Very bad service as everyone said. The man who wear glasses has a very bad and rude attitude towards to his clients. Never come back to this UPS store.

My shipment got delayed due to a mishandling by the same man with glasses that everyone here is complaining about.

I came to the shop with my package along with the shipping label and commercial invoice, and asked if he can provide me a pocket to hold them all. All he did was complaining about me not taping all of them on the box "as per shipping instruction". He then taped my shipping label across the package (while continue complaining), and threw the commercial invoice underneath the counter. I did not know the process so I blindly trust that he would handle the commercial invoice for me and left the shop. Few days later when I track my package, it was held up at the facility because of missing commercial invoice! This man knew those were commercial invoice because he mentioned it in his complaint about the invoice size being hard to tape, but he deliberately throwing them away! Clearly this person has some integrity issue and not only typical customer service issue! AVOID!

The young guy with glasses has an attitude problem. He refuses to print receipts even I told him I needed proof of shipment. On one occasion, I have an international package with an commercial invoice. He said he'd handle it but it ended up getting stuck in customs becuase no invoice was attached. Very disappointing.

Echoing all the other reviewers, the Asian guy is incredibly rude. I am Asian as well so it isn't a racial thing, he just simply hates his job. I live one minute from here and rather go out of my way to the Denison and Woodbine location instead.

Super rude Chinese male with glasses. Never talks with manner, no matter in Mandarin or English. Throws packages around. I won’t call it service. Shame. Hard to imagine what kind of difficulties he experienced in his entire life that made his way of treating people like this.

If this wasn’t the closest location would never have come by. Everytime the guy is able to find a way or say something to give you the feeling he doesn’t give a _ about your items

My go to UPS store. Very organized and clean store unlike other UPS stores I have been too. Always fast service and great experience whether needing prints or mailing a package. Thank you

The front office person really needs to learn some customer service skills, or even properly greet a customer. Not even sure the guy speaks English. And it’s always the SAME GUY! Just simply RUDE.

I don't know about all these other 5 star reviews if it was the same employee but one of them that serve me that day, Leo was extremely rude. I came in with my return label not on my box and he was like you have to tape the label. Usually when I go to other UPS they will have sleeves for me. Also when I ask for a receipt he told me there isn't and got mad at me for asking and told me you're tracking number is on the label, check online yourself. He told me he can sent me the tracking to my number. As I told him my number he was just slamming the keys to put my number in. This is one of the worst UPS. Definitely do not recommend coming to this location and would not come back. Remember his is LEO.

The Male staff here is soo rude, when I came to pick up my package he just keep laughing, I don’t understand what make him laughing, and his words are very impolite,totally unacceptable!

Went to the store for a return package and the stuff helped me with the taping. (I don't have tape at home).
He charged me $0.5 for that, which is ok. I gave him a job, and he wanted money for doing it.
He also helped me to expain some questions I have. And I decied to give him a good review.then I see lots of bad reviews about not giving receipts.
The stuff there also told me that, but he said very clear there is a confirmation of my return. (He even showed me how to see it.)
I am ok to have a confirmation of my return instead of a paper receipt.
Because all I wanted is package safety, and they confirmed it.
I decided to take the employee side and write this good review. So the other customer going there won't get confused.

There is a confirmation of package the store received, only not in paper, but online.

Went there for a quick and urgent graphic design work. The staff were patient and adhered to my requirement. The pricing was also reasonable. I will bring back my business to this UPS location happily in future.

AVOID this place to save yourself the heartburn. Same as what others have reported, the man was rude and condescending. Did not issue a receipt for proof that they accepted my package. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The male staff is very rude and impolite. He did not scan until you insist. He did not give a receipt while other ups location has given receipt. Don't know why he did not scan your package, just ask you to drop off. If no receipt provided or don't scan at scene. How can we know if the package is shipped.worst service.

