Clerk ignores you and have a very messy order of helping people, clerk also work extremely slowly and wastes a lot of your time. Please use another store.:) If you were to go to Canada Post to mail things they tend to do it much much faster, it took around 20 mins to fill out 1 form and pack the item. The work really should take less than 10.

This place is always accommodating. You can go there with no box, or knowledge of how to return something to a company via shipping and they take care of it.

Very unprofessional. The lady asked for 25c per fragile sticker and when I asked for 2, she would only accept cash, which I didn’t have (especially during the covid times). And as I did not meet the requirements of her credit card machine limit, I was unable to purchase the stickers. Very rude as well.

Ling at this store saved my life when I had to ship 7 large boxes in preparation for a move. She lent me a dolley and helped me with all the customs paperwork. Ended up half an hour past closing time. Very dedicated!

This is the best UPS store for shipping in the downtown core. I have been using them for over a year to ship all my business and personal packages.
