My appoint was wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable, explained everything in detail. Answered all my questions. Very nice atmosphere, very clean and organized. I was so very happy with the service and I will be back.

Visited yesterday for the first time and this is the best pedicure I've ever had! The atmosphere, service and staff are all excellent. This will be my new spot for pedicures.

Booking was really easy and the staff were friendly but the quality of the product wasn’t anywhere near what I would have expected for the price! I got the BIAB gel nails and it wasn’t as substantial or durable as builder gel I’ve had done elsewhere. Almost exactly at the 1 week mark when their guarantee is over it was peeling and separating from my nails. I haven’t had this issue with other products and wear gloves when cleaning etc… so I was following instructions for longevity as they outlined. Considering it was more expensive than almost anywhere else I can’t recommend them for this service but would definitely return for a pedicure or something due to the ease of booking and friendly service I just don’t think that product/service is worth the cost.

I hadn't had waxing done in many years, just shaved.but Cindy made my "first time" experience seamless and kept me comfortable with conversation. I would highly recommend this place for waxing services!

This will definitely be my new go to for waxing! Jenny made the experience so smooth, friendly, quick and efficient! We need more people like her. I finally found a place that is clean and knows what they are doing when it comes to waxing. Thank you again

Had a lovely lash lift + tint with Amanda today. Very friendly staff, clean space and lots of services to choose from.

Don’t waste your money. I got a lash lift and tint as well as a brow lamination and tint. She got the lash tint all over my eyelids and did not bother to wipe it away, leaving stains that look like a bad mascara job. My lashes also all clumped together and nothing was done to fix it, leaving them to dry in clumps. This however was nothing though compared to the brows I had done. The brown lamination was the worst I have ever seen done- and after reaching out to 2 other esthetician's after my appointment both said the job was laughable, and the worst they have ever seen. The brows were 2 different lengths, shapes, and colours and every hair was stuck straight up with no shaping done to them. I have blonde hair and eyebrows and the brows were dyed a very dark shade of black. The girl also knew it was bad as she took plenty of before photos of my lashes and brows, but took no after photos. After reaching out to the company to discuss my concerns post appointment, I have not heard back. The experience, the service, and the customer experience all are trash.

Came in for a Maní/Pedí before my trip and Amanda was amazing - really did an awesome job getting the neon colour I chose to really pop. Everyone I encountered were extremely sweet and helpful. This was my first time here (was a Christmas gift from my in laws) but it was so positive, I'll definitely be back again soon!

First time. Easy to book an appointment online. Great experience. Two toes in she confirmed if I liked the colour. I had second thoughts and I picked another colour, no problem.

Maggie did a amazing job. She is clean and professional in her work. I like the eyebrows shape she gave to me. Also, she is very friendly to talk with

Just had a pedicure at the new Kanata Ten spot. As a male I was very self conscious about getting my first pedicure. I was greeted right away by very friendly and warm staff. I was offered a David's tea or Nespresso coffee. My esthetician was Kristen. She was amazing. Made me feel very comfortable and was very professional. The attention to detail and knowledge the staff have is amazing. Cleanliness and health is a #1 with them and this was very important. My feet have never felt so good in my life. I can't wait for my next pedicure. I highly recomend this place. Thank you Kristen and a the staff. Well worth the visit.

This was my first experience and I loved the vibe. Both my aestheticians were so fun to chat with. The prices are great and each service was a full hour. I was already texting my best friend halfway through my pedicure saying we needed to go back!

Both services were great. Everyone there is amazing to deal with. The music was a tich too loud but not enough to keep me from going back.

We had our bridal party here and it was absolutely perfect! Mani and pedis for 5 people. Snacks and mimosas available with the place to ourselves. Thank you for a great afternoon.

First time trying Ten Spot, and getting a wax since this panini mess began. I decided to give Ten Spot a try and am very happy with the whole experience! It was very clean, the greeting staff was friendly and I was taken back by my esthetician, Maggie, who did a fantastic job! I'm glad I took the chance and got the membership before even trying the place out, as I will gladly go back.

