DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR NAILS DONE. I got my mother a gift card for a manicure and pedicure and it amounted to $130. Less than 24 hours after she left 4 of her shellack nails peeled off. She called and they offered to redo them, but once agin only hours after she left, her nails chipped. I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau in Canada to register a formal complaint. By reporting this firm to the Better Business Bureau, I hope to bring attention to any unethical or unsatisfactory practices. I hope that this establishment improves their services as this location has so much potential to succeed.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. Had the best experience here I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Very safe and comfortable environment. I also had the facial which came with a scalp, shoulder, neck massage was not expecting that. Best facial I’ve ever had and will not go anywhere else. Could not Recommend this place enough. It is a little pricey but the service is amazing.

Clean, simple decor, stocked with nice products. The staff are welcoming and the pricing isn't too high.

I'm a long term fan of manis and pedis.imho Ten Spot is second to none in quality of service/skill of aestheticians, cleanliness, and overall customer service. Yes it's a bit more $ however higher cost is worth it when considering above criteria!

Horrible experience. I got a shellac manicure for a wedding I was in - it chipped the same night I got it, and had completely peeled off by day 3, before the wedding even happened. The nail technician had such a difficult time completing the manicure, I couldn't get the full service I had requested because she ran out of time. It was also extremely overpriced compared to other salons, especially given the very poor quality and service. Don't waste your money!

I called to follow up with my aesthetician because I had questions and concerns about the service I had received a few days later. She was great about it! She explained, reassured me, and then followed up just to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Charlie is a true professional! Ten stars!

Completely ruined my nails and sent me home with no compensation or solutions, said they couldn't remove my gel polish after scrapping at them and filing them down. My nails looked so TERRIBLE. Wish they had of told me before they ruined them. Cost my a fortune to get the mess they made fixed at another salon

Owner is rude with bad skin, left customers soaking in luke warm water for 20 minutes with no one else in the place. Very dirty and dingy.

Needed the pedi for feet desperately.found them online, chose them on a whim and was pleasantly surprised of how good their work was. Katie did an amazing job.

Nice staff, clean space. I felt comfortable from a COVID perspective. My only feedback is that the pedicure benches aren't very comfortable.

I went in with a photo of a manicure design that I was interested in, and my nail tech delivered and then some! She was really wonderful, funny, and detail oriented. I felt she also went the extra mile to add special/final touches to my nails; like literally painstakingly adding flakey sparkles onto each nail on places where she felt they were needed. Thank you so much and see you again! <3

Will not be returning. First one in two years due to COVID and I wasted my money. My polish wasn't dry and she was showing me the door. When I commented it was the first time I was leaving with wet polish she said she'd fix it. She then wrapped my feet up in twisted Kleenex, and said there you go (or something to that effect). Of course by the time I got home the polish on two of my my baby toes is all smudged. Kleenex just didn't cut it honey. In all fairness to them the young girl cashing me out asked if I'd wanted to sit and wait until it was dried but by that point I was done. Walking the 3 blocks back to my car with Kleenex stuck between my toes made me think back on her service and it really wasn't the best. I don't think she smiled once. My past visits though not many had always been exceptional, but then that was two years ago. Very poor quality service now and for the price they charge that's terrible.

This business is so gross not clean, high prices and Charlie lifted my skin while giving a wax never ever again will I ever go here and they don’t even give the full experience just 15 minutes and they want you out. Don’t waste your money please!

Had my first pedicure since pre-covid. The overall experience from start to finish was excellent. Brian did my pedicure. He had his work cut out for him and I know it's going to take some regular pampering to get back to where I was, That being said he did a great job. I've been to many different places before but I have to say the overall regular safety/cleanliness practices are so different than what I've experienced before. I was very impressed and will definitely be back. The staff that were there were very friendly and welcoming. I can't wait until all their services are offered so I can try them too. I would definitely recommend Brian.

I want to preface my review by saying the service itself was fantastic. We’re very happy with our manicures and the technicians were professional and friendly.

I’m rating my experience a 2 instead of a 4.5 because of our overall experience. When my mother and I arrived on time for our appointment, we were told that a guest had come in for her appointment without booking a gel removal so they were behind (due to covid only 2/3 of the stations can be used). They asked if we still wanted our services (seriously? !) or if we wanted to change to a different service if we didn’t want to wait - which was declined as we wanted to service we booked. We felt awkward and uncomfortable.

The result was my mom beginning her manicure 25 minutes late and then me waiting to complete her service on the tail-end. I booked the appointment days in advance to ensure that my mother and I were enjoying the service together. If the prior appointment didn’t book correctly, then The Ten Spot protocol should be that they needed to reschedule because they had conflicting appointments booked, especially in this covid era. I found it unacceptable. While I did enjoy the service itself, I’m not sure I want to return to a place that doesn’t value its customers time.

Honestly best wax I’ve ever had every time I go: P Adrienne is amazing 10/10 recommend. She’s super quick and efficient (somehow it’s less painful too) and really friendly and fun to chat with. She’s the best and I will definitely keep going back!

I’ve been to this location about 5 times, brought my sister and mother in for appointments as well. Over the last couple years the quality hasn’t been as good, and even had to have my nails redone by another staff member on one occasion. This was because the nails would not dry, maybe the layers were too thick, or they didn’t allow for enough drying time, or the polish was old, I don’t know, but it was a big waste of my time. There were 2 times when the staff member seemed like they were rushing through the appointment and my nails looked lopsided (all the nails seemed to be shaped on an angle). Also, on 2 occasions when the nail polish was being applied, they didn’t go all the way to the cuticle, leaving a big gap. It’s a nice environment, they have tv’s and you can watch what you want or socialize with the staff, but a lot of the times I think this is distracting for the staff, and the customer, so you don’t notice a mistake. Every time I go in there there seems to be new staff members, so even if you find someone you like, the next time you go in they might not be there. I’m glad I decided to stop going back, because now I heard that their prices have all gone up too. For the same price you could go to a spa instead.

The place is cute and clean and you want to stay once you arrive and have every service they offer. If you want professional, quality service - then you don't have to think twice! Go to Ten Spot!

Friendly knowledgable and helpful staff, owners were very pleasant and kind. Very well kempt establishment pricey but you get amazing service by trained professionals. I will be back for another pedicure and other services they offer.

I am amazed with Adrienne's service quality and professionalism! I got a laser treatment and she was incredible! Adrienne ensured that I was comfortable with the treatment process, explained everything perfectly and was fun to talk to during the process. This was a great experience!

I went in for a Brazilian wax and was super nervous but I was made to feel super comfortable! Everything was explained to me as we went along and she distracted me with conversation. There was even some tv playing which made a difference for me personally. I left a really happy customer and Adrienne did an amazing job with her customer service and waxing service! I will be returning:)

I had my first appointment here with Charlie. The entire staff made me feel so welcomed and calm. I'm definitely going to become a regular here. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

I paid about $150 dollars (with tip) for an eye brow tint and a lash tint and lift. I see absolutely no difference in my lashes at all. I’m not sure why it’s marketed as a “forget the mascara service. ” It’s like I paid $150 for a brow tint which feels wrong. My aesthetician was super nice and bubbly, I liked her and my brows look pretty good. I’m just unhappy with the price for the results unfortunately.

I highly recommend The Ten Spot. I had a facial done with Erin and I had such a lovely relaxing experience. This was my first time at The Ten Spot and it won't be my last. Pedicure was well done. Spa is very clean, staff is professional. Online booking and appointment confirmation is simple. Would definitely go back. Only reason for 4 star is price is slightly high, but I’m always willing to pay more for quality!
