Worst store and Service. We brought in 1 month old for passport photos, and first employee made us wait 15 min and after he was ready to take picture, while we were holding baby to take the pictureand baby was crying so loud and this guy named Javed had no courtesy at all to serve us with crying baby, instead he was busy serving other customers who were after us in the queue.
He served around 3-4 customer after us, while we were holding baby to take picture.
Will never go to this store again. Inhuman people working here.

Would give 0 stars if I could.
Took my 7 year old son to this location for German passport pictures. The lady was great. Then I told her multiple times not to cut the pictures. Her response was that ALL passport pictures MUST be cut. I said the German application specifically states not to cut them. Well she cut them. I refused to pay for a set when I specifically told her more than once not to cut them. I then opted to leave, and go elsewhere. She yelled at me "GO TO SHOPPERS THEN" chased me out of the store taunting me, using profane language in front of my 7 year old child. This woman was absolutely TERRIBLE. This has been reported to the BBB and UPS complaints. Its one thing to get into it with an adult but to swear at people especially when there are children is disgusting, Now I will head over to social media and share my experience. TY

The customer service told me the parcel will be delivered on Friday with grantee and it's not, got delayed to Monday for no reason. Will Not use UPS again.

Ridiculous customer service! The guy charged $50 for just scanning a few documents!
When I asked why the guy replied with anger and used words such as " dude I am not an Immigrant I am a native Canadian" I am not sure how this is related to charging us $50!
You need to learn how to talk nicely to customers and stop being racist. Also you are not a native Canadian, your ancestors came from Europe. Remember also mr native Canadian that you are working for a place owned by IMMIGRANT.

I am reporting this incident to UPS Corp

Owners are horrible to their staff, don't keep to hours stated, don't pay them when suppose to and let them go when they don't do anything wrong.

Had my purchase from a store sent to this particular UPS store in order to avoid porch pirates. Instead, this UPS store lost my package. Still not sure how that’s possible. Although an investigation was started, no one has contacted me from the store. My advice “do not trust UPS with your treasures. Finally after waiting weeks after Christmas I was told by Customer Service UPS that an investigation was launched. The store did not reply to the investigation. I walked into the store and demanded to know why they had not responded. I was told to be patient. The store representative was more interested in weather or not I was the one who left the poor review. That was all she was concerned about. She finally came up with my package and once again reminded me to have patience. This store ruined our Christmas. No apology was given. When I got home I realized the package had been unsealed and sealed back up with a sticker that made no sense. I don’t understand why this owner is still allowed to be a franchisee owner. I no longer deal with UPS.

THE WORST EVER. The owner lady SHEILA and the old guy are nothing less than con artists. The UPS helpline is of no use as these are individually owned and operated franchises.

I had several packages shipped and she made me measure and weigh every single one in. If the page was 42.2 lb, she would round it to 45 lb. I was in a mad rush and let few extra pounds slide. The dimensions of the boxes were ridiculously rounded off too. She charged me a whooping $2700.

She charged me $50 on insurance and then called me days later saying the product is not insurable and didn't return the money. I asked for my product she said it will be broken and better to sell it. I was out of town and sent my friends thrice to her location to repackage and she charged us $100+ for packaging. She still didn't ship the product, we basically forced her to send it even if it's broken. Cos there is no way I could sell a $3000 new item to $400 as she suggested.

I had a tracking device on my package that was supposed to be delivered to me to the west 10 days ago but I was seeing it go from Waterloo to Brampton and stopped at open box selling shop for days. She kept saying she doesn't know where my package was. She gave a tracking number and that says on the website that UPS hasn't scanned that package yet/hasn't received it to their facility.

After 7 days She then had the audacity to say that she was sending MY PACKAGE to HER RELATIVE'S ADDRESS cos if it's her personal package UPS would handle it with care and that's why the tracking wasn't working

WHAT IN THE ACTUAL WORLD? THE PACKAGE IS WORTH OVER $3000.and of course UPS customer service was of no help.

I called this lady and said I have a GPS tracker on my package and I've watched it move from her store since day 1. And several threatening phones calls + 15 days later the package came intact.

