There are so many stores out there but this one is my everytime go to - their assistance is perfect- the stagf helped me once to set color picture printout for my scrapbook, delivery assistance and they always keep my package aside if I miss.

I’ve been doing business here for almost 3 years! The staff makes sure my shipments are sent out quickly and ready to help me once I come in! I’m so grateful for them and their customer service! Their staff is not trained especially girl working on Saturday. Charged me for UPS returns when it is normally free to print labels. Good money making policy!

Been to this location twice now after mistakingly going to the location on Worthington (avoid that location at all costs)

This store is AMAZING! Both times here the staff was very friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions. Thanks to the staff - we don't ship a lot, but we'll definitely head back here when we do!

When you drop the packages at this location make sure they scan your packages because I lost my package at this location and never found it. Moreover, when you call to UPS customers service make sure they do it their job.

I sent my package internationally the expected date is passed and still not delivered i called ups customer service but no help at all no reasonable response third class courier company wil never send anything again or suggest anyone i spent 160 dollars and waste my money

Recently came to this location where there was a line which the service representative was serving. While a client she was serving was doing some paperwork, she noticed that I already had a tracking label on my package for shipping and asked me to come forward, scanned my package and it was then taken for shipping. Great customer service. Thank you

My package was 4 days late passed the expected delivery day without reasoning. When I received my package at the ups was excited and went back to my car and went home to open it. I live 5 mins away from the store. When I got home, I noticed the box was tampered like someone opened it. I regret not checking the box in the ups store before leaving. Just completed a 12hr shift was extremely tired. And got to the store 10mins before closing. I then opened the the box and noticed my AirPod box looked weird as if it was opened because there was no plastic covering on it and the box itself looks kind of dirty like someone opened the box with dirty hands. Further opening the AirPod box, the AirPods are gone. I am so upset! Someone from UPS stole my AirPods out the box. I immediately tried going back to the ups store but by time I went back they were closed. I called them twice and the investigation department is closed. I called apple and they are launching an investigation. This is insane. Good luck to the idiot that stole my engraved AirPods. It has my pet name and date of birth with emojis on it. I hope apple tracks down where the AirPods are by the serial number and it being activated so I can send the police to their location. I can imagine how many other people experience theft before. It’s frustrating because I would order apple stuff online and pick up in store. But for some reason Airpods that are engraved has to be delivered. No pick up option. Worst thing it’s coming from apple in Vietnam. I’ve never had any problems picking up packages in person at ups store. I’d rather pick up in store on my own time then for it to be delivered at my door step and make it vulnerable for someone to steal it. This is heartbreaking. I worked so hard to reward myself all for nothing.

Exorbitant fees. Went to this store to have one page label printed, repeat ONE page. I was informed the charge would be $3.15. After pointing out that I had 2 or 3 similar pages printed just last November, 3 months ago, for about $1 at the same shop, the employee"graciously" offered that this printing would be on the house but the next time the charge will be $3.15 Shudder to think what would happen if I.had 10 pages to print. There will be NO next time for me or for any friends I know. Its a disgrace overcharging people so much for 1 page-10 seconds work.what's next? One dollar cover charge?

Yesterday I witnessed something unprofessional and overall haunting. I saw two young teens harassed by the owner and kicked out of the store for simply placing there boxes in the wrong spot, I was unable to do something at the store but I did ask the teens the full story. They told me that the owner "Mustafa Cirag" followed them from the first store he had already kicked them out of all the way to this store he then said that "the system had crashed" and told his employees to not service them, but they kept taking in drop offs from other customers, the children stayed to watch what he did and at one point in-front of me Mustafa started harassing them coming extremely close to them even during COVID 19 he even kicked there boxed and torched them without there consent. This is absolutely unacceptable from a company like UPS. Harassing young children for simply trying to drop off a couple of packages is beyond frightening if someone had done this to my children I would be enraged. Why does he think it is ok to Harass and humiliate young children? I hope immediate action is take against this problem and UPS does not behave in this manner ever again I am disgusted and frightened by this incident!

Its disappointing to not receive my package on time and date ups itself promise on. And it is not professional to not inform customer why there delay in couple more days. Each time I paid for there service ended up waiting 4-7 days additional here in Brampton, ontario.
And really as business entrepreneur professional its word of mouth advertisement, so I will not be recommending UPS to friends families and my employees.

Yesterday I called this location for help to track a package with no estimated delivery time. The "man" who answered not only had me on speakerphone, but he had 2 friends there yelling, cussing and swearing. I couldn't hear the man, nor could I hear myself. By the end of the call I said, "Ok, I think I'm going to hang up because I can't hear anything". His response was "K", and he hung up. I don't know how a company like UPS could have employees in Customer Service like that.

The owner "Mustafa Cirag" harassed me and kicked me out of the store just because i put the package in front of the counter as courtesy as he was scanning them. The owner harassed me and my brother and touched our packages and kicked them he even had the audacity to come dangerously close to us during social distancing ruling and he followed us all the way From this store to his other store he owns the Bramrose square one! This is unacceptable UPS please deal with this accordingly I was harassed and humiliated in-front of employees and customers!

RUDE AND IGNORANT, I called to ask about my shipment and I got no answers or help, it was a young Indian working and he clearly did not want to do his job and made it seem like I'm bothering and annoying him with my questions that he did not answer or try to at the very least.

Acknowledging the service received at the Queen st Brampton location. Kanthi was friendly with all customers coming into the location. Initially, online tracking could not confirm whether my parcel was still at the store or airbourne to its destination. Over the course of a week Tina kept in touch each day to provide me with updates. Because the package arrived later than the expedited service time I received an explanation, acknowledgement and a refund. Tina; thank you for being proactive, your attention and for excellent customer service.

Greeted by a female employee saying she’ll be right with me after she’s finished with the previous customer, so friendly and kind

Then, Kanti Chaudhari came to receive the parcels I needed to send to family for Christmas.
He walked me through all the forms, what could be sent where and what address methods are not accepted by UPS.

Kanti Chuadhari allowed me to make a call a to get more detail I didn’t think I needed.

He was so patient, kind and thorough with the entire process of sending packages with UPS.

I was reluctant with using UPS due to an awful experience with another UPS#310 just prior where the parcel was delayed for several days, in which I paid a high rate with taxes and the receiver did not receive on time.

Now, thanks to this fantastic UPS staff and owner at UPS#167, I have no need to worry about parcels not getting to their destination.
I rate the staff of UPS #167,5 stars for helpfulness and an overall 4 for this review.

Kanti is one of the most kind hearted people I’ve ever met! He saved my life with an urgent delivery and went completely out of his way to help me. He stayed at the location late to allow me to get something I forgot and even found an alternative to me getting my package there quicker than I thought would be possible. He did not stop until he helped me accomplish what I needed. My heart is truely touched! There are not many people in the world like this anymore! The service I experienced here was beyond what I could have asked for!
