We reached out to Rommel at the UPS store after seeing reviews and getting recommendations from others and we weren't disappointed. We had upcoming trade shows and they looked after us from design, supply and on time delivery. After this experience we will be using the UPS store for all of our future needs.

Both (Tania and Mary) the staff members were friendly and helpful at the same time professional. I am a happy customer and will definitely use their service in future.

It is very difficult to find a good balance between quality, price, and response time with a printer. In the case of Rommel with UPS Store, these characteristics are perfectly combined, adding an extraordinary service. If you require a printing service, Rommel is the right person and has a wide variety of products and options.

I used their services for my business. I highly recommend Rommel and his team. His team is very responsive and will keep you informed even if there are any delays in your order. On top of that, they have a wide variety of printing services. If you want anything printed for your business, no matter the size or finish, they can do it for you. Choose Rommel's team and you won't be disappointed.

Just heads up: this is not UPS, but a third party company. If you have any issues with them they'll forward you to UPS, and you'll keep giggling between both parties! UPS lost our family passports, which costed us thousands of dollars in tickets and passport renewals (not to mention ruined vacations). The passports were found after 3 months (envelop in bad shape)! No proper investigation was performed by UPS.

Ivette is great! I had to get a banner and some flyers printed last minute. She got it done in less than four hours and the work was impeccable. Will definitely go back.

Horrible. I happened to be in Oakville on business and stopped by there to drop off a pre-paid parcel for DHL shipping. I was asked to pay $2.95 to drop off a package for DHL. I have been dropping off my packages at UPS stores all over Toronto for years and have NEVER been charged a drop-off fee. Even when I require an envelope for my proforma, I am NEVER charged for this service. Left there and went to my usual UPS store to drop off my DHL parcel, at no charge.

I had a very important fragile package that needed to be delivered to a client in a time sensitive manner. Ivette and Rommel delivered! The overall experience was positive and I highly recommend them!

Recently Rommel and his friendly staff were super helpful in assisting me with a complicated shipment to Cuba. With all the duty fees and restrictions etc it was confusing, but with their guidance I was successful in getting some urgently needed items to its destination. Great job, I'll be back.

I recommend this location for having an incredible service. I didn't have the experience of sending and receiving back a package internationally, and I had to do it with very important personal documents. Yvette and Rommel went above and beyond suggesting, helping me and making sure I was doing everything correct. I sent and received my package with my personal documentation with no problem and they made me feel safe and confident. This service is extremely professional, and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of sending/receiving documents/packages, anything. So Thank you Yvette and Rommel for your help! Excellent job!

Tried to use their services for both shipping and printing and both experiences were terrible.

Visited this location to ship a package on a 3rd party ups account. The employee told me that the waybill would need to be created at home and brought to their store (Also told me that they would charge me to print the document as I don’t have a printer). I tried to create the document at home but received an error code. Contacted UPS over the phone and they told me that I should be able to ship out the item at the store. Visited the store a second time and spoke with the same employee. I told her that their head office indicated that I should be able to ship the item. At that point I was informed that it is due to them not carrying a certain form. I asked when they will be ordering new copies and I was informed that they don’t have any plans on ordering new copies. I visited the UPS store on Dorval and they were able to ship out my package within minutes. I would recommend visiting that location rather than this store.

I also tried to print a single picture. I was told to send to their general email. I waited 4 business day and did not hear back and decided to visit Staples to print it out.

Overall a disappointing experience on many occasions.
