Very very bad service. There is a lad working, she is very rude. Even if the customer need the help she won’t help. She don’t guide. Her face like this
I don’t know that lady has the qualifications for working here.she should read the reviews first. She doesn’t has the customer service skill.
She has zero knowledge.
I think the owner has no choice to choose other nice people to work here.
I never recommend this store to others.

Not only me, I saw your reviews most of them sent the reviews like this. So the problem is yours. Not mine. I know how to pack the bag and everything. But I asked a simple question even though she don’t want to answer it.that’s y I got mad.she gave the worst service not only for me, you can check the reviews. Most of the people said like this.

Best spot for baby passport photos! Tried several places like Henry's and Shoppers, but this one nailed it with the perfect equipment and technique. Highly recommend for adorable passport pics and amazing service!

Very bad attitude, and super expensive wrap fee.
Extremely suggest never come to this store. Everything u have to do by yourself and also you will be charged.

Very Terrible & slow service
The people that work there are incompetent & took 15 min to print 1 piece of paper making me late to work

I thought lifting a finger to hold the package and lifting a foot to move the package is part of the job. Instead, the lady staff asked me to move the package to the scale so she can print the label without moving the box. She then asked me to put the box at the UPS pile so she didn't need to walk a step. I felt this is a self serve store.

Great for poster printing. The lady who served me was very helpful. She was able to improve the quality of the logo so it came clear on large format. Definitely recommend.

This has to be the worst experience I have ever had, dealt with Emily to send insulin to my mother who was on vacation in Australia at the time (she forgot them in Canada) payed extra for express service this was last year December total cost $300 package never made it to Australia, family in Australia checked UPS in Australia why package hadn't arrived was told package never left Canada, went several times and spoke with Emily who said she was waiting on an email from UPS to find out what happened it's 8 months and I still haven't heard or received any compensation for this, this is the customer service this store provides, let's see if this gets your attention Emily. If you just wanted my money I would have given it to you

I had the best experience with the staff here. This place is highly recommended for photographs and photocopies if you are somewhere around Scarborough.

Not the best UPS store I have been to… the attitude is not great… the owner appears to be more comfortable communicating in Cantonese than English. They charge me $1 for every string of tape on my package, and $2 for printing per page. There is no price list so I either pay the rate or they will not seal the package. I do sell a lot of stuff online, although this store is the closest UPS to my house across Huntingwood I would rather drive to Bellamy and Ellesmere UPS and send my package from that store which makes me feel a lot more comfortable dealing with.

The Chinese lady was extremely rude and derogatory! I recommend not coming to this location! From my experience, it was the first time returning an Amazon product to an international destination overseas and the Chinese lady was the rudest person I ever met! My worry is that she will conduct malicious intent to my Amazon product return worth 100s of dollars!

This place is amazing. I had to ship a big box to the US and the owners really took the time to explain the process, the potential tax implications for the shipment, and answer all of my questions. I highly recommend coming here if you have any questions regarding your shipment.

This is the worst experience. I am still waiting for my parcel to be received by my family. I have sent two months ago. I was charged extra to be shipped as early as possible but at the end it took more than two months and still waiting. Their service is the worst service I must say. They don’t give you proper response to your inquiry and the staff are super ignorant with their responsibilities. Anyway I hope I will get refund for the high shipping charges. I regret choosing UPS. I won’t recommend you going to UPS or particularly at this store base on my worst personal experience. I hope this will help some people to choose the right one because I should have gone through the review before choosing UPS. I think they should have options for giving negative stars to let people know how worst their service is. Anyway I hope they can improve their customer service through the reviews. I hope they won’t be ignorant with this review as well.

Waited outside for 12 mins exactly at 9AM, but still no one came up. Hours shows 9 AM to 6: 30 PM.

I chose this store as my UPS hold-for-pickup location. It's a great option if you don't want your package get stolen from your front porch, or your condo doesn't have concierge desk to receive package for you. Been picking up my package from here a few times already and no issue whatsoever. They get the job done. That's all I care.

Used to come here for my parcel. Very nice and professional service from the staffs. It is a very good UPS pick-up point.

Visited here twice to pick up and send out packages. They get the job done, if that's all you needed. Don't expect friendly or helpful services.

Was trying to carry over this box for amazon return, it was a little heavy. They couldn't even hold the door open for me. I struggled as they starred at me bringing it in. To "tape" the box they gave me stickers instead of actual tape. Horrible experience.

Had a good experience at this location. Very professional and helpful, and speak English and Cantonese and Mandarin very fluently! They helped me package a box and bubble wrapped it well to ensure no damage. Would recommend.

Don’t expect friendly service here, very rude attitude. I called about the pricing ahead of time, they told me it’s $3 to fax a sheet of paper which is already higher than doing it at places like “Staples”. When i asked if she could put all my screenshots from my mobile device to one page with word doc, she said thats an additional $5, i asked if i could do it myself and did not allow me to use the computer. I ended up doing it though an app on my phone. After faxing my sheet of paper i was told that the entire cost was $5+ before tax, i said isn’t the fax just $3 and the printed sheet 0.25? The lady working there slipped in a “service charge” fee which was an extra $2 that was never even brought up during the time i asked about their rates.

They’ll strip ever penny from you, with any given opportunity. Will not be using any of their services here again

Went here for packaging because I was sending an LCD Monitor for repairs (and doing it via my sister because I was from out of town), and asked for them to take photos of the wrapping process. They emailed it and took pictures of each step which was amazing! Thank you so much to this team. Great place. Agree with the others, very efficient

Worse service ever! I asked the representative to help me fill out a form. Her answer was I don't fill those out. I am not sure how too. Asked her how to take the slip and tape it onto the box and her answer yet again is. I never do it, I am not sure.

Update.
Not only did I ship out from here and the service was horrible! THEY LOST MY PACKAGE! The person I was shipping too said they never received the package! And now they have to do an internal investigation.

The owners and staff are super friendly, kind, helpful and professional. 10 stars for excellent customer service! Highly recommended!

Such a disappointing experience from this store. I should have checked the negatives first instead of this 4 stars. Dropped off package with a return item and even printed the label from the store. It’s been 18 days now and the package is missing now! This store person told me to contact ups directly and ask for an investigation. It doesn’t even show that it’s been picked up from the store. What sense does it make to contact them and ask for an investigation, which I did. So people, if you want to seriously send someone a package, then rely on some other location that’s worth the money and time Mayb!

Unprofessional vendor.
They refused my DHL package because it is a prepaid package. I called DHL and DHL verified that it is an official drop off location.

Great work on my poster and I m very happy to meet people there and they help me to print all my books as well.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. I have all my printing and cheque book from this store and now I use their mailbox services for my parcels around the world. I love their service!

They got my online print order wrong but luckily didn't have to go through some ordeal to get it fixed. Had to wait another 5 minutes but no big deal.

This UPS store is so efficient and helpful. The turn around for pick up is super fast, quality is better than other printing store and importantly price point is very reasonable. I have printed a bunch of things from business cards to presentation posters to open house brochures and sign. I highly recommend this location!
