I got a facial here. The esthetician and the actual facial were fine (7/10).

My number one complaint is that the rooms are not sound proof, you can hear everything in the facial room. During the time of my facial, the rest of the salon was very busy, as such it was VERY loud in the facial room. Sounds of loud conversations and cupboards closing, clanging bowls. Sadly I wasn’t able to decompress and relax at all: (

Ophelia at TenSpot Don Mills was fantastic as always. I had a waxing treatment there just before Christmas. #FeelLikeATen

Dissapointing experience, mani was painful and polishing was not neat at all.
I went there for the first time 10 days ago after 3 days, started chipping, now half of shelac polish is gone.
Not recommended.

It was my first time at the ten spot. I got the eyebrow wax and shape service with Michelle who was amazing. Super informative and had me done in minutes. The best brow tech I’ve had. Will definitely be coming back!

Normally, removing hair is not a fun experience but I laughed with Alexis AND did not experience brutal pain.
I have sensitive skin and Alexis made sure to use different waxes for more sensitive areas and communicated efficiently, confidently, and checked in consistently regarding my comfortability and pain levels. This is incredible important to me as I have bled and bruised from past waxing and experienced poor communication and lack of check ins.

Also! The spa is located in a little nook of Shops at Donmills in a bright and warm ambience with wine or bubble to order! There was no loud music or what I’d call hospital lighting which means limited to none overstimulation, folks!
There are separate rooms for waxing, providing privacy for your appointment as well as comfortable service beds and a tv playing Netflix funnies to distract you for the appointment.

Highly recommend, will definitely be going again, and Alexis is a blast, amazing at what she does, AND I felt comfortable and silly the whole time:)

I had such a lovely experience with Leah at the Don Mills location! Her attention to detail is fantastic and she made sure that I was 100% happy with my manicure!

I paid $25 for brow tint. It took 3 mins, it was heavily over priced and it looked really bad. I added a star because they do sell vegan products and the staff was friendly. However, I cannot understand how you can justify charging people $25 for a 3 minutes service that left me feeling unattractive and taken advantage of.

A 5-star experience all around. I had a pedicure and I felt pampered from start to finish. Ophelia is the BEST in the biz. She's 90% therapist and 10% amazing.

I had a lovely professional today Ophelia for nails, brows and lash lift. All services were executed with professional handling and all turned out beautiful and natural as I wanted. I will return to this location.

We love this location, very spacious and welcoming. The staff is awkward friendly and helpful. Bri went the extra mile in making sure every detail was not missed. I’m looking forward to my next visit soon!

Both Michelle and Rowyn are detailed! Place is quite clean and looks like they just moved in but they have been at Shops at Don Mills for 6 years!

THE MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE. I had Full body wax done including my first Brazilian with Alexiss. She was so sweet, very professional, and patient. She even put on a funny show on Netflix for me. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, and happy with the results.

Overall all experience was great. Will definitely be coming back in 4 weeks:)

I live close by so this is the best location for me, the staff here is super friendly and the woman who is deal with reminds me of family, the staff here are always on top of things and will always give you warning if things need to be rescheduled or canceled. Super friendly and helpful 10/10 would reccomend

I had my wax done by Ophelia. It was my first wax since Covid. She was awesome. I’ll definitely be back. I also like the tens spots covid protocols, I find it better than other places.

I've had a few pedicures here and had a very positive experience. The foot basins and tools are sanitary.

The TEN SPOT is very clean, the online booking system is simple and the receptionist is friendly. I had facial with Ophelia. Not only was the facial relaxing, but I learned a lot about how to properly care for my skin type. Most importantly she able to relate to me as a new mom and recommend an easy to follow skin care routine. I will definitely be returning:)

Had a great experience going to The Ten Spot at Don Mills! Very clean nail salon and professional service! My manicurist Sheri* e did a great job on my nails! This is my new favourite spot to go to!

After just a few hours of posting my initial review, the salon manager phoned me and invited me in for a touch-up. By the time the next day rolled around, most of my nails were chipped or peeling. It was obvious to my new nail tech that I needed a shellac removal and polish re-do; she did a great job.

Very much so appreciated that they wanted to right this wrong and did so quickly. Positive customer experience in the end.

I scheduled my first shellac mani and pedi in over a year. My pedi was ok. My heels could have been filed a little better and my polish is a little inconsistent.

My bigger issue is with my shellac manicure. My left thumb is all lumpy and my right thumb is already chipping. For context, my appointment was Thursday evening and I woke up with chips Saturday morning. And if you're wondering, no, I didn't do anything crazy like go rock climbing.

It's not cheap to get shellac and I'm a mom with two little ones at home, so finding the time to get out and do this is a rare occasion.

Just kind of bummed that the quality wasn't more aligned with what I remember.

The Ten Spot @ Shops on Don Mills always makes me feel welcome and appreciated for my patronage.
The shop is clinically clean and bright with an esthetically pleasing set up of samples and merchandise. The technicians are friendly and professional. All in all I highly recommend you book an appointment. You will not be disappointed!

