Lovely experience. I had a wax and a pedicure, and I ended up in a bit of a rush at the end and had to head out before my nails were totally dry. I had tight socks and shoes. The person who helped me was super helpful in giving me some extra protection w Vaseline and a wrap after checking in a few times to make sure I was ok with the risk and I appreciated that… all the more bc my pedicure turned out perfect, even with me leaving early:)

Been coming to the Ten Spot on Roncy for over a year and they never disappoint! All the staff are extremely friendly, go above and beyond on client service and the place is always super clean! They is no ego here.you are treated with respect and greeted with a genuine smile. The staff make it a point to understand your mood whether you want to chat away or relax in silence they know exactly how to adjust to you! Melissa is the best waxer I have ever had.she makes the process as painless as possible and really listens if you have questions or concerns. Tanya is sweet, filled with knowledge if you go in for a facial. The staff are all wonderful as they are skilled and the standard here is high for quality of service! Thank you for always making me feel seen and for the high quality you always bring with every service I have!

Booked shellac with a design. Unfortunately the person doing the shellac was not skilled to do designs. Had higher expectations b/c of good reviews but unfortunately it was a disappointing experience.

I recently had a shellac mani and pedi done on July 31 before I went to London, England for a wedding that I was a bridesmaid in. My flight to Europe was that night (July 31) and by the very next day, both of my big toenails were chipped. With taxes and tip I paid over $150 for these services and it didn’t even last ONE DAY. The fact that I will have to pay someone to remove the shellac just adds to my frustration. Don’t get your toenails done here unless you never plan on walking again.

Went today for my first ever wax and booked Melissa based on all the positive reviews I found here. She was actually amazing and somehow even exceeded my expectations! So fast, so easy, waaaaaaay less painful that I imagined. Melissa also made me feel so comfortable considering what I was sure would be a naturally awkward experience. She was so cool and kind and made the wax the most normal thing in the world. I will 100% go back to her and probably tell all my friends to too!

I booked a wax online 2 hours before the appointment. This was honestly one of the most professional and pain-minimal waxes I’ve ever had. Melissa is a top notch esthetician. Friendly, knows what she’s doing and works efficiently. Front desk staff are very warm and professional as well. A 5-star experience.

I had my first brazillian today, and my esthetician was awesome. She was super reassuring, and friendly. It was quick, and the results are immaculate. I was nervous from previous negative experiences getting a bikini wax, where they left me lopsided and sticky, so it was such a relief to work with someone with a ton of experience, who took pride in their job, and was really lovely to spend 45 minutes with. Thank you!

This was my first manicure since Covid-19 and it was a wonderful experience. I felt safe, everything was clean and the technician was extremely professional.

About a year ago I went for one of those free skin analysis appointments. I emailed them because I could not find any time in the day besides an half hour between my classes and they were kind. Once there, they were very friendly and explained stuff to me that I didn’t understand. After my skin analysis they showed me some products that I could buy and although they were expensive, I bought one of the products. I didn’t get any actual treatment so I couldn’t say what that’s like but I imagine it’s not too bad.

I had a great experience this weekend! I booked my first Brazilly appointment with Melissa, who came highly recommended by other women in the community. I opted to use the numbing cream, which I bought the week before and applied just about 30 mins prior to my appointment. The staff was friendly and they even took me in early. Melissa made me feel comfortable the entire time and even made some welcomed conversation during the appointment. I didn't feel a THING and everything was done in just about 25 mins. Unbelievable! Compared to my experience with other laser clinics, I see now why the Ten Spot has such glowing reviews. Their technology really is all that! I look forward to the next appointment and am hopeful of great results.

Great first time experience here! I will definitely go back. Anna was great, very fast and kept the pain to a minimum which is always appreciated when getting waxed. Also they had re runs of Full House playing on a TV in the waxing room which was amazing.

For Halloween this year, I decided to dress up like a cat. I wanted a cute design that goes with my costume and I was super happy with the results! If you want unique nail art, Catalina is the person to go to! How ironic that Cat did my cat nails: D

The worst. Called to book an appointment. It was confirmed. Then as I'm walking they call to cancel due to online booking. Complete and utter waste of time. Customer service is basically nil.

Got a brow wax here and it was so smooth! Everyone was so friendly, it didn't take long at all, and the wax wasn't painful at all. I usually have some sort of discomfort/redness after a brow wax, but so far nothing which is awesome!

Im not normally one to write review but the exceptional service at this ten spot location deserves it. I have been coming back here for all my waxing and laser needs and I cannot recommend these ladies enough! Nelia is my go to, her attention to detail and positive personality makes it worth every single penny. I enjoy leaving every appointment with a smile on my face.

I’ve been here before, but this was my first time seeing Nelia at the Roncy Ten Spot. She was excellent - professional, personable and did a fantastic job.

I had Melissa for a waxing and then a facial appointment and it was such a positive experience. She was extremely quick with the waxing appointment (quick = way less painful!) and was so pleasant to chat with during my facial. I've been to a few ten spot locations and I really love the employees at this location. Everyone is very friendly and I highly recommend this location!

Melissa's been my go-to for all waxing services (she's the only one who keeps my thick brows thick and still looking clean!) All the other ladies have consistently done an amazing job for manicures/pedicures, and overall my experiences here have been top notch. Always greeted with the friendliest service, offered something to drink while I wait, and the facilities are spotless! Can't recommend this location enough.

One major pet peeve I have is when waxing or threading places don't do drop-ins for quick things like eyebrows. Even more so, when the salon is empty. I understand reservations or when you cannot accommodate someone when the place is full (I usually book appointments with my regular threading lady who does an excellent job is much, much cheaper), but since this location is much closer than my usual place, I decided to give it a try. I was also taking a short sudden break from work, which is why I didn't book anything. I wanted simple eyebrows, the place was empty, but they tried booking me 4HRS later because they were busy. I do not exaggerate when I say there was only 1 person in the salon chairs when I came in. The lack of accommodation for the high price were such turn offs. I usually pay $8 for the same threading service, but was willing to pay $20 for the convenience of being closer. I would have completely understood they couldn't "squeeze" me in if the place is busy and all staff were hands-on deck. This was not the case. I give them two stars due to lack of accommodation, but the place was clean, and they seem like they would do an excellent job if given the chance. Such a shame.
