Absolute joke, everytime there's a delivery that requires signature- magically the drivers are unable to reach us and everytime i call support I get asked to get redelivery or pick it up and whenever I ask for a redelivery, it never comes and I have to repeat the above loop which always ends with me picking up the package myself ("so called home delivery")

Not sure why there are so many good reviews for this locatiom. I went today to ask for an estimation, there was this rude staff who didn't even greet or say anything when I said I need an estimation to send my package. He simply asked for the zip code with his cold face and told its 70$ after taking the measurement of my package. I went to another UPS store right after this in queen's street, brampton and it costed me 29$ to ship the same package. I wouldn't recommend to go to this place, horrible customer service.

This is a response to the reply I got from the ups store. I did give my package to the representative and asked for the estimate, the person who attended did measure my package with his measuring tape, asked for the zip code and told the rate to be 70$. I even clarified the same whether that is the least rate that is offered and he nodded saying yes. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone based on my experience and that is what reviews are for. Please try to correct you mistakes instead of defending your customer service. Thanks

I had a large 8 by 10 carpet that needed to go back to Wayfair and Sunil was extremely helpful with helping me re-package it so that the driver would be able to complete my return. He even brought in plastic wrap from his home to make sure it was wrapped properly! Great customer service!

Nothing short of a great experience at this UPS location. Sunil took the time to explain all my options and recommended what he thought was best for my needs. Amazing customer service that cannot be beat!

PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

I'm re-posting this as a reply to what the owner responded to one of my review below about them, he is just trying to mislead others that it was me who decided not to proceed with the shipment which he states as the reason for not delivering package on time, but this was not what happened exactly, he has not given any explanation regarding any of the mistakes from his part that caused a lot of trouble for me

1. He failed to send the invoice with the shipment
2. The recipient contact number was wrong
3. He gave his name and address as the sender instead of mine

And after all this, when I requested for the reimbursement he was not ready for that

Although my package arrived later than originally anticipated with the client being in New York. The client was happy to receive it and it didn't get lost. Summer from UPS followed up directly with me as soon as there was a problem which was greatly appreciated.

I had sent a package to India from this store but had a very bad experience. The documents I was sending was really urgent for my parents in India and the person named Sunil who is in charge of this store assured me that it will be delivered within the time I wanted it there and I trusted him. But what he did to me was Injustice.
He failed to send the Invoice with the package which caused unnecessary delays in the Customs.
Also, both the sender and recipient addresses and contact info provided by him in the package was WRONG bcoz of which they were unable to contact me nor my parents. When I called customer service only I came to know all these things. And when I asked him to update the details he was not ready to admit his mistake and said to me that he already updated everything right. But he didn't. He gave the sender name as his name and address instead of mine and so the customer service person told me that I was not authorized to update any of these details. I kept on calling the customer service daily for around a month to check the status of the shipment but Sunil was least concerned about it and he kept on changing his reasons and blaming new people each time. My parents didn't get the package when they needed it and when I asked for the reimbursement he was not ready for that and was blaming somebody else for his mistake. It was just a waste of time and money for me and I am totally disappointed. I just want to say you that please avoid this store, especially for International shipments.

Great service all around, quite pleasant. They even held the pick-up person until i had completed the paperwork.
