I had a very uncomfortable situation at this store with its owner Samim Hamoodi. I went there to ship a package, the front desk girl that I talked to was very friendly. After talking to her, I found out we both were from the same country, so we started talking in our original language. In the meantime, she kept working on gathering all the information required. Suddenly, the owner came by and in a rude manner told the girl to speak in English because he needed to know what we were talking about. I was not expecting this kind of behavior from the owner of this establishment, I was biting my tongue trying not to say something. We stopped talking in our language and the girl kept doing her job. When she was done, I thanked her for her job, but I could not resist telling this person my opinion about his unacceptable behavior. I started saying what would happen if someone that doesn't speak English comes to his store and talk to the girl in their own language. This guy, in a very arrogant manner, would not even let me all what I had in mind, he just kept saying that whoever comes to his store, needs to speak English. I have been in some many different places in this multicultural country, and even though not every immigrant speaks good English and prefer to speak in their own language, I have never seen a store manager/owner demanding to their employees to speak just in English because they need to know what they are talking about. I have older family members that do not speak good English and would definitely appreciate to have the freedom to speak in our language if someone in the store speak our language. I bet that if someone that speaks Arabic comes to his store, he would not mind speaking in their own language with thus customer.

Always have the worst experiences here. I went in to pick up a package and decided to exercise option 2 for identification requirements stated on the website. A photo ID that didn’t have the address identical to what was on the package and an additional proof of residency with the exact address on the package (a letter which I have confirmed with customer service is acceptable). He refused to give me my package stating that UPS does not allow this and that he couldn’t give me my package without an ID with the same address that is on the package. He even had the audacity to tell me to go read the policy/requirements. When in fact he is the one that should read through the policy as there are 4 DIFFERENT IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENT OPTIONS to pick up your package at a UPS Access Point. Such incompetence. Needless to say I did submit a formal complaint with UPS. Super rude, complete waste of time, and a very unpleasant part of my day. It’s funny that he tries to deny what I have already confirmed with customer service along with my tracking number (the pick up instructions sent to me with my tracking notification triple confirms this). The address in question was not a business address but a personal one. So his reply is “totally incorrect”.

Went to drop off package Friday and I was told they are not accepting packages. I asked where can dropped my place. He told Try Monday! Are you serious! Not professional at all. Friday NO but Monday maybe! Not going there ever again.

The gentleman who served me today was friendly, patient and quick to get my stuff done. Staff are always helpful and provide a pleasant experience.

Worst customer service ever from the lady and man. Answering like an enemy. Droped my 9 packages and I asked a receipt with tracking number. The old man initially answering that "I can cancell your packages if you want". All other locations give receipt. I am giving many packages every weekend related with my work. I am attaching a receipt I got from other locarion. Do not appreciate.

And I like the fact that there is never a long line up. There are enough employees to tend for every customer. If you’re in a hurry, come to this place.

This store has always all the supplies you need. They have boxes and label pockets on hand. If you’re in an out very quickly, which is in stark contrast to other UPS stores, and which lineups are very long, because there’s only one, and sometimes two, people working.

It is a small family run and owned business. I’m very happy to support them. The owners are extremely polite and very humble. It’s not always that you meet people like these nowadays. They are very thoughtful and kind. I was very happy and satisfied with the service, and I will be coming back here again. They give UPS a good reputation.

There are many carriers, including Fedex and Purolator, nearby. However, I always choose to go to this UPS store, because of how polite and kind the store owners are. They are very easy-going and down to earth people.

You can actually have your DHL and Fedex parcels dropped off there as well so that you can pick them up after work. It’s a one stop shop for people that need printing design done, so that’s a bonus.

For me, I like the fact that it’s an excellent post office altogether Dash all my mail goes there on my rented locker. I have never ever had anything lost or damaged. This is tremendous and very great to have. I highly appreciate their efforts to run a successful business.

Won't be going to this location again. Picked up an expensive and slightly heavy package of fragile crystals. The guy at the desk almost dropped it after grabbing it. Then proceeded to slam it on the desk so hard I heard one of them bang off it. Told him it's fragile. So he decides to pick it up about half a foot and bang it off the desk again for absolutely no reason and asks what it even is.

Didn't realize UPS liked to basically play basketball with my package on the desk right in front of me after I told him it was fragile.

He then had the audacity to say, "be careful, it's heavy" when he gave it to me.

Update: crystals are fine. All the stands that came with them are destroyed though.

And the place is always clean and tidy. It’s very accessible. Great customer service. Overall, a very happy experience with this store and the individuals working there.

Today I supposed to get my package when I was home but nothing was at my doorstep. Call costumer service saying 3 times It has been delivered ‍️ He was barely understand me and instead of calling driver make it easier for both of us their prosedure is filling some forms out! I just went out to my neighbours to hunt my package! I was right they delivered to the wrong address. Good job Mr professional UPC

The ladies at this UPS location go above and beyond, over and over again. Now that we’ve moved further away, we still drive across town for the amazing service.

Have used the UPS store in north London, ON several times and always find the staff extremely helpful and courteous. My shipments are usually Canada to Ireland via UPS express and they have always arrived on time or before. Highly recommended!

We have had a PO at Store 243 for several years and have had nothing but a great experience. The staff is so helpful and accommodating! If look for a mailbox rental, I would recommend them in a second. Fantastic job, thanks for all your help over the years!

Been dropping off and picking up alot of packages with this store, owner is always pleasant, quick and efficient. Much better than dealing with Michael at postnet london north with his BS attitude, would be nice if fedex/purolator can switch their services to here

I was at UPS yesterday with my friend, we went down to get a print out done. Unfortunately my friend could not access the file on his phone so we asked the employee if we could borrow/use the computer just to check in what went wrong and verify with our documents. To this she answered us saying we will have to pay 10$ for just accessing the computer.for real?
We were in a hurry so we had to get it done, she in-fact did clear the tabs, but was standing just right next to us as if we were going to hack something or steal something from there. I honestly did not even feel like talking to her thereafter. She was ignoring her customer just to see what we were up to. I mean common if you have charged a customer $10 for 5 min, Least you could do is give them some privacy.

The owner is arrogant, and does not follow UPS STORE CANADA policies. Heard him on the phone making comments about a persons nationality, and location because he was not getting his way, yet is an immigrant himself. As a business owner, he should be aware of, and follow all company policies.

Jut got a notification regarding a new review about this business and wanted to add mine. As a former employee I agree with all negative comments because that's what they do, good service is only for paying customers. Please move your business somewhere else!

Very helpful and great customer service. It’s unfortunate that some people try to use this platform to write fake and unsubstantial negative reviews. Don’t believe them! I regularly use this UPS store and they are great!

New owners are rude, unhelpful. I watched employee be very rude to 2 women customers in line - maybe it's cultural (problem with women) ? But I will not ship from this location again - this type of attitude is not ok in Canada!

New owners are extremely rude and not helpful. When it comes to sending a big pack and paying at the store they are your best friends but if you are sending a pre-paid package or free returns they are rude and trying their best not to help you. Don't go there and don't support their business!

They don’t take prepaid amazon fba stuff because they don’t make money out of it. Owner is very rude.
