Local and Convenient, went in to drop off an amazon return. The store was super busy with associates rushing to get orders processed for the daily pick up. One woman stopped working, politely answered my questions and made it an enjoyable experience. Big Brown continues to surprise me and I've shipped thousand of items cross border with them in years past.
EDIT
As result of UPS's holiday policy not accepting anything but Express over the holidays I will be taking all my new business to Canada Post location is still great with super People but I'm having issues with UPS and will therefore avoid them at all costs.
ONE YEAR LATER
The store has moved to the plaza beside the petrocan gas station, once what was a coin laundromat is now the ups store. They seem friendly in comparison to my previous encounter, perhaps the new world order has caused them to wake up.

On different occasions, Zaheer was very very helpful when my sister and I had to print a large file of study materials. He gave us a great price. He accepted our documents by email and printed them per our instructions. More importantly, our documents were ready for pick-up when he said they would be. It was an easy, stress free process.

Great UPS store and amazing customer service! I was looking to get passport photos done for our baby and called around to a number of places. This store was the only one to actually call us back and follow up. The owner was extremely polite and very knowledgeable when it came to baby passport photos. I would definitely recommend this location to all friends and family for any passport photos or shipping needs.

Excellent experiences at this location. Zaheer recently took over as owner and is doing a great job. Always so polite, fast, and sincerely helpful. Also very clean and neat store and lots of positivity.

Terrible service, I cant believe what happened in this store today! The manager is aggressive and rude! He yelled at me when I asked him if he can help me with labelling. Told me that he has shown this to me before so I should do it by myself! He Unbelievable! Never coming back here

Big thanks to the store owner who helped me clear a package in us customs i shipped out. I am very impressed with the amazing service i received. I have been using this location for years and i am always impressed with the service. The prices are also cheaper to ship here than all competitors.

My package was delivered on the 22nd and I wasn’t home so it went to this UPS store. When I went there ZAHEER said it was not there and that it was on the way.

Today July 27, I got another notification saying my package was delivered at the store again. I go to the store and ask for the package only to find out it was about to be sent off AGAIN. ZAHEER said it was there for SEVEN days and asked why I didn’t come to pick it up.

I told him to the last two times I visited him I currently have no proof of residence because I had just moved and today he was being very rude about it when he understood the issue the last few visits.

LONG STORY SHORT. ZAHEER has attitude issues and doesn’t handle orders well. At least mine specifically

I provided physical ID multiple times, and you even stated the issue is not the ID itself but the address. You lying about this even makes you more unprofessional than I thought you were.

I have been using The UPS Store for almost a decade and Zaheer has always been amazing to deal with. Whatever my needs he always has a solution that is simple, quick and competitively priced. I highly recommend The UPS store if your looking for attentive and knowledgeable service.

Zaheer was very friendly and helpful!
I had two packages I needed to return and UPS only provided one shipping label, but I was okay with paying for the second package. Zaheer wanted to help me save on cost so he went ahead to help me find a bigger box and repackaged the whole thing. I still ended up paying for the second box because my item was wayyyy too big, but it is the thought and effort that counts! Thank you Zaheer.

I should also mention during that period, more customers came in seeking for help, he remained professional and patient to help each one of them. Will definitely revisit!

Had a package “delivered” from Ontario that I ordered from gotenda.com. The delivery driver strait up lied twice up attempting delivery. Finally had to call in and have my package held at some cell shop in Sherwood park for pickup. When I received my package there was extensive damage to the outer box and a hole had been punched in the side and there was ammunition missing from the package, removed through the hole in the box. GoTenda has submitted a claim on my behalf two weeks ago and ups has yet to respond. If you’re thinking of shipping with ups think again. Pretty terrible service and they may have had an employee strait up steal ammo out of my package.

The worst UPS store I’ve been to ever! I just recently moved to this area and surprisingly found this UPS is very close to my new home. So I came today to do an Amazon return, since I don’t have a printer at home, I brought my USB and used the store computer to print the shipping label, total duration of using was max 30 seconds. The boss ended up asking me for $3, I told him other UPS store just charge 10c, 25c to $1 for a print, the boss said “ pay me $2 I’ll let you go, DO NOT COME BACK AGAIN! ” LOL, extremely ridiculous.

