I got a flat tire and was directed here. Good customer service with experienced employees. The price for my new tire was very reasonable.

First time to use Tire Terminal and will using again in the future,
Prices are good and worth the extra distance I travelled.
Arrived at 10: 50 and was finished and on my way by 11: 35.
Cameras in the waiting room to see your vehicle was a nice surprise.

Was able to leave my car without an appointment, that was nice. But I brought brand new rims and winter tires for them to install on my cx5 and was sad to see they weren’t very careful, they scratched up some of the lug nut holes.they could have at least asked if I wanted to buy a lower profile set of lug nuts instead of scratching up my brand new black rims… I’d have bought them for sure.

Service is fantastic, tires are fairly priced and maintenance is fast. What more could you want

This review was a long time coming and apologies for the delay. 5 Stars is absolutely earned and I had several interactions over the phone and in person - first with a person named Nigel (over the phone) and Mike (in person). Our family had tried to coordinate a road trip in our 1988 C Class Motorhome however, life was such that our schedules just couldn't sync - until they did! We had all but given up until changes occurred that opened up - but, our C Class needed tires and over all check of brake condition etc.for our 4k km round trip. Where to go for tires? Thankfully, I called Tire Terminal - spoke with Nigel and then met with Mike. Even though things occurred at the last minute, they tried their very best to accommodate - and they did! The quality of Customer Service was one of the best experiences I've encountered in Automotive: Professional, Courteous, Value driven, Informative, Patient and Accountable. Whomever is the owner and/or operator of this location deserves to be commended for their care and attention. Nigel and Mike are exceptional at what they do - please recognize their high level of commitment to providing The Best Service for Customers. Our road trip was great, tires and install performed flawlessly over 4k km's. I highly recommend this location and thank you Nigel and Mike for taking good care of us! P. S. I just called in to confirm Nigel and Mike's names with a person named Adam, and he was exceptional too! Well done!

Dave is an amazing tire sales man.
First of all his price was the cheapest out of all his competitors and then when I got there he said he found better tires for me and ofcourse I'm thinking typical salesman, better tires more money right? Wrong! Better tires and less money.
Dave I appreciate you and continue doing what you do. I wish all sales men/women were as caring as you. Canada would be a much better place.if that is even possible, because we already live in the best country in the world.

I've been visiting Tire Terminal for a few years now. Always quick with service, willing to talk issues out with me (even had someone help me out after hours, which is NOT expected, and going above and beyond), and tends to have items in stock when it's a more urgent concern. On top of that, they were willing to own up to a mistake, and it just makes me appreciate them even more.

Andrew offered excellent service. We had 3 cars done today. Winters taken off and all season put on as well as a new set of tires for one car. Prices were great and service was fast. Highly recommend them.

Honestly blown away messaged Mike 10: 15am for a specific tire not only was he able to source tires, he was able to beat every price other buddies paid. Did I say tires arrived literally less then 2 hours later, Thank you Mike will be buying more tires through Tire Terminal

Complete trash experience, brought in a BMW 535xi, to replace all tires. When the vehicle was returned, the 19’ M-Sport rims were scratched, as though it was dragged or rushed while driven, deep NEW scratches on 2 of the rims.
They refinished the rims in a hyper silver color when the original was alloy and refuse to fix it, watching the rim in the sun and attempting to convince me it’s the same (to this day it stands out), the nitrogen caps were replaced on 2 rims with standard black plastic caps. The new tires had a slow leak and triggered the sensors.

1 STAR IS TOO MUCH.

Installed 4 all seasons on my sisters Mazda CX9 255 55 18. I phoned around to afew different tire shops around my area, Tire Terminal had the most helpful staff. They ordered my tires, called me when they came in a day later and I brought in the car for installation. By the way.they are the best price.

I've been visiting Tire Terminal since 2017. I highly recommend their services to friends and family. They are professional and quick to service my car. Other places you would end up waiting minimum 2 hours just for a seasonal/winter tire swap. This place gets it done in a Jiffy. Also, they offered the best winter tire/Rim set out there. As everyone knows winter tires are not cheap. This place gives you the best price for your dollar. I wish I had known this place earlier, because other tire places your pretty much wasting your time and money. Once again thank you to all of the staff, for your kind and professional can do attitude and efforts.

Go elsewhere. I simply called to request pricing on a tire swap and whether that price included rotation. The person I spoke with was extremely rude and condescending, speaking to me as if I was a child. I regret not getting his name but he was working at 3: 00pm on Friday Oct. 16 and I hope he's spoken to about this. I was instantly turned off by his tone with me and would never bring my service here nor would I recommend this place to any family and friends. Great job on losing not one but many potential customers through a phone call.

If you want to change your tire in Mississauga this is your place to go very good prices and they have good connections if no body able to find your rims and tires try the tire terminal in most cases you will not be disappointed.

I recently had my car serviced at the dealership and was advised that one of my tires had to be replaced. When I called back to get a quote and I asked which tire it was they wouldnt tell me.only mentioned the cost of replacing the tire.

I decided to get a second opinion and Tire Terminal came highly recommended. I went and discussed my issue with Andrew and he did a visual inspection and advised he couldn't see anything wrong.

Andrew went a further step and said he would take the tires off and check to really make sure nothing was wrong since the dealer did say one had to be replaced.

The guys advised me NOTHING was wrong with my tires and they did not have to be replaced and decided to rotate my tires for me since they were already off.

Thank you to Andrew and associates for saving me time and MONEY from not following what the dealership wanted me to do.spend money on one new tire.

I highly recommend Tire Terminal for all your tire needs because if they wanted to they could have also lied and said I need a tire just for the business but they didnt.and now they have a customer who will return because of their honesty.

I give them 4 stars just for one tiny thing which could make huge difference. One of the tires was rather severely underinflated noticed when I got home. That shouldn't happen. But great service they work with you for the best price and delivery was faster then expected.

So whole process with purchase and scheduling is 5 stars! No doubt
Service and installation is 3 stars that averages to 4. Just because under inflated tire could be potential hazard.
