Good fair prices, good turn around. Got my Makita fixed here. Closer and cheaper than the Makita service center.

Efficient store. They service Milwaukee warranty and its been a good experience both times I've had to deal with them.

The owner of tool doctor is very helpful and honest I like bringing my tools to him for repair.

I usually go to Milwaukee in concord for warranty claims but I decided to go here because it was closer, what a mistake. I brought my sawzall to get fixed and they told me I had to pay $20 because the housing was broken which it wasn’t (even though it’s under warranty), I thought it was weird but I didn’t argue too much because not a big deal. But a month later they sawzall broke again and then they said I had to pay $150 to fix it (even though it’s under warranty). I took it back and brought it to Milwaukee and got a new one free, what a waste of time and money. Watch out for these scam artists
