The Tooth Corner

Came here today for the first time and I will not be back! Not so sure about the good reviews on here, as my experience was horrible. Very unprofessional staff that were bickering with each other in front of patients. Person taking my X-ray threw X-ray jacket on me while I was on my phone. Didn’t announce what she was doing whatsoever and kept moving my face this way and that way, instead of just asking me to turn to the side. Dentist cleaning my room didn’t know how to suction properly and blamed it on me having a small mouth, meanwhile I had water dripping all over my neck and into my hair as well as my shirt. Another patient arrived and they rushed to get me out of the room and kept talking over one another. I could hear all of this by the way since they were doing it while I was in the room. X-ray person took me for a 360 X-ray and then was told by the other dentist that she needed her room cleaned. So now I was asked to wait until she was back. Another dentist saw me standing and asked what I was doing there. What do you think I was standing there for? I said X-ray and she said she’d find someone. Disappeared and I’m still waiting. Receptionist told me before my X-ray that I needed to get a wisdom tooth removal done. And asked if I wanted to get it done, I said no thank you (after my experience, I rather go somewhere else), kept stressing to me how important it is. Told my sister who’s waiting for me about my teeth and how she should convince me to get it done sooner. What happened to professionalism? When I informed the receptionist about my concerns, how I never complaint (but do not wish to come back) and how I felt uncomfortable… instead of being understanding she was defensive. If I could give zero stars I would.

Bad Experience! My filling lasted a few months (I wasn’t aware or I would have called sooner). Was told that they only cover for 1 year. Was offered to have it looked at for “free” but questioned for insurance. The receptionist also compared my tooth problem to her acrylic nail that is falling off, like what? I’m just back where i stared I guess. Was a temporary fix!

What a horrible experience at this Business! The manager Sonu will not pick up the phone, or return emails/ messages sent. A total disregard for customers and a waste of time.
I brought my client to the Tooth Corner as they mentioned that take clients who receive ODSP. This was back in October 2021. Sonu the manager has been avoiding my calls/emails since March 2022. She promised to get back to me a week after our last conversation, I have made several attempts to No avail. My client has been waiting for a response for his broken dentures and has been very patient. We are now getting no responses from this dental clinic. If there was an option to click zero stars, you would have definitely earned it.

Dr. Farah is best. Took my kids to her, she did an amazing job for fillings and extractions! Especially the way she handled the kids was remarkable!

This is a great place to go to take care of your teeth.the front desk staff makes you feel right at home and The team was very professional examining and providing with solution by priority

I did a root canal few month ago at the Tooth Corner. I was worried before I go there as the very last tooth was supposed to be treated the position of the tooth was very end so very hard to work on

I really appreciate Ms. Farah’s great work she did the work so easily with patient with giving a lot of strength and encouragement for me.
Dr. Farah is so nice and professional.
The clinic give me a good price for the root canal and crowning of my tooth.

Yesterday my nieces went to this dentist and had an horrible experience, when we call the dentist they said they could see my 1 year old niece. When they saw her they said they couldn’t cause she was too small and to come back in 8 months, but then why say yes on the phone and waste my time. Worst thing they charge me for saying no to her. With my 4 year old niece they didn’t have the right equipment giving her a rough experience. We would there for approx 45 min and the total was 1003 RIDICULOUS I have take my nieces to other dentists before and the total has been way less. They didn’t even give me a receipt with details of the cost of each thing just a grand total of 1003. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DENTIST AND FOR YOUR OWN ADVICE DONT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE.

Best place for all your dental needs. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Dr. Randa was very informative listens to patient very patiently. She provided excellent service and I will be coming here for all my & family dental needs!

I went in for two root canals and they both came out really good, no more pain! The costumer service is amazing, they make you feel comfortable and let's you know the process that will be happening. Everyone is so nice and whatever question you have they will answer.

Excellent Dentistry

I am not happy to see dentists but the tooth corner is very professional and made me feel at ease.everyone from the reception to the dental hygienist to the dentist are there to answer any question you ask, I met Dr Safeja today, she checked my teeth and my whole mouth, she was very gentle and knew what she was doing, informed me of any problems I may have now or maybe in the future. I finally found a dentist I can trust.