Edit to the store owner: if you tell people who come in expecting a package which is days late that "it didn't get delivered because you live in a bad neighborhood with a lot of crime" that is why I'm angry. Not sure if you understand how rude that is, and your behaviour to me and the shouting match you were in with the lady in front of me who was having the same issue: is the reason I'm writing this. Packages are late sometimes, rude owners of UPS stores is the reason i will NEVER have a package shipped by ups again.

Btw package delivered: 6 days after.

Here's why you should rethink getting a package delivered here:
1. UPS driver is one day late, I work from home: im in a meeting: he doesn't knock or ring the bell he sticks an undeliverable sticker on my door at my house.
2. The package does not get delivered the next business day as they promised on the slip, in fact 2 business days later, plus a weekend in between. Its still "on the truck"
3. I go to the UPS store 135 waterloo. The lady tells me: the reason your package wasnt delivered is you likely live in a bad neighborhood and theres a lot of crime. (I live in a neighbourhood where there is 12 homes in the middle of a forest with 0 crime).
4. I call customer support they tell me they will redeliver it and that they cant take my complaint i have to do that over email.

All this meanwhile i needed the package and im out $350 because of them

This place is a joke.

Sheila is always so helpful at this location! She's very kind and provides quick and efficient service. The other employees I've met have been wonderful as well. I often drop things off here and have never had a bad experience! Thanks Sheila:)

I'm responding to the errors in the owner's response to my review. I entered and asked Sheila to send 3 pp by email (and provided the email address which she asked me to highlight). I did not choose fax and had no fax number. Many questions later from Sheila I repeated my request;
she said she could not confirm the pages were sent and to telephone later. I did and got a message. The recipient later emailed me that the 3 pages arrived at 7: 20 pm and I had entered the store around noon. It was a simple request to email 3 pages.

Recently I had service I found rude and inefficient from Sheila. Her
communication skills were very poor. For my 20 years of having service at this store I was served with efficiency and even witty humour from Barb H. In future I will aim to arrive when Barb H is on duty. Esther E

The staff was incredibly rude, and would not bother to answer questions or offer help. Treated me like a scammer for picking up my GF's package even if I had the same address.

The owner and staff of this store are great people. During the COVID-19 crisis, they helped me a lot to mail medications to the USA. A big thank you for your professional service and kind personality. You deserve all five stars!

Sent a package to USA with next day delivery. They received the package but never sent it out until 1 week later after I visit the store to open an investigation. Once that was started, magically the package was sent and delivered the next day.
Will not be sending through this store again.

The experience was frustrating. To all other users who are going to visit the store, watch out any hidden fee, ask if it’s charged before move on! I went to the store yesterday to send a package with a pre-paid label, which is a coat I bought online and the seller provided free returning. The process should be free, but I was charged $3 for “Email service”. When I entered the store, I asked the staff how to use the pre-paid label. She didn’t tell me how, just asked me to send her an email with the pre-paid label attached. Here’s how the fee happened. I feel very uncomfortable for the staff didn’t tell me a fee would happen in advance. The worse thing is that, my phone has no data, so I used a computer in the store to download the pre-paid label. I can totally print the pre paid label by this step, but the staff still used email to receive the label then printed it. She did try so hard to trigger an “Email service”! If you really need to charge more, just provide excellent service, stop charging in such a nasty way. I have never been charged for using email in my life!

A great neighbourhood store with excellent service. I don't have to go often anymore but I used to have a mailbox there for many years. They also make awesome passport pictures. They are a few dollars more expensive than the box store, but I have to live with that picture for 10 years.lol

These people play games making them difficult to get packages from. The hours online do not reflect their real operating hours and their excuse for poor servive is simply that they're not in any way affiliated with UPS.

Extraordinary service. My go-to UPS store.

Lady working at this store was extremely pleasant and helped me not only package my parcel, but also gave me a bandage when noticed sharp edge scratched my hand.

I came almost at 6pm (closing time). However, the associate accepted to finish my job that took another 10 minutes. A great customer service!
