The UPS Store

Excellent hours, open to 8pm weekdays and open Sundays. Big store, well staffed. I drop off sometimes 20 cases with scanning and stacking done in under 10 ten minutes. I was going to The UPS store closer to my business but was unhappy with their service. When I found the hours and space of this store met my needs I was even more pleased to find that the staff handles my large shipments with a smile.

I attended this location around a week ago and the ladies were very helpful and accommodating.

The women here were super friendly - but unfortunately they didn't provide the service I was expecting. I'd called to ask if they did passport photos, and if it was possible to get a 3rd pic (my son and I both need one to submit for our Possession and Acquisition Licenses). I was told that they always print 3;2 for the passport office and 1 for the customer to keep.

When we actually got the photos, it turns out that the 3rd photo is more of a novelty, with the actual photo shrunken so that they can print 'UPS Store' on the bottom third of the print.

I was hoping it might still work. PAL license photo requirements are smaller than passport photo requirements, but when I measured the print it was just too small.

I wasn't too upset, because while I was waiting for the pic we spent a few minutes talking about all the services they provide, and how they could handle any print job (I was specifically asking about printing cars out for print and play games). I thought this would be an easy fix.

I called the store back to ask if I could pay to have a 3rd pic printed of each and was told that they could - if I paid the full price again for both sets (mine and my sons), after which they would give me three more pics of each of us.

I explained why I needed this and what I was told when I called and asked, before I even came in, and was told it was a misunderstanding and there was nothing that they could do.

It's super disappointing. The more pressing need is for the pic for the PAL license, so we'll use one of these photos for that. Then I suppose we'll have to go somewhere else to have new passport photos taken next week. Unfortunately it won't be back at this location.

Again, everyone there was great and friendly, and the pics are good quality (why is why I'm still rating the store a 4), but ultimately I was left disappointed because I didn't get what I'd been looking for and they were unable to resolve this (unless I was willing to pay double).

The ladies at The UPS Store Sherway continue to go over and above to help me optimize my business. Always greeted with a friendly smile taken care of like family. Top-shelf service and care. 30 years of dedicated service to the Etobicoke community shines through.

Barring the very occasional wait time, this UPS store has been, and continues to be, among the better experiences that I have with any courier service. The staff are knowledgeable, incredibly kind, patient, helpful, and courteous - even in the instance that you are simply dropping off a pre-labeled package.

Robbing customers one black and white normal print cost 0.15 cent where as service charge 2.25 dollars altogether it comes 2.71 dollars for one print. What service u are giving receiving mail and print

The staff has always been super friendly and helpful every time I go. I have probably been there at least 10 times just to return amazon stuff.

I cannot say enough good things about this UPS store. The service is caring and my questions and concerns about shipping my vintage instrument were all addressed. The staff and manager was very patience with me as we went through the details about packing and the UPS process. I ended up saving money and feel confident my shipment will arrive safe and on time. Very nice staff, busy store so service is a little slow at times but overall not bad.

*** I am new to the "shipping" world. My recommendation to anyone would be to pack your own box. They packed a box for me and and charged me $22 for 1 extra box and some peanuts. In the end, everything broke.

My recommendation would be to pack your own as it is cheaper to do it yourself and only you will be responsible. Also, always get a receipt when you drop anything off tracking is not the easiest without it!

Every time I go and get packages wrapped up and boxed I receive amazing customer service from the staff! They are great and so friendly! Been to other UPS stores and have yet to receive the customer service I have ALWAYS received from the North Queen location!

Worst UPS Store. I've been a UPS customer for over a decade now and never have I had to wait as much as I did today. Printing labels took forever and the trainee on the counter was rude.

Sending a package with a label that needs to print out takes 40mins for them to process it, and I don't think they know what they are doing there.

They are not answering phones and ignore you. They are shipping late, what's the point of paying extra for overnight shipment if they are shipping it two days late? "Overnight" does not equal a "week"

Would put zero if I could. I have an account w UPS but will now switch. Put a parcel for drop off today at this location. The driver was dancing and dropped parcels and picked them up and kept shaking them. I advised it was fragile. He said okay. I asked the staff if I should repackage my parcel because there was glass items. The staff responded "If your parcel can't withstand a four foot drop, what are you doing? " That response is unacceptable, unprofessional & very poor care for any customers & their parcels.

Excellent service. The employees were extremely helpful, experienced, quick and super friendly. They adhered to all COVID-19 distancing, cleaning regulations. I will definitely return to this location and I will recommend this location to others. Great job folks!

Arrived at this location to drop off a package for which the East Mall UPS store would not provide a receipt. Friendly prompt service and gave me a receipt no questions asked. It's sad that basic customer service is so shockingly hard to find.

They offer side services like passport photos. They don't know what are they doing, trying to sell you wrong product. Later they starting to be mean. Disaster.

I drive a bit further to come to this location solely because of the great people working here.

Friendly people and always smiling and helpful. I drop off regularly and have no need to line up. Very efficient setup.

Amazing staff and service. The whole team was great but Yvonne Y was particularly proactive, resourceful and provided exceptional service. I called to see if my digital label could be printed and the staff suggested I can drop by anytime and they will assist. Assist they did, Yvonne protected my package, printed my labels and provided the best most efficient service! I was in and out in minutes. Thank you Yvonne and the rest of the UPS team at store #3!

This store smells very odd and needs to be cleaned. That being said the staff was very nice so I will still give you 3 stars.

Recommend this location for all your shipping and printing needs. Excellent customer service and exceptional staff. I had the chance to work with Ekram and he was so patient with my friend and I through the printing of a personalized picture to fit a locket.

Useless service. I was left a notice card to pick up my item at this store. I showed up and they said it wasn't there and not even in the system. Horrible customer service and dismissed me. Don't ever use UPS. You will be on a wild goose chase for your item.

The staff are friendly, personable, and positive! I went in for a quick drop off, but because of how pleasant the woman I was helped by was, we got to chatting, and I'll now be coming here for large-scale prints and scans! On a more straightforward level, the place is clean and well-organized, lots of parking, and they service is fast.

This is one of the worst UPS stores I have been in. Employees don't know much and management is the worst money hungry individual ever! Got a mail box at this location and within 12 hours figured out we had rented at the wrong address. When we requested a refund, owner kept $20 for admin fee! I now understand why the store was empty! Keeping $20 was WRONG, according to the other 2 UPS stores. This is not normal company policy. This is a location to watch out for.

The service received by Tammy and Amanda was exceptional. I am confined to a wheelchair and they actually offered to come out to my car to retrieve the packages ready to be shipped! I would definitely recommend this UPS store.

Great go-to spot for all our printing needs. Big format full size prints to keep the jobs rolling, and they’re quick to get them to you.even faster if you email before arrival with documents to be printed which we’ve done before

Outstanding! I'd give 10 stars. I need some sell sheets printed for meeting the next morning and I called ahead to this store and was able to have the job emailed over and completed by the time I came from downtown. Service is amazing and unlike the shops I've dealt with before. I don't mind making the drive up to have my work done here, pricing is fair and open later than most and weekends!

The staff here is amazing and friendly. I've used this store for both printing and shipping for my business and never had an issue. Highly recommended if you are looking for full service business options!

We have had a lot of our business packaging, labels and print done at this store. We used Staples before for many services, until one day we needed something in a rush, but they couldn't do the job, and this store was next door in the same plaza. Since that day we have brought all of our business here, small or large and the staff is very helpful with a smile on their face. They actually care about your business as if it's their own.