The only thing that bothered me was that I could hear people in the next room over but that’s it! Aside from that the service was excellent ️

Love the service at this location. They keep it very clean and they make it very enjoyable. I usually go biweekly for a gel polish job and I've also enjoyed having my brows threaded and my lashes tinted and lifted. I look forward to seeing what else they have to offer.

I've only gotten my eyebrows waxed and my eyelashes tinted here, but I love it. All the staff are very friendly and approachable. A very clean salon, and COVID practices in place (hand sanitizer by the door, plexiglass barrier by the cashes). The procedure rooms are quiet and cozy, with Netflix playing it adds a little more calmness. I thoroughly love going here, it feels incredibly relaxing while I'm being worked on. No doubt in my mind that I will continue to go back.

Super disappointed. It had such good reviews and i was expecting to have a great mani. It was going ok until they started painting my nails. Seriously worst paint job I’ve ever had, half of my nail wasn’t painted. I had to redo it when i got home. Not worth $35 at all and i wish i could have gotten a refund

In a word: AWESOME. I've come here for a variety of waxing services and I've been super satisfied every time. All the staff here (and I've seen quite a few, it's always someone different!) are kind, sweet, courteous and efficient, and they do a great job. The entire space is clean and it just feels nice going here. I'm also grateful that they're doing services that require the removal of a mask. Also, the online booking system is super convenient, and I love that there's so much availability! I used to have to book weeks in advance with my old aesthetician, and it's just nice knowing that you can get an appointment for a brow wax tomorrow, y'know?

Booking was easy, prices were good, and the shop & equipment were clean and modern. Staff were friendly and professional, abiding by COVID rules without making me feel like a plague carrier. Overall a really great experience and if I lived in Ottawa I'd be a regular.

I have been to the Ten Spot in Kanata 4 times this month because they are so fantastic. Maggie is amazing and made my waxing appointments seamless and almost painless. Highly suggest anyone for a waxing experience to book with her.

I got my facial done here by Amanda and she did so well! She listened to my concerns and needs attentively and and used products based on this. They worked so well and I am glowing right now! She also really helped you relax and wind down, especially with the shoulder and neck massage. It was worth the price and I highly recommend getting the facial here.

I just recieved a full Mani/pedi and brow wax service with Stacy and I have to say. WOW? What a great experience I just had ️she was a joy to be around and made my time with her feel special! I needed some TLC and boy did I get it! This place is a 10 outta 10. It was so nice to be around people who truly love their career and I could tell all the employees were happy! I feel amazing and when I'm back in Ottawa I will be back! Thank you ️️️

Amazing salon! The staff are so friendly and professional. This location is clean and safe. Even prior to their new standards to keep everyone safe during covid-19 they were above industry standards. The staff are knowledgeable and experienced which is so important when you are dealing with Mani/pedis, waxing and facials. These are not your "I learnt from auntie" estheticians these are true professionals.
I highly recommend the 10 Spot Kanata and would say give your local 10 Spot a visit scone they have other locations too.

I have been to many ten spot locations in the past and always loved my results however I recently went to a new location in Kanata and had some problems. My esthetician was wonderful and friendly but after a couple days I noticed that most of the hair had only broken off and not been pulled out at the root. I have stubble on my legs and bikini even though I had my waxing appointment only 1 week ago. Won’t be returning to the Kanata location. Otherwise, I love the ten spot and have been going for years.

I went to this location for the first time with a girl friend for pedicures and we were very impressed with the level of customer service. The pedicure was very thorough and the level of cleanliness put us at ease during these times. The girls made us feel at home and we enjoyed every minute! Thank you!

Was excited to try the service out. Unfortunately my shellac chipped after 3 days of having the manicure. I called back to ask if they could help, they very nicely helped with no charge but the same thing happened again. Chipping after 2 days. Disappointed since I paid close to $70

It was great I'll add a pic of my before and after so everyone can see how well they work is. They made me laugh and be quiet when I did self reflection. I highly recommend the kanata ten spot.