As previous reviews mentioned, the male staff there is not helpful and impatient. Is it true ups does not provide receipt of acceptance? Many other competitors do so this contributed to my review. If I find it otherwise, I will change my review accordingly. To the employer at this locatuon: If this asian male staff is an employee, please find yourself another front desk, he is not helping your business.

The man was extremely rude. I came here to return a package and he refused to scan my package or give me a receipt. This package was a new iPhone from the apple store so I was adamant about dropping it off without seeing it get scanned or get a receipt. He insisted they don’t give receipts which is sketchy because I have been provided receipts at another ups location.

Very rude and irresponsible staff, I wanted to return something I bought to the store, so I put the new return label on the box, but they lost my new label and scared the original label. Then after 2 weeks, the package was sent back to MY address again!

Went to drop off a pre-paid return item. The Chinese man with the glasses behind the counter is THE WORST representative I've encountered in a while. Incredibly rude and condescending. Do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!

Never had a chance to actually use their service, but by the attitude of the attendant to come out (he had already locked the door) and point at their hours sticker on the door and rudely say “We close at 3PM” at 2: 55 PM was enough. Why even come out? ! Should have stay put inside and MAYBE I would have given them a try again.

The only staff or the store owner in this store is very rude. I understand that running a UPS shop might be boring. But you can just find a different job or start another business if you don't like it. I am a lady that has no idea of how some stuff works in shipping industry so questions i asked probably sound "stupid" to him. He could've just replied yes or no easily. But he completely ignored my questions and walked to the back while i was still waiting there in the shop.

Too bad there is no 0 star. The man in the store refused to take my return item from Wayfair. He said it was over weight. I had a rolled up rug that wieghed 25 lbs and well packaged. He was very rude.and asked me to call UPS for pick up. How ridiculous is that? I was already at their store with the item and he ask me to call UPS to send a truck to my house for pick up.
Avoid UPS at all cost.

Leo thanks for the great service. Fast, professional, efficient. I came from having a bad experience at Staples down the road trying to send an overnight letter so I left and found this UPS location. I’ll be coming here from now on.

It is with great disappointment that Leo Liu provided me with the worst customer service imaginable. I have been to other UPS stores and felt welcomed and my needs were met to a high degree of satisfaction.

I was looking to drop off a small parcel package and had my labels printed, however did not have time to fasten them to the box. I kindly asked whether Leo had some tape to secure it to the box and he points to the rolls of tape on the shelf for sale, in which I clarified I was looking for an opened roll of tape that can be used just to tape the label to the box. His response was that they do not do that. I responded by asking if I could use the tape and do it myself then. After some discussion, Leo's response was to just drop the parcel on the counter and that he will take care of it later. Obviously I was not comfortable leaving without the label secured properly and scanned into their system.

Further to this, he ridiculed myself for putting a label with a barcode inside the box and said it is not necessary showing me that the barcode for the inside label was the same as the exterior box label. I stated that I see that and indicated I would feel more comfortable following the instructions provided by Amazon to include both labels given. It's unknown whether the exterior label may be damaged during delivery in which the inside label would contain identifying information to complete the parcel delivery.

Leo finally did help to tape the label down but in a very unsecure manner - one strip of tape down the centre of the label to the box so the edges of the label remained loose and flapping. The entire time he was projecting a very unfriendly and negative vibe, so before leaving, I asked him whether he was having a bad day in which he stared at me blankly looking baffled at my question. I expressed I was not pleased with his services and he had no reaction but continued to look at me with an aggressive look. I asked him for his superior's contact information to follow-up in which he chuckled and said that he is the owner.

Bottom line - he may have been having a bad day as I have not had other interactions with him before or that may be the way he treats his customers and people on a regular basis.

I encourage yourself Leo to reflect on the style in which you communicate and interact with your customers. You may wish to enrol in some courses to improve your customer service and interpersonal skills. You would definitely benefit from it, and so will your customers and people that cross path with you.