I have been going to this spot for two and a half years now and each time I left with a good feeling. Ophelia is so great at what she does when it comes to waxing like I've never left feeling unsatisfied and she is so lovely. So is Liz! The whole staff is friendly in general. (They are even nice on the phone!). If you have anxiety like I do, this place definitely helps you with feeling comfortable and always accommodates for you.

I've been coming here since the first month that they opened up and I have never had a bad experience. The waxing is very well priced for the amazing service that they offer and all the staff are extremely friendly. The location is also very ideal and the atmosphere inside is refreshing and clean!

I had a great experience at the Shops at Don Mills Ten Spot location. I’m a bit of a baby when it comes to waxing. I usually go to a wax bar in the Summerhill neighbourhood but my waxologist left and I had a really bad experience with with another technician there.

I booked an appointment with Zara at the ten spot because of her great reviews. I cannot say enough about her. She made me feel so comfortable and the wax was relatively painless. I will definitely be back to see Zara.

I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the spa.much cleaner than my usual wax spot.

Came in on a Sunday afternoon for a pedicure. The location wasn't busy at all, and the staff were all very friendly and attentive. Extra care and attention to detail went into my pedicure, and I'll gladly be coming back again!

I was very happy with my waxing experience with Zahra today. She was professional, kind and took me through all the steps of the wax. They also put on some netflix for me to watch which was an added bonus. Zahra was knowledge about which products would help my skin in the future and I look forward to giving them a try. Love this place. So clean, professional and welcoming. I always come back to Zahra for my waxes, she always makes sure to get every last hair and does not rush. She really knows what she’s doing when it comes to waxing and skin care.

Customer service is tops. I bring my 88 year old mother with Alzheimer's for a regular pedicure and all your staff are so kind and considerate. They take really good care of us.

Alright look. I am a dude, a dude who has some dude esthetic needs. The Ten Spot are pros. They get it right for men. So If you want to drop the uni-brow, or fix your feet that are so messed up with dry skin that you almost have spurs than go to the ten spot.

I have been a customer at this location, for 3 years, and have only received THE best service from Liz. She has gone above and beyond for me, and always makes sure I leave happy with my nails. When I have needed a fix, she has fit me into her schedule! She truly cares about her clients and always remembers things about our lives. It is so refreshing to see her every 2 weeks!
She does such a perfect job that I can’t even think about someone else doing my nails! Not only is Liz outstanding, the front desk staff is also very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this location to any of my friends and family! I love that this location has become my little oasis in this big city! I come here for my monthly waxes and the girls are great. Although I must add that Zahra is officially my favourite. She is meticulous and her attention to every little hair is impeccable - she takes extra care to pluck out the little stubborn ones! Not every girl here is this thorough and I know because I've been a regular for a while now.

I highly recommend booking with her. She will not disappoint. Additionally, I appreciated that she recommended to use a brush to help exfoliate and reminded the receptionist about my $5 off (as part of their monthly visit discount).

This location provided me with fast and efficient service. The staff member working there are very knowledgeable about laser hair removal. They were able to answer all of my questions about laser hair removal.

I had the best experience here when I got a facial last week with Ophelia. The place was spacious and clean and I had alot of attention as she explained everything she was doing. The price was so affordable and I didn’t feel rushed. (Thename if the facial was a quickie). I will definitely go back!

Favourite spa! I came to Ten Spot at Shops at Don Mills because my usual spa was not available and I have been coming exclusively here ever since. From the warm, professional welcome at the door to watching "Friends" on TV during treatments to having personalized recommendations for skin care and beyond, I love coming to this spa and I am very grateful for the assistance, help and friendships I have gained from the girls here. I had a really great experience at The Ten Spot for a recent waxing appointment! Liz was super friendly and fun to chat with making my time there all that much better. The space was also really clean and welcoming, 10/10 recommend:)

I went to this location regularly for close to 1.5 years and until around December 2018 their service was consistently good, reliable, relaxing and enjoyable. The service quality was good and the products they used were healthy and long lasting.

However since December I have had multiple issues with bookings. Twice they booked me for a service only to tell me, when I arrived, that they had me booked for another service and couldn't do the service I had requested. Just this morning I booked a service that, 7 hours later, I'm being told they can not actually do. Their excuse is always "I don't know who booked you in" and "oh she's new". In reality this is a clear management issue. The ladies who work here are kind, skilled at their work, and helpful. Unfortunately the management is irresponsible and disorganized.

Sad to say I will not be returning. Very poor management. Completely disappointed in watching the service degrade.

Let's not make it look like you called me and I accepted some nonsense "free services" and feel back in love with this location. Bad service is bad service. You were given 3 chances. If you can't do the work right, then don't.

I highly recommend Fatima as the Gel Manicure & Pedicure with removal service that I received was ‘spot’ on!:) She gave detailed attention to each step which made me feel comfortable and the process that much more enjoyable! 10/10!
