I placed a package delivery last week but there's a mistake with the address, so I requested to have the item returned to the store. I called to check today and Charles helped find it. And he sent a request of refund for me. Thank you for the services and great customer service!

Don’t use this store. I dropped off a 500$ package to abdel (staff) and it just disappeared. I should’ve checked the reviews because it’s not the first time it’s happened here. Stay away

We went there to take passport size photos for a US visa, and the person in charge said he knows what the requirements are. First, he didn't stamp/sign with date behind the photo. Second, turns out the dimensions of the physical photos he gave us were a bit larger (not the required size) and the photos were not cut "squarely" either. All edges were wonky. Highly unprofessional work and I'd suggest to not waste money here with passport photos.

Charles and his staff are wonderful. Very kind, patient, and are cognizant of your needs. Will do all my UPS business at this location.

This is the second time they lost my package, very bad reputation on my business. They dont take responsibility, they keep pushing you to purchase insurance which costs hundreds of dollars which my small business can not afford considering I ship minimum ten package daily.
The owner is very arrogant and unashamed person blames client for not purchasing insurance instead of taking responsibility for loss of my package. His drivers left the package in front of a building with thousand of units.instead of looking for the name of the client. Of course no one paying for my loss.

Never ever use this location again. Its a shame that people like this own franchise of UPS and being a bad reputation for the company.

Brilliant store. The gentleman Charlie, and the middle eastern woman here are both stellar. Very helpful. There's another older man from time to time who's less helpful (lazy, doesn't want to do anything with envelopes etc). Compared to Canada Post or Purolator in the neighborhood this is by far my favorite store.

Fast, professional and very friendly. I enjoy doing business with this location very much. Always a pleasant experience!

We are Saturday morning it’s past 10am but it still closed. Seems completely empty and it’s pouring so not cool UPS!

Saturday afternoon, just trecked all the way there in the pouring rain and it was closed, even though hours of operation indicate it should be open. Me and 10 other people standing outside the closed store in the rain.

Pay 3$ + per print to print out a shipping label. Then the owner who employs his son mentions downtown rent.ok I chose you instead of Canada Post

I came in minutes before close to send something urgent and I was helped better than I would have expected. The owner stayed much later to help me well after hours. He was very professional and a good guy. He went above and beyond to help. I dont know about some reviews but I highly recommend this location.

You guys use Muskoka delivery service in Sudbury Ontario.please take the time to review comments from customers.we are fed up with their bs and it needs to change.thank you

Blown away by the level of customer service! Had to ship a return package to California, and the initial postage was going to be too expensive. Clerk who was helping me not only told me that I could save by using a smaller box, but then proceeded to help me cut down the box to the appropriate size. Saved $30 on shipping! Above and beyond service

If I could give zero stars I would. This facility assisted us with shippining items to the US and they went missing and they have done absolutely nothing to assist us. We purchased insurance at least that was what we were told and now are told that we didn’t. Who would ship to another country without insurance - we certainly wouldn’t. We have had to make all contacts with them as well as UPS. UPS tells us since the store was the shipper they have to lead all inquiries. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION. Drive 10 miles to another store if you have to. Better yet use FED EX - they help you when there is an issue and act in a professional manner. Cheers Charles, we will NEVER use UPS again - I’m sure you make the company proud!

Great team, have been using for over 5 years. Resolved any logistics issues immediately and always willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommend using these if you travel frequently and want a mailing address.

Good service when I have been here on occasion. They also have other offerings such as post office box rentals, document shredding, and printing.

I called for have information about my package and Bryan screamed to me, was very rude and hung up the phone. I did a complaint directly to the company. Worst costumer service ever.
