Dr. Touraj takes a different approach to chiropracting, he has helped me fix immediate pain but has also worked with me to prevent the pain from returning and fix the overall health of my spine. This is a place that truly cares about its patients. After my first few adjustments I already started feeling the benefits. I used to wake up with daily neck pain and it’s gone away in just over a month with frequent visits.

Dr. Touraj is a great chiropractor! After my poor experience at another chiropractor in the area who was pressuring and created an atmosphere of shame and fear, I was so relieved to find a doctor who was empathetic and understanding instead. From the initial assessment I knew things were going to be different. They started with a spinal scan, a bi-lateral weight reading and an x-ray to assess your current spine condition. Dr. Touraj walked me through the results thoroughly and laid out a plan to start my chiropractic journey to improve my spine health.

To start, you have to come in 3 times a week for adjustments which is definitely a time commitment, but the results speak for themselves. I came in with neck issues and within a few weeks I could feel a huge difference. Through the adjustments and the recommended exercises to do at home, I can feel my posture has significantly improved.

Dr. Touraj truly cares about his patients and it comes through in his work. The office has such a warm and friendly atmosphere. It is professional and yet very comfortable.

Hi, after visiting Dr. Touraj my back pain has seen quite a lot of improvement. He was able to explain the issue in simple language. Now I am able to sleep more relaxed. The staff are very well organized making the visits more comfortable.

I have been very happy working with Dr. Touraj, he provides really quick and efficient service. I usually deal with extreme back and joint pain and have visited countless places in the past that have only provided me with temporary relief but Dr Touraj really works with you on finding the source of the problem and slowly but surely fixing it. I always get friendly service and it feels like I almost never have to wait or spend more then half an hour being there. My pain has gone down significantly while being treated there and I've been given countless advice on how to fix my posture or other ways to help myself reduce pain and hopefully fix the problem with my spine while at home. If you suffer from a skeletal or other physical problem i could not recommend a better place or people.

With a stiff neck and shoulders, I have been going to a massage therapist for years. The massage has not provided much relieve and I told myself it’s bad posture (sitting at a desk full time) and accepted it’s part of aging. For years, i have been experiencing neck pain, back-pain and headache. I have also consulted other Chiropractor clinic (not a good decision) as they did adjustment without knowing the root cause or the main problem! ‍️ Earlier this year, I finally found the best Chiropractic Clinic (Focused on Health) and the Best Doctor (Dr. Touraj), did consultation and x rays, body scan as well. I started my treatment weeks ago and the improvement was amazing, no more headaches and back pain and now working on my spinal cord alignment and posture! They do have a lot to offer, very accommodating and knowledgeable Doctors and staffs! Holly is also one of the best staff, will send reminders for the upcoming appointments and very accommodating! I really liked the approach they take here: fixing the root of the problem rather than just the consequence/pain. For starters I've never had a xray of my spine and now Dr Touraj is helping me getting it right and keeping it in good shape. Great service and super friendly staff!

When I had my first appointment with Dr. Touraj, I was taken aback by how much he really cared about my spinal health and overall physical well-being. I’ve seen chiropractors before, and they were definitely not as attentive and caring as Dr. Touraj. The front desk ladies are incredibly friendly and kind, and I felt really welcomed by everyone right away. The regular appointments are usually really quick, and don’t cause too much burden on your schedule whether you’re a student, a full-time worker, etc. Definitely recommend! P. I developed lower back pain from lighting heavy weights at the gym. As most would, I left my back pain untreated until it became unbearable.

I researched into various treatment plans and decided to give the Pro-Adjuster a shot - The Pro-Adjuster combines traditional chiropractic knowledge with sophisticated technology to gently prod the body into alignment and facilitate proper spinal function.

I was on a 10 week plan and noticed minimal improvement. The relief was temporary, and I was not satisfied with the outcome.

This is when I decided to take the traditional route. I made an appointment with a local chiropractor. Focused on Health came up in my search and had glowing patient reviews, as well as an introductory package special for new patients, so I made an appointment with Dr. Touraj.

After my intro appointment, Dr. Touraj sent me for an x-ray to get a better idea of what was going on with my lower back pain and the rest of my spine. The x-ray showed all the same concerns I was experiencing and some issues with the curvature of my neck. I was put on a weekly treatment plan to address all the above issues, which I am still actively attending.

I am very happy to report that, in this short period of time, Dr. Touraj has reduced my back pain significantly, and with his adjustments and guidance, we are actively working on reversing and correcting the additional issues going on with my lower back and neck.

I have been living in pain for years and finally had enough. I looked around but no one was really providing the approach that I was looking for.
For me, I want to understand what exactly is wrong and use that information to create a roadmap for rehabilitation. In my search I came across FOH and decided to go in for a consultation. FINALLY I found someone with the same approach and after working with Dr. Najafian in the first couple of visits I knew we had the same goals in mind. His approach is one of research and teaching with a wide scope of possible solutions. He communicates well and asks the right questions while educating you on why things are happening and how you can manage and be aware of them. Although my journey to rehabilitation will be long, I know and feel confident that he is there to support and guide me every step of the way.

There are a number of tests being done during the initial visit which help out to pinpoint a problem, which is pretty interesting if you really want to know what is going on and how it impacts your overall health.
