The UPS Store

Worst store to deal with, was just talking about high printing charges for single page and guy said go get print from somewhere else, I am busy and will not help you.
I said I will pay you but he said I have enough business and will not waste his time.

What a service UPS

The guy behind the counter is very kind. Always smiles. I use the Huron Church location often. Very happy with the service.

Despite showing a valid ID (from a foreign country), apparently you have to show a Canadian ID to pick up a package. Ever heard of international students? What a joke.

Choose ups if you want to pick up your own delivery everytime, and get hang up while you trying to work the problem out with the customer service! Wonderful wonderful service! Great experience that makes me angry everytime. Even that karen lady at Canada Post give me a better experience than UPS, so Congratulations UPS, you win!?

The stuff there, Mr. Hossam, might appear somewhat harsh but he's actually very helpful and friendly. I had some issue with name/address on my box, and he basically explain to me how to deal with this next time. He's also careful with details and apparently great with kids.

I would like to give Less than 1 star rating if possible. Hossam the store manager or franchise owner. I don't know his position but he is very rude with customers. I went to the store with a prepaid shipping label to send equipment back to the office. He refused to put the tape on the boxes. He replied he will charge $4 for it. He made me get my own tape to cover the box. At the same time another customer arrived who could speak the same language as Hossam did. Hossam helped him a lot. He put a tape on his box and also clearly explained to him the instructions. I questioned him saying you are helping him just because that person speaks the same language as you. Then Hossam got mad at me and threatened me if I didn't leave the store he would throw my packages. I left the store right away. I have video and audio recorded for the proof. Seems like he has a problem with the people who don't speak his language. It's such a pity that UPS is still encouraging these kinds of people to maintain the store. I feel so pity for the UPS people like Hossam will rip your your business. God Bless you UPS.

I want to give zero to the store employee. The person doesn’t show effort in customer service. I went month ago to print my stuff, he said the computer has some technical problem and today, in this heat I walked 30 minutes to print my resume. He still told me that the computer had the technical problem. I don’t know why this store don’t just throw this person out of the job. He doesn’t serve at all. He just don’t want to. I am very disappointed with the service he give. It’s like a slap on the face of the customer. I really advice the ups store to get a new employee otherwise they are going suffer a huge loss with this person.

If I could give a zero star I would. I try to call the UPS, the staff was very rude to deal with in and ignored what I said and hang up my phone call.

Was there earlier today and the man working was super helpful! He helped me find a package that I had thought was lost. He was kind, patient, and I think went out of his way to help me. I forget his name but thank you so much for helping:)

I use this UPS location regularly to ship for my business - 3-5 times a week, and the customer service is always fantastic. The employees are always friendly and accommodating.

Hossam was extremely helpful and friendly. He accommodated what I needed with great flexible. Changed my opinion completely about the UPS store.

Very good customer service the gentleman working there I think his name is housam very professional answered all my questions, really happy with the service definitely would go back again.

Customer service is very bad. One senior guy doesn't care about his customer at all. It seems like he doesn't like to do this business but didn't find anything to do. I'm very disappointed when I went this place with 55kg boxes. I asked him to get some ups shipping info. But he was so disturbed and didn't help me at all. It was like I did a very big mistake to come this store with 5 boxes! And I don't have any right to know the shipping price. I will never go there again.

Worst place to go. If there was a zero rating for customer service would be nice. Need to replace the old guy.

Very nice services. Fast and accurate instructions. Customer service is very accommodating. I use Mailbox and fax service + sending packages from time to time demostic and over seas
