I met the store owner himself, very meek and kind as well as other staff. Four multiple shipments were processed in good time frame for me. They properly guided me to complete the Parcel Shipping Order form. I was also offered good Passport Photo service. The UPS Store pricing and services are satisfactory. Greatly recommended to other customers. I am surely a repeat customer to this UPS Store

I received good customer service from this ups store which has continued to echo in my mind and heart. I have decided to become a repeat customer with this ups store due to impressive pricing and service. The PR Photo that was taken was processed in just 3 minutes and successfully uploaded there and then. I recommend this ups store highly to customers with 5 star rating.

I came in for a return for Amazon. They charged me 4 dollars for the print out of the return label and TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR TAPE to help tape the package up. Isn’t this UPS, they don’t have tape for customers and don’t print anymore? What is going on? Humans don’t have common courtesy either. I nearly cut my finger on the tape machine when I did get some tape because it was jammed and I had to un jam it FOR THEM. There’s no respect for the customer.anymore.

This is a store with a very good customer service. Nazmus is friendly, approachable and knowledgeable, making it easy to complete your services. I had the pleasure of having Nazmus help me out twice so far, for printing services related to FedEx and Amazon. He also helped me figure out from the Wayfair app how to send/email them the shipping labels. He went above and beyond. This location also has Amazon drop-off, which makes it convenient. I would highly recommend this UPS store!

Very expensive UPS store, literally he is stealing money from clients. DO NOT GO there. Printing, scanning, making copies, taking passport photos is almost x1.5 x2.0 the price of other UPS stores.

If you see INNOCENT (agents name) there please run away from the store. He had no name tag, did not ask for my ID until I pointed it out. Then got angry at me for using the UPS store as a pick up location. If you wanna fight someone this is the place to go otherwise save your time and efforts.

Could not give 0 stars, worst place. They charged me 11$ for 6 pages of print out out of which 4 were black and white

Staff was helpful. However, just several days after I made a shipment at this store to China, I have been called by a Chinese scammer speaking mandarin (not machine) claiming something wrong with my package and even asked me to meet at another UPS store in downtown Toronto. The incoming number showing UPS, but the person clearly doesn’t really know what I shipped nor speak English. He hung up on me after I said “you are scammer” in Chinese. I think my contact was probably leaked during shipping. Not too sure if I should complain to the store or UPS headquarter.

I’ve used this place twice and Both time I got the same guy who was very incompetent. I just needed 60 and 100 photocopies of two documents respectively and sent email 30 min before going there and he took 15min to find the email while I was being patient and helping him to find it on their computer. In the meantime a few people came in and he saw them standing waiting, he got frantic and try to skip me although he was already dealing with me and just needed to find the email. When he finally found it, I had to remind him how many photocopies I needed three times and he still managed to mess up the numbers of the photocopy, only two paper came out from the printer. He already started taking other customers so I waited to let him know the printing wasn’t done right. By the time I finally left there, it took easily more than half an hour just to get simple photocopies.
I don’t have energy to explain the other separate incidents (including mine and my friend’s) today.
But you’ll know what I’m talking about if you deal with him. He spoke his language with his wife? Or someone in a not nice way when I tried to ask him something.

I don't understand the service here. They charge you like crazy just to use their computer for 10 minutes. I wanted help to know the status of my shipment and they kept telling me I need to call UPS. I specifically came here because I expected better help to my inquiry rather than listening to an answering machine on a phone call. They kept telling me I need to give them a tracking number until I told them they can find it from the info notice number. I'm not sure if I'm asking too much and it's really out of their hands to simply know the status of my shipment or they're not prepared or inclined to do something like that. In the end, I felt I was brushed off so I just left.

They go above and beyond at this store and actually care about the customers. I shipped a large painting and they carefully packed it and it arrived in perfect condition. They were very supportive and courteous. The staff here has great customer service skills. Strongly recommend.

Verryyy Bad store! Lying to the customers

I have been told that my shipment will arrive in 4 days!
but shipment received after 3 weeks!

And he saying not my responsibility!

Used to like the place until today. UPS tracker showed my package (extremeny important) delievered, but when I went to the store to pick-up, they said it is in-transit. And the lady had the audacity to ask me "Why did you select pick-up". Why do you care? And then being at the UPS store itself, where no help was provided to understand where the package was, I was asked to speak to customer care. She was extremely incompetent and unhelpful. Two stars are only for the guy working there who has always been genuinely helpful and nice.

Awesome service.just get in and see how they are ready there for you.fast and precise. I always go there to do my shipments and they never charge me for a few print out and it makes it like my own office. I appreciate it.

$3.60 to print one black and white page from my own USB drive! If u need to print, use the printers at the library on fort york, 15cent a page.

THEY CHARGE 3.60$ FOR A REGULAR RETURN LABEL PRINT! WE DID NOT EVEN USE THEIR COMPUTER. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STAR TO THE BUSINESS.

First time at this location and the customer service is amazing. This place is clean, fast and efficient. Strongly recommend.

Charging to use a computer to print does not make sense, as there is no other way to print. Maybe build the prince into the print? They gave an envelope for free so that was nice.

This place is such a rip off. Avoid at all costs. Charge me $6 for using the computer to print. Please tell me, how else can I print from your printer without using the computer? I'll happily bring a USB if it connected directly to the printer.

Honestly, I only come here because it's close to my home. But this has definitely convinced me to invest in my own printer. My total came to $16 to print and scan 6 pages. Save your money and go to Staples to print or just get a simple printer.

Disappointed by the standoffish attitude of staff member. Came to this location as the nearby UPS on King St has worse service.
Going to avoid UPS altogether from now on.

Also, no sign of hand sanitizers at the store. Used and unused pens were all mixed together.

The employees are top-notch. Patient, kind and very knowledgeable about everything I need to do. I always go to this store.

I called this location and they quoted me $500 to ship a chair. Called the one on Front and he quoted me $250. Not sure what kind of a scam they're running but I don't recommend this location

I shipped my personal stuff from Toronto to Vancouver and UPS straight up lost my package that HD around $1000 worth of personal items and did not even process the claim. I have had to call at least a dozen time and got conflicting info and directions.

Horrible customer experience. I wouldn’t recommend using UPS for shopping personal items.

Very courteous and helpful staff - I was in two days in a row and needed quite a bit of assistance, and the man who helped me both days made this process so easy and efficient! I will be sending off all packages from this location - very happy I found a reliable service in my neighbourhood.

It was really easy to drop my return and I saw that the package was scanned within 30 minutes using the tracking device. Really really easy process.

I needed to print something - they had no printer paper. I wanted to ask a question about a UPS invoice - they told me to call UPS. I needed some tape to tape together boxes - they were out of stock. 0/3. Not an overly useful trip.

Very small location, but convenient and in the area. It was very easy and simple to drop off my package for return from amazon during covid as you just hand the man the package and walk away.

Nicholas who works at this location is a stalker! I have called head office and the store directly to speak with either of the owners every time Nicholas answers the phone I am told that neither of the owners are available and he continues to try and ask for the reason for the call. The police have even called the location asking for the owner to call back with no avail. Guess this location does not care that their employees are engaging in illegal activity and using their work phone to do so.
