Very friendly staff and the owner was kind enough to box it for us and provide tape. Great for passport photos as well.

I wanted to get A4 Colored printing done, I called the store before gojng in and the girl said that they do have A4 papers and I can get my documents printed. After charging me $60 for colored A4 prints for 100 pages, I found out that the prints were neither colored nor on A4. The girl kept on arguing and misbehaving when I told her this is not what I asked. Extremely rude and have no clue regarding customer service. Never going there back again:/

The absolute angel at the desk took the time to manually scan and copy almost 20 pages of large and finicky papers for me, and had me paid and out the door with my prints in about 5 minutes. The incredible service saved me from the torment of a summer camp full of disappointed kids who otherwise wouldn’t have been able to finish their final project!

UPS delivery guy never knocked on our door to deliver Fiancé wedding shoes. They ended up losing her shoes. Ordered her another pair of shoes. Went to pick them up at 9 AM this morning when the store was suppose to open. There was no one at the store. UPS has turned into a complete joke! Avoid at all cost. Their customer service hotline is a joke as well.

Absolutely the best in customer service, from professionalism to decorum delivered in a friendly manner (no pon intended). It's a balance of taking time to get to know their prospective customer and exceedingly meeting their needs regardless of product or service required while serving multitude of other customers simultaneously. Sanaz, the UPS rep worked under pressure with a long line of people and with phones ringing off the hook; she did it all with professionalism and a smile on her face!

Always a good experience at this store from mails to passport photos. Even I was not aware but these guys do physical passport photos i.e. Prints and digital as well. I went in querying for digital photo and was happy to learn that these guys provide digital copy.

Please don't take your passport photos here. They are not aware about the specifications and requirements. I had to get multiple photos redone because it didn't meet the specification. This Information was provided to the store representative she said she couldn't help me out! UPS, is this the service you guys provide? It's not the matter of money being spent. I had no intention of requesting for a refund all I wanted was a simple apologies for the inconvenience caused to me and my family! I will not be going back here!

Passport photo time! Fast and super polite. No appt, walk-in service. A great lunch break turnaround! Probably took me longer to drive there!

I have my own business for which Sanaz and her staff do a great job helping me with my printing, copying, shredding and mailing out items in a timely manner.

Sanaz went above and beyond when helping me get a hold of my package required for a next day event & for that I am very appreciative!

This location is being run by an individual "helping" the owner. Although very nice, she does not have the working knowledge to perform the necessary tasks related to shipping. No tracking email was received past the required delivery date and when I called to gather information regarding the package, none was available until the "other" person returned? I would stay away for now at least for shipping services.

This is a new UPS that just opened. The owners are amazing. I would wholeheartedly recommend! 5+ stars. They went above and beyond to help me with a large format printing project. The file from another designer wasn't set up correctly and they worked with me to find a solution so I could still get it printed. Really nice to deal with!

If some someone calls in the middle of your transaction they just leave you hanging. Need a new stapler also lol.

Wonderful service! I was running behind on printing a major report, and I needed it bound as a booklet. This was the only place that had a same-day printing option for what I needed, and the quality was beautiful - I really appreciate their great service with helping me print off my reports.
