I booked a wax in and have been booking in with various staff for years. I have been getting this particular type of wax for even longer. For the first time ever I was told that the hair I had was too long and because of this I couldn’t receive my full service because her next client was already there. The technician said she would see about additional discounts, which were not provided. I was charged for the lesser service. Needless to say, I wont be going back after this experience. I would rather find a place that gives all their clients the same experience they were expecting.

Geri is such a lovely lady, I look forward to my monthly waxes with her.

My Technician - Can't remember her name, squeezed me in because I had a job interview coming up this week and because they were fully booked, she took her time away from her break and she did a great job, took her time - was patient and gentle and wanted to make sure I was happy with her performance!

And as always it was a Great Job! I will always come back here to get all my personal needs done that I can't do myself!

I had overlays done twice and both times my nails chipped. I decided to have the overlay removed and got a regular manicure. When I got home I noticed I had several hang nails and a split nail. I’m so disappointed! They usually do an amazing job and the staff is so friendly. I don’t think I’ll go back.

Had the most amazing experience at ten spot! I came in with extremely damaged nails from months of gel nail extensions and improper application from another salon. Jenica, who was so lovely and knowledgeable, showed me the warning signs of damaged nails and gave me some great tips on how to take care of them while they heal. Ten spot showed true care for the health of my nail in a way no other salon has. I will definitely be back after my nails get the break they very much need! Thank you️

I did eye threading at the Ten spot. The staff and the quality of work were very good but it was super expensive (28$)

3 of us went for pedicures (2 women and 1 man). The staff were friendly and courteous. They did a great job! All of our toes and feet look and feel wonderful. I just wish it had included a foot massage.

Angel truly lives up to her name. I barely had time today but needed to get some self care and my face really needed an oil change, if you catch my drift. My face exploded from stress of school, and other life issues but it was not just her expertise. She truly was very helpful and very knowledgeable with courtesy and personality that I really felt very comfortable with. True gem inside and out, and that is the treatment I received and have suggested her to my sister and friends because a talent like this should be shared to those that need a self care day. Will be be back as soon as I can and such a professional but yet accommodating spot in Guelph where you can relax. Thank you ANGEL! 5+

Love the Ten Spot Guelph! The staff are so friendly and kind and they have gone out of their way to implement Covid-19 cleaning and safety screening protocols to make you feel safe and well protected. They have always valued cleanliness but even more so now!

So glad I found the ten spot in Guelph. It was super easy to book online and I love that they specialize in gel polish manicures. I had my appointment with Sarah who was really easy to chat with and took care of a french manicure for my nails. The space was clean and well-organized. I got a pedi and Morgan was great! Everything was clean and prepped for single individual use. Quality was great and I was asked if I had any concerns or sensitivities before starting. Very happy with the result:)

I went for a gel pedicure recently and was very pleased with the experience during the pedicure. A couple of weeks later the gel polish peeled off, however when I reached out to the spa, they immediately offered to book me in to fix it. I was incredibly impressed by the customer service and because of that, would come back again.

This was my go to spot in Guelph but since they now discriminate against people who can not wear face masks and ignore the actual public health mandate which makes room for people who can not wear a mask I will no longer be using their services and I can not in good conscience recommend this business.

Super disappointing to see businesses discriminating.

Friendly and welcoming environment. Very professional. The lady, who I believe is named Sarah threaded my eyebrows and they look great. She was helpful and made suggestions. They turned out perfect. I will be back again soon!

I got a gel manicure as well as my first eyebrow wax. The wax was super fast and easy and really defined my brows. The gel mani is extremely beautiful and I love catching up with the nail tech. She’s super sweet and kind.

I’ve been going to The Ten Spot in Guelph, Ontario for services for a while now and am always pleased with the results! The atmosphere is so clean and chic! They stand behind their work 100%, if your nails have any issues afterwards of chipping, they will fix those nails for free! Highly recommend.

I brought my mom here for a mani + quickie pedi this week and she really enjoyed her experience. Her esthetician, Tara, was on time, thorough and gentle. My mom said she felt very relaxed and appreciated how well the staff clean/sanitized their stations between each guest.

I switched to The Ten Spot this past summer and their amazing service and staff have kept me coming back. My aesthetician, Morgan, does a wonderful job at waxing. She is always very professional, thorough and gentle. She as well as other staff members are also very knowledgeable about before and after care, and after taking their recommendations I have noticed a huge improvement. This is by far the best waxing experience that I have ever had and I would (and already have) recommend to a friend. 10/10!

I absolutely love the Ten Spot in Guelph. Their atmosphere is always so inviting and peaceful, and the staff are amazing. Gabrielle is incredible; my nails are perfect every time she works on them as she pays great attention to detail, and her personality always makes the experience so enjoyable. I have been going here for many years now. The service is great and friendly, they do great work. They are really clean and professional. I really enjoy that I can have a glass of wine with my procedures. You will note this is not the cheapest salon, but this business pays their staff a living wage, which I support. I feel I get value for my money.

I have been here for a pedicure in the past, and today I was in for a waxing with Sarah. By far the cleanest establishment I have ever been to for any of these types of services. Very professional staff that make you feel welcome and comfortable. I will absolutely be back and recommend THE TEN SPOT to others.

I got my eyebrows threaded and eyelashes tinted here! It was clean and organized. Staff were friendly and did a great job. It is pricier than most places I’ve been but I don’t mind paying a bit extra for a great job!

Fantastic experience, professional, and excellent process / cleanliness during COVID 19. Great customer service. Heather did my French manicure and I'd have to say its the best I've ever had done. This was my first visit to the Guelph location after frequenting the one in Leslieville (Toronto) for years - I'm glad to see the standards and quality are just as excellent! Never a bad experience, all the girls very competent and professional, seem to do all they can to make your experience an enjoyable one to keep ya coming back!

$150 for a shellac manicure/pedicure is outrageous. The service took forever and I cannot say I am pleased with the end result. Definitely not worth the money.

Just had a much needed (quickie) pedi and wow was I blown away by all they are doing to ensure safety during the COVID pandemic. I have always been impressed after visiting in the past, but I wanted to highlight just how impressed I was with this visit and how comfortable I felt, considering the circumstances.
