This location NEVER opens on time. I always pick up at 9 in the morning but they open late at 9: 10-9: 15. So if you are planning to pick up in the morning, don't come at 9. They will make you wait. I HOPE THEY WILL ADDRESS THIS

After taking a photo for my PR from that UPS location, it has been rejected from immigration as it's not within the correct format. Now my PR card got delayed for that reason as I have to provide a new photo. It's the worst service ever, and I do not recommend anyone to take photos for government process from that store

Customer service is not as good as I would have liked. They do not provide passport photos of babies.

An outstanding courier store location. Have been here a few times, the staff was friendly and the service I received was exceptional.
Update: Worth to mention, this location offered me packages (that worth 3-5 dollars) for free occasionally. I'm sorry to hear that other customers have been charged for the printing and service fee, but I believe it was set by the UPS company. I tried others, this location is the best so far.

Extremely disgusted at the level of service. I called the store and a lady with a thick accent answered I was very patient and I asked her specifically what brand packing tape she has for sale. She mentioned the brand however I couldn't understand her so I asked her kindly to spell it for me so as to assure it was not the same brand I had in my possession. She hung up the phone on me I called back several times immediately after and they ignored my calls. I also have this call recorded and I will be sending the recording to the ups head office.

They lost our package, they never answer the phone they charged over $75 to ship it and the package is worth $600. It’s been one month and we haven’t had any help, communication on our investigation. I’ve never had this issue with Canada post.

Their customer service number directs us to call the store. The store isn’t picking up.

Worst service ever. At first he told $1.40 for printing amazon label (amazon label printing is more than normal doc printing itseems) second time when i visited the store for printing a doc, he charge 1.40 again, ($1 to just receive an email with documents attached). Overcharging on Printing documents.

Worst service and very unhelpful. The younger guy doesn't seem to know what he's doing nor did he want to go back and check if packages have even been delivered

My parcel was delivered to a wrong person with a wrong location. And that wrong person still received it! The total value is up to 900 cad and The items inside are in urgent use. 4 days past, ups still doesn’t know where is the parcel now? Is that so difficult to locate it? Just check the address which the parcel delivered to on that time around! And pick it up and send to me! That’s all! Just pay more attentions on ur customers plz!

Hands down the best UPS location I’ve been to. The staff are super helpful and understanding. I forgot to include my invoice with the package. Drove home and went back frantically and the person there helped me out. I will 100% be using this location for future packages.

This place is SCAM they charge insane amount for a few scans and turns out scans are expensive than printouts. EXTREMELY INEFFICIENT AND SHADY PLACE.

Yonge brown guy didn't seem he knew what he was going. He rolled his eye and had negative body language. Asian gentleman was great help!

BEWARE OF HIDDEN COSTS, AVG EXPERIENCE

I went to drop off 2 packages and had already printed the labels at home but the employee said the labels didn't scan properly and if I had the labels I could email it to them to print.

After emailing the two labels and scanning the packages I was asked to pay for return shipping, to which I replied that it was already paid for by the company and they confirmed it. (so obvsly he didnt check that it was paid before assuming that I had to pay it)

Then he said I still had to pay for printing the labels. I mentioned that no one said I had to pay for the labels to begin with and it should've been mentioned at the beginning so I could be given the option of how to proceed. I paid without making a fuss but didn't feel good about how I was told to email them the labels without knowing there was a cost associated to it. This seems like a good learning moment for all employees since not every customer is a return customer aware of their rules.

Note that when barcodes don't scan at Canada post they just enter the tracking number by hand so idk why that wasn't an option.

Worst delivery service I've used to date. Paid for express delivery over a month ago. Package never arrived and not a single rep contacted me to let me know what was going on, even after I called them 3 times.
I recommend FedEx or another service provider.

Person behind the counter was pretty good.

The store itself gets one star as I couldn't do what was needed when I got there.

*Anyone with a brokerage fee invoice. DO NOT go to the store as they cannot process payments of this type. Which is extremely silly.

Note to UPS company. You should explain clearly on your site as to how you want us to pay. I have emailed and sent messages to you but received absolutely no response. Your chat lines are always down when I visit your site.

Friendly, organized, and efficient staff, have been here about once/month- I like coming to this location, except for the tight parking overall for the plaza this UPS location is good.

We have another UPS store that is closer, but the service sucks. This location has always had prompt, pleasant help, and it's worth the travel time!

I have been using Keith and Samantha’s services for many years, from the time they opened for business. I get them to print and ship all the time. Time after time they have gone above and beyond for me. They are always very patient even if I’m not. I trust their advise with my eyes closed, I don’t even need to look at my print project for quality because I’ve never had any issues. And for any time I needed a revision, both of them are always up for it.

They have a customer for life. My business moved and there is a ups store right next to me within walking distance but I still drive out to this location because of the long term trust partnership.
