I had the pleasure of visiting this establishment today to return a package to Amazon, and I must say, my experience was exceptional. Homa, one of their outstanding staff members, truly impressed me with her exceptional customer service skills. She was incredibly hospitable and patient and displayed high professionalism in her role. It's rare to come across such a dedicated and welcoming staff member, which made my visit delightful. Kudos to Homa and the team for their excellent service!

Great Service. I went there and needed to tape the boxes and attach the labels. They happily accommodated with it and processed them very promptly.

Quite possibly the worst experience in my life. The guy worker here doesn't care about anything. Threw our packages in the back and were rude the entire time. I watched another lady behind me ask him for a little help and he straight up told her "no, I don't care about helping you". Incredible. Management needs to do something here.

I loved how friendly the staff was. I was longing to get a nice passport photo of my newborn while his eyes are open. Homa, the nice professional photographer took the photo. It turned out great, and my son was so comfortable during the photography. I definitely recommend her for anyone who needs a professional photo.

They don't bother actually trying to deliver packages, they just make you go pick them up. For the amount of money you pay for their services, you'd think the actual *delivery* part might be somewhat important to them.

Making a photo is ridiculously overpriced.
To get a raw photo you have to beg the staff first.
No smiles. No service. No attention to customer's needs

Was home to receive my package. Answered when the delivery person buzzed my apartment, went down to pick up package to receive a note to pick it up in their store. Why even bother coming by my house in the first place?

Excellent above and beyond customer service. I have just opened a new account with UPS and badly needed supplies to start shipping, the person in this store was extremely helpful and provided me with what I asked for, later on I found out, that he short handed his supplies by helping me out, I thank him for his understanding and assistance, I should point out, that when I arrived at the store shortly after their closing time, the staff member which I believe his name is Keyvan was really helpful enough to open the door and help me out, I highly recommend this store, excellent customer service.

I called this location for help the middle eastern guy answered the phone and out right told me he wouldn't give me his name and that he did not want to track the package for me he said he did not want to do it and to call the 1800 number! Are you serious this is what you have working for you i hope after this post he is fired

I'm not sure what sort of inept people you have working for you but I am thoroughly annoyed with your service. I spent $115 to ship a 40lb package from store to store for ease and simplicity, it was pricey but I though I was paying for quality service. I called this location to see if the package had arrived as it was due 5 days ago, she had no clue even after providing tracking # and phone #. She told me to call customer service, I entered the tracking number online instead if calling and what do you know, it said it was at the location I had just called. I will not be using your service in the future and will share my experience with others.

Horrible customer service. The elderly man was extremely rude and told me my package wasn't there. When I showed him the delivery address and assured him that it is there and he should check again. He told me "okay, whatever". And guess what.he surprising found my package. Basically, avoid if you can.

Called and asked if they could re-pack my package for me (it got drenched in the rain) and the guy on the line seemed absolutely dumbfounded, like he couldn't understand what I was asking. You're a shipping company?

Had to post a package, took a printout of the label from them which cost $3 for one page! They call it “service charge”. I have never seen any other UPS store do this.

Terrible. While I was at work, a UPS delivery guy came to deliver my parcel, knocked on the wrong door (my downstairs neighbour's door) and was going to give him the parcel so he could give it to me. Good thing my neighbour isn't a thief. After my neighbour declined, as he was uncomfortable taking my parcel, he told him to tell me that I had to go pick it up at the postal office without ever telling him which one. Not only did he not tell him where I had to pick it up, but he also never left a notice on my door or an e-mail containing my parcel number or any other information. Day 2, I called UPS to tell them what happenned and the lady said she couldn't help me unless I have my parcel number, after I had just told her I never got any form of notice containing any information about my parcel. She clearly just wanted the conversation to end even though I stayed extremely polite with her, she didn't try to help me any further with any other information I could've given her. Terribly unprofessional, now I have no idea where my parcel is and how I will retrieve it. Thanks UPS.

I used to do all my business with this particular store.
But right now I am disappointed with them. I dropped off a Nintendo Switch supposedly to be sent towards Nintendo in Toronto a moth, but after a while without knowing anything from Nintendo, I have been told that they never received the product from UPS.
I called UPS and they told me that they lost it and I needed to make a claim which I did. Now, more than a month after I never had a solution from UPS and Nintendo can not help me if UPS never sent the producto to them. I lost my son's Nintendo and UPS at this particular location says that they can't do nothing and UPS client service never contacted me back. Disappointed big time.

Super helpful. Brought seven boxes at once to be shipped to two different places. Staff was thorough and made sure everything was exactly what we wanted. Come early in the morning to avoid the line.

The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I have never picked up a package from them without them giving me some kind of trouble. Absolutely ZERO customer service skills! If I could rate below a 1 star I definitely would. I have left this store in tears and other times absolutely furious. I dont typically write reviews but I have had it with them. I am literally lectured for how a sender had sent the package when it isn't my fault or anything to do with me. I simply go to pick things up and get lectured everytime like I did something wrong its disgusting and I resent having to go there when things get left at this location for me to pick up.

I generally don't write reviews but I do not recommend this location during the pandemic. Apart from wearing masks and having plastic dividers, the staff are not very careful. Staff are constantly running around the store within two meters of customers, serving multiple customers within two 2m, showing forms right to your face, etc

They are also disorganized. My order was processed over a 30 minute period and in that time the same staff member served people who came in after me. I ended up going outside for 10 minutes as a last ditch effort to avoid exposure. Overall, it was a stressful and uncomfortable situation.

When I called to express these concerns to the manager, he hung up on me immediately

My experience was very pleasant! I found the staff to be very helpful as they led me through the long process of shipping internationally. It took a while but it was a fine process. No complaints

After a long wait as two employees were trying to decide which size box a customer returning a bag of shoes would need, the scanner didn’t count the pages of my documents properly and then my papers got jammed — all while employee was helping me scan. Not a reliable scanning service especially not for any valuable documents.

Service with a scowl - the owners seem incapable of smiling and actively dislike dealing with customers, so why would they invest in a service business? Presented my Aeroplan card as everywhere there are signs saying that they accept Aeroplan - only to be told that they don't in fact give points. I pointed out the signs and said these should be removed if that was the case, the owner all but grunted at me in return. So much unpleasantness - the only one smiling and helpful in this store is Ahmed and I would only return to deal with him.

It is honestly impressive how incompetent the staff at this store are. I unfortunately have to go regularly as I live nearby and have many missed deliveries.

The staff is always the same two men. They are insanely slow. It takes anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes for each customer to retrieve a delivery. Somehow every other UPS store, the post office, Purolator, etc are able to do this in under 2 minutes.

One will just completely stop helping their customer to help the other persons customer. This happens constantly. You are just left there thinking "hello. I am here still. "

They often have customers search for their own package. I was instructed to do this on my last visit. They told me not to worry, to just go through everyones packages until I find mine. Like what the hell?
