The Tooth Corner Dental Office in Barrie

Worst dentist I’ve ever been to in the world! One of the dentists there Permanently Ruined my tooth and the office is not taking accountability for it. Samantha is very rude!

Called because this is an emergency dental clinic but lady on phone said unless I have an appointment I would not see a dentist. Maybe don't advertise your something when your clearly not.

Was very easy to deal with and took great care of my needs during my visit!
And the girls on the desk and all the staff are simply great nothing but good comes from me during my visits!

If you need a great dentist for your family or yourself I highly recommend The tooth Corner! I've been going here for years with my children and myself! Sara is amazing I hate having a cleaning and she keeps me calm and does an excellent job! Sam has been the smiling face I see everytime I go. Kirsten and Jessica are always there to help? I'll never go anywhere else!

The reseptionest working today January 11 at 1 pm was the kindest and most helpful lady ever so thankful I called and spoke to her. 10/10 recommend trying here before anywhere else just for the customer service alone.

Wish i could give negative reviews. Prejudice mentality, NO time management and non-Professional service.
Appointment's doesn't make any sense. I went there 4 times but 3 times kept waiting for more than 20mins.

Was my 1st time going broken tooth and swelling in the face on top of being terrified of dentists. They was zero pain when they pulled my tooth and quickly omg so many bad experiences I am so happy I found this place. I also want to send a special thank you to Terri she was absolutely amazing with keeping me calm and reminded me to breathe thank you so much again for your help I am extremely grateful

I am not the easiest patient to have. I had to have a tooth extracted and Dr. Maher Bitar had the tooth pulled before I knew he even started. Best dental experience i have ever had. Thank you for the welcoming and comfortable visit

They lost my file and want me to pay $200 for another x-ray. If I don't get my teeth extracted the infection will spread deeper into my gums and soon my brain. I work hard for my money but still can't afford basic dental expenses. I've given up and lost all hope for our governmentand businesses like this. They don't care about common people, just making money.

I have been going to Tooth Corner sin e 2005 for cleanings with Sara, extractons implants and fillings with different dentists over the years and always great service and accommodating with payment. Samantha and other office staff so nice too. Would highly recommend Tooth Corner to anyone. Decided to finally write a review today after another great job by dentist Marjan, assistant Maddie and trainee Matt.

Just had a root canal done about an hour ago. I have extreme dental phobia and because I was treated so well and them listening to my worries and concerns it put me right at ease. No pain at all the whole time, even when they used the needle to numb me. I feel terrible for forgetting the dentists and dental assistants name but what an amazing job they did and very good at what they do!

One of the only clinics I know that accepts disability/OW benefits, and you might expect to receive a treatment of lower quality because of it.
Instead you find the opposite, a better experience than some of the most elite clinics. No not in the decorum or any bells and whistles, the place is bare bones.
It's rich with genuine human beings who have heart and treated me with the utmost respect, care, and made a brutal procedure feel so much safer and less traumatic.
All the bells and whistles in the world can't make an impromptu tooth extraction a pleasant experience, but the genuine humanity, patience, and compassion of the individuals responsible for the extraction can.
Thank you for existing, you're worth 100 clinics that don't except the aforementioned benefits.

Great little place that has direct billing which is very convenient, looking back, they were very adamant that I come back every month for something when they noticed my benefits covered nearly everything

Horrible experience from the younger white doctor with the beard. I was in the worst pain and when I got there he took a look and told me nothing was there. Made me seem like I was just there to get a prescription. I got frustrated told him to look again, turns out I need surgery on my jaw. He was so rude and it was so uncomfortable. He blamed me for not showing him correctly. When I DID. Worst experience. He acted like he was the smartest in the room. Im not stupid doctor I know exactly what you were thinking when you made me feel crazy for coming there. I am getting my surgery else where.

One branch "forgot" to reschedule my appointment today, appointment at 12: 30 but they open at 10am and didn't have time to notify the reschedule? AND THEN ON THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN my roommate had three root canals which wasn't even the reason for the appointment.and ON THE WRONG TOOTH. Never going to this unhygienic malpractice dump again.

Go anywhere else! They have tried to charge my insurance 3 times so far, for the same visit. DO NOT GO HERE!

