Best card shop in the GTA! Staff is very nice and helpful with a nice attitude. Prices are fair and they follow wjat you will find online. The best part is the atmosphere in this store, its very alive and you just want to spend the rest of your day there.

I had an issue with a Pre-Order, however I will say that a Call from the owner and a helpful conversation and solution. Very happy with the experience and definitely recommend the store.

Had a very positive experience purchasing TCG products and individual cards. The staff, Chris and Dang are super friendly and knowledgeable. The events they constantly host look super fun as well, look to participate someday in the future.

I brought my son over because he likes this kinda thing. They were welcoming and informative about what they offer.

First experience was great, bought a 36 bundle of pokemon cards and received a free booster pack too. The sales associate was also very knowledgeable and kind. The next two trips were garbage. Refused to sell a bundle because they want to sell other bundles. That's not my problem as that's not what I want. Never coming back and don't recommend.

Nice but prices are at the higher end on things that sould be less, such as penny sleeves.

Had to share my most recent experience at the Upper Hand, as a vintage collector often times storefronts are lacking in the commons and uncommon cards, this is not the case at the Upper Hand Quin happily pulled out about 5 binders for me to sort through, giving me a more than fair deal, being patient and helpful for the entire time despite the store being fairly busy

Chris is always incredibly helpful especially when dealing with singles and seems to have encyclopedic knowledge about what exactly is in the store at any give time making the single buying process all the easier.

And of course Josh is always up for a conversation and keeps the store thrumming through the night

As always an incredible experience thanks to an incredible team running an incredible, I will be back to raid vintage binders again soon!
