Fantastic staff. Great service. Always available to assist with all my queries. John and his team are the best. Check in with them first for all your shopping and printing and signage needs.

I do not like coming here. I only came here because my return label was for UPS or else I would never choose this place. Don’t like the service or their attitudes.

There was no customer in shop,
Lady who works there scanned my documents twice but she couldn’t get it right, you can even see her fingers in the scanned copies and then she tell me “this is the best I can do” like really?
I’ve had so many docs scanned, nothing looks that bad,
Instead of telling me to scan it on my phone she should learn how to use her scanner.
She gave my money back but scanner is easiest machine you can operate, she didn’t wanna do it because she was too lazy to try again and get it right.
Wasted my time, never coming back here.
And another ups store did a great job.

Had family passport photos taken here with Miss Donna. She was super patient with kids and very professional!

The staff at this location have been so helpful for me. I had so many issues shipping at other locations and finally, Jason came to the rescue. He is swift, efficient and always has a solution for any problem that is throw at him.

The store manager Jay is very friendly, efficient and nice. He helped me with my printing order and was able to do it right away. I highly recommend this location! He was also very creative to help with ideas for my business cards. Overall it was a great experience coming into this store. Such a welcoming and positive experience I will never forget!:)

This store is the most professional UPS store I have dealt with over the years. Both John and Jason are very professional and a pleasure to deal with.especially given today's situation and general mood.

John is very rude and would not let me speak he kept a talking over me and I bet he wouldn’t have that same energy in person. I don’t recommend going to this location at all.

Parking. Family friendly. They help you in the task. They are respectful, and they are multitasking. All one place.

They charge $3.00 for even a single print (call it file processing fee), which is crazy. I know for a fact, the other UPS stores don’t charge that fee. Overall, the service was not very friendly and I don’t think I’ll come here again.

The last 3 times I've been to this UPS.there's been a "be back in 5 minutes" sign on the door. Yet I've waited almost 20 minutes, with not a person in sight.

Good service. But did not have social distance markings on th floor, no control of number of customers in the store at one time

John was EXTREMELY rude when I called trying trying locate a package. If he would have let me speak, I would have been able to explain that I do not have a tracking number as my bf has it on his phone, and he works nights and out of town. We were told the package was at the Highland store, but it is not. So I was trying to locate the correct store and advise them not to return it. I unfortunately had to call the Fairway Road South location and John continuously interrupted me without letting me explain anything. He was not willing to help me and seemed totally irritated that I was even calling. He laughed and just kept interrupting me and saying "if you track it, it will tell you what store it's at"
This was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had and seriously hope none of our packages ever end up at this location!

John is very helpful and its always pleasure visiting the store.
Always feels welcoming into the store.
Strongly recommend this ups store for courier and stationary services.

Have been working with the owner John for many years as have always found his pricing to be competitive and service exceptional.

Owner operator is fantastic at this location. Unfortunately he is representing the wrong brand as UPS as a company is terrible and does not care about customers. This store is privately owned and operated and is great.

This company should be absolutely embarrassed of themselves! My teenage kid has more knowledge and smarts then the likes of these people.this location and customer service! They do not care about people, there parcels, or the concern when a person package is completely lost and no where to be found
What is the $&@“ point in tracking when it’s rendered useless! This is one of those business’s that need to go bankrupt, get a clue!

Disappointed in the lack of Covid 19 precautions. I wore a mask into the store. Made my own copies. No hand sanitizer visible in the store. Approached the counter which has 2 cash registers. One with a plexiglass shield and one without. I stood at the one with the plexiglass shield. The clerk came from the back of the store and stood in front of the cash register without a shield so I was forced to move to that one. He was not wearing a mask or shield to protect me and the countertop is definitely not 6 feet wide! Have some respect for your customers!

Best service, I sent two times through Covid times, and were great n on time.

Worst store ever. They don't even receive a phone call and when you go there you come to know they don't have that service. And takes long to take a print of 1 single page.

I went to this store to take some printouts. The printouts can be taken at cheap rates from here. The store owner is friendly. Normally, there is not much wait needed at this store.

Some times the man in there is charging 2$ for printing three pages but I dnt hve any choice or else I wouldn't go.

Great service.one of the workers stayed after closing on a Saturday to ensure the job was done.