Dr Sassanpour and Tiffany are an amazing team. For my entire life I have been terrified of the dentist. I no longer feel anxiety about going because I know I am in good hands. They are both amazing at their jobs and explain every detail to me. My comfort is always the top priority. I have also never been kept waiting which is extremely important to me being a punctual person. I highly recommend the Tooth Corner.

By far the worst experience I've ever had at a Dental Clinic. I went there for a cleaning and the hygienist was terrible at cleaning - parts of her instruments were falling in my mouth and it was painful. After that, I had 2 fillings done and the fillings were high. I went back for a bite adjustment and the other dentist (very argumentative and rude) started arguing with me over why I didn't go back to the previous dentist. I cancelled all my future appointments with them and don't recommend this place at all - save yourself the pain and harassment and go somewhere else, they are not professional!

My wife went to get her tooth repaired after it chipped and they did an amazing job. Dr. Sassanpour was very friendly and made the visit very pleasurable as well as Tiffany who is always lovely.

The worst customer service ever experienced at a dentist office. Brutal care and compassion. Needs much improvement.
Fyi ; People can die from the posion from absess.take your time.

I went during the pandemic with a dental emergency to the new Innisfil location. They followed all precautions necessary, making me feel comfortable. The staff were awesome! Thank you for taking good care of me!

Very Professional and efficient at these trying times. Dr. Assan explained the status of my tooth. I decided on an extraction but he offered to seek a possible repair. Highly recommend this office. Keep up the good work. Unfortunately it could not be repaired and was pulled. He and Terri explained the procedures I was to follow when I left. Great job.

Very dissappointed.

I went with there twice, same story, first time they tried to convince me to remove all my wisdom teeth when only one was the problem.
Second time at another branch, they tried to make it look more legit by advising me to remove 2 wisdom teeth when I still had only one tooth causing problem, and the problem does not affect any other teeth.

Looks like they are after my teeth.

Most unprofessional place I’ve dealt with. The manager was absolutely no help in resolving issues, would not recommend this place to anyone. Was told that the owner is not able to answer concerns. Probably cause they don’t care. Will be taking family business else where.

I had an excellent visit there today. They did extensive measures to protect me during these covid 19 times. I was very impressed everything was sanitized and the dentist and staff had full outfits on to protect themselves as well as keep me safe. Definitely recommend this place.

Had an emergency with a broken infected tooth, the Tooth Corner scheduled me in during this hard time with exceptional professionalism. They where extremely quick and the staff where amazing. I can't thank the Tooth Corner and it's staff enough for the amazing quick and friendly service.

I went to the tooth corner in Barrie Ontario in the Bayfield mall. I guess they have more than one location? Anyways my experience at the one in Barrie was aweful. I had gone there a few times back when it was called Bayfield dental and had stopped going since I was not happy with the service. I recently had an emergency where my one tooth was swollen and extremely painfull and had to go their during these covid19 restrictions to get help with it. They spent 45 mins trying to figure out the problem and were unable to diagnose what was wrong with it - then charged me $240. Only to tell me to keep following up with them so they could diagnose the problem. They told me to keep a list of what triggers the pain and then let them know. When I tried to follow up with them about what triggers the pain I was given the run around. It's very clear to me that this place only cares about the money and not helping people.

The receptionists are PHENOMENAL especially Brieanna & they are absolutely amazing with kids 10/10 and will definitely recommend to family and friends great jobs guys!

I have had a very real and severe fear of dentist's my entire life. It all started at the age of 8 years old.
But I have to admit that with courage and the kind staff at the Tooth Corner definitely helped me get back in the chair and with the excellent and gentle hygienists to the Expertise of the dentist, I will definitely return.

I went to The Tooth Corner Dental Office after chipping a front tooth. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The dentist saw me within an hour and repaired the tooth very quickly. The dental assistant answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. Such a wonderful experience and excellent work has made Dr Rasha my favourite dentist. I can smile without feeling self conscious. Still smiling. Thank you Tooth Corner team.

Very very unhappy they still can't fix my filling.
THEY CANNT FINISH DENTAL WORK THEY STARTED? Didn't have dental supplies.had to go back couldn't finish procedure! Had to go back again. I'LL NEVER FORGET! Had to leave and find another dentist after 4 times same tooth and weeks of trying to schedule to be fixed with temporary in.wy to many needles.
Since I had to leave office and find another dentist. I do not recommend anyone go threw what I just went threw. This office doesn't care.
