not private, and I could hear everything going on with anyone having a service at the front throughout. Finally I had my pedicure, which was a great job and looked good. But then it started chipping in less than 3 days. By one week in, every toe was chipped. That could have just been my polish choice, but still disappointing. Finally, I had been significantly underquoted on how long all my services would take by about an hour and a half. So I had to cancel my manicure last minute and had to scramble to get it done elsewhere the next day before leaving.

All and all, I really wanted to like this place and the aesthetician and secretary were very professional and sweet. But considering how much I spent, I was beyond disappointed and frustrated and won't be coming back unfortunately: (

Started laser hair removal with Roisin and the results are incredible. I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend this service and Roisin. She also does great waxing services.

Other amazingly talented aestheticians at this location include Antonietta and Angie. I’ve seen them both for mani, pedi and waxing.

It’s been awhile since I’ve done a facial at the TenSpot, but I wouldn’t hesitate to book with any of these ladies.

I’ve been a client at the Beaches location ever since it first opened its doors - 2010? The staff are all well trained. The space is clean. Front Desk staff are always helpful. Take it from a long time client, go here and you won’t be disappointed.

What a gem of a place! This was my first waxing experience, and I had been warned by friends of the pain (not from this salon), so was not anticipating an enjoyable visit. Thankfully, Roisin is AMAZING! She took the time to start slowly and check in often to make sure that I was as comfortable as possible. The pain was also much less than expected!

I was super excited to get my first brow lamination today. Unfortunately it was a terrible overall experience. The whole process was so rushed, the tint is all around my actual brow, the lamination did not stick (she only kept the plastic on for a minute) the hair around my eyebrow was not cleaned, the brow hairs were not actually cut enough, and the waxing that was done left my skin with bumps all over. Was a huge waste of $130 since my eyebrows look worse after the lamination. Definitely do not recommend going here for this!

They are professional, punctual and take pride in doing a good job. The space is clean and staff are friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend the Ten Spot Beaches location!

I'm a regular at TEN SPOT Beaches and have been consistently impressed with the services received (mainly mani and pedi) and the timeliness of the appointments. Roisin - who is relatively new - is terrific in every way - her work is exceptional and she is professional, upbeat, interested and interesting. Others who have done my nails are equally as talented and welcoming. The front line staff are always helpful, efficient and friendly.

Antonietta was amazing as usual! I am so happy they are up and running, had my ear, nose and brows waxed, always professional and friendly.

I was hesitant to leave such a glowing review for fear it will make getting appointments with her more difficult to schedule, but she deserves all the kudos. She's always friendly and efficient, and is obsessed with getting the little details right. Exactly what you want when you're trusting some one with you brows!

First time at Ten Spot and I’ve been getting my nails done my whole life. Pedicure was great but the manicure was the worst shellac manicure I’ve ever had. It’s uneven and there are little bubbles. To top it off this place charges way more than regular nail salons so very disappointed.

Althea gave me a manicure and a pedicure just before a big birthday trip. My friend who accompanied me was so impressed he came came back for a pedicure the very next day! Would definitely recommend her and would go back again. As a guy I hardly go for services like this and she made me feel comfortable and was very personable. I appreciated her fun personality while getting my services done and didn’t feel ashamed or uncomfortable at any point. She was a lot more considerate than other places I’ve gone and I appreciated her attention to detail. Highly recommend her.

I popped in to get my brows tidied up while travelling. Asshmeen is warm, fast and accurate. Ask for her if you want a top shelf wax and a smile on your face. I'll be back next time I'm passing through the city.

After a lot of research and debate, I started laser hair removal treatments at this salon. They have probably the best laser machine currently available on the market. My esthetician, Althea, was very pleasant and professional. She showed a great deal of care during the service. It's evident that she loves what she does and takes pride in the quality of her work. I was very pleased with my service and would really recommend Althea for your services.

Amazing service. Quick and comfortable. I got the card of my technician because she was so great and I'd definitely book with her again, recommend her fully! My only issue was the Netflix wasn't working, I look forward to the distraction, and was left hanging mid Drag Race ️
Fortunately Antonietta was easy to talk to but I highly recommend switching your internet provider. Some people don't want the awkward silence.

Adequate service. Made an appointment for a gel removal before closing time on a Sunday. However, esthetician seemed rushed and made unnecessary comments about the quality of my previous gel polish. As a first time customer, I felt as if I was burdening them and quality of care could have been higher.

This is a great place. The people are professional, kind and honest. I would recommend the 10 spot to anyone.

I have been to this Ten Spot location a couple times since I moved to the area, once for a mani and yesterday for a waxing service. Both times service was on time, friendly and professional - totally recommend. Angelina who did my wax was super efficient and nice. Prices are reasonable and the Ten Spot just always makes you feel better about the cleanliness of the salon and the training of their estheticians than other "no-name" salons and nail places.

Great place overall! Everyone there is super friendly and welcoming. I didnt have an appointment for a pedicure and walked in and they were able to accommodate me. They go above and beyond with service- cappuccinos, great selection of magazines, Netflix etc. It's a great place to go with your girlfriends or if you are alone it's like your friendly neighborhood hangout. I will definitely be back.

Had a great pedi with Roisin! The spa was immaculate and very welcoming. Would definitely recommend it!

We booked for 3 people for a birthday and when we were 5 minutes late, we were down the street at Pure and Simple, and were reprimanded for being late and then told that they couldn't wait the 7 minutes it would take us to walk to their shop. Absolutely, rude! Will never go again.

Great service from all staff. Beaches location is clean and all staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Offer a variety of services and all staff are qualified and do a great job. Great laser services - have seen great results and much better experience vs other spas. Would recommend to all.

Been going here for years and love it, it’s a clean, welcoming environment with a so many lovely people working there needless to say it’s my go to. I get my brows threaded there and the attention to detail is absolutely refreshing. Keep up the good work gals!

Great experience here! It’s been super clean each time I’ve gotten a wax and everyone’s very friendly. Being able to watch ‘Friends’ on Netflix during your service is definitely a plus.