Horrible service. The customer service is very bad. They charge so much and loose your package and then they don't even do anything about it. Save your money and use purlator or Canada Post your get better service!

Ps. Actually the review is for your store. You don't have me on your records because You lost my partners passport documents Sara. Ring a bell? Because of your mistake we missed our vacation. So the review is definitely for your ups location.

Went for passport photos. Unfortunately, the vendor relied too much on the preprogrammed software and wasn't up to date on the new sizes required. Received a discount on the redos.

I would not trust my parcels to anyone else. Zaheer and his crew (his beautiful wife) are wonderful at what they do.

OUTSTANDING! The service at this location is exceptional. Package drop offs are a breeze and in a pinch with needing documents printed they were accessible via email to take the files and get the job time so fast.
Ive been a customer of this location for almost 2 years - they are the best!

If we all do what we’re all supposed to do before returning a package, there will be no issues. If anyone refuses to touch a package with a lame excuse of “not wanting to print the label at home and touch the package because of COVID”, then don’t order online or pay the folks who are just running a business a $1 for their paper and ink and use of printer for your convenience.
I’ve always had good service experiences whether it be the gentleman or his wife.
These folks deserve better than a 3.9 rating.

Zaheer is the owner and operator and his customer service is impeccable. He remembers everyone who goes in, and he's very knowledgeable about the services that he provides, always offering you options within you budget.
You can also get your passport photo there.
Very accessible by bus or car (with parking).
I not only 100% recommend The UPS Store #33 (Yonge & 16th), I also refer people there.

I experienced a terrible customer service in this store.
The guy is so short temper and impatient and unrespectfull.he printed most of my pictures in half size and imperfect. Here is canada everybody is paid for what he or she is doing, so what is all this groaning for?
Although his work was so awkward but he overchrged me.
I was a regular customer, but i will never come back there anymore.

The store owner is sneaky and a bully. When you purchase stuff from the store, he tells you a price at his discretion and then changes HST but doesn’t give you a receipt. When you return unused and unopened stuff intact in original package, he doesn’t give you the full refund! He gave you a couple of coins and sweep you out of the store.

Fantastic service. Could not recommend highly enough. They printed my documents (100+ pages) ahead of time, recommended a notary and gave me the notary's contact information, and then they stayed open until I came back and was finished with my shipment. Pure greatness and an example of customer service for all to follow.

Lazy UPS people! They just leave delivery notices they dont actually deliver the package to your door or attempt to call or buzz when they in the lobby. Even when your home, Unprofessional and clearly LAZY!

I had a terrible customer service experience at the East Beaver Creek UPS store and came here instead to mail a package. What a night and day difference in the way this location treats its customers. Very friendly and helpful and would very highly recommend.

I was there to return a package and had a printed label with me. The lady at the store was very polite with a nice smile. However, she asked me to pay $1 for the usual paper-like package which every UPS store provides with no charge (if you have a returned item with printed label). I told her that she is not supposed to charge me $1. She agreed but asked me to do the packaging by myself: Putting the item inside the package, sealing the package, putting the label inside its special Ziploc bag, peeling off the adhesive tape from the bag and attaching it to the package.

I didn't have a problem to do that job by myself but she literally avoid touching the package and helping me bcz I declined to pay $1! I've had received much better service in other UPS stores and never any of them asked me for $1 additional charge!

This store doesn’t deserve a single star either.
I went here looking for a box to put a Box (shoebox). I have measurements (used my phone) as a guide and he said “I haven’t seen someone used a phone as a measurement before”. Well, I gotta improvised. Then he was showing me small boxes because that’s what I told him. Then I realized I need a bigger one. I was using my phone to measure the boxes as he showed it to me. He keeps saying “these measurements” won’t work. In my head I disagreed. This actually works. You just have to see it the way I see it, but I do know it will take a while to find the right one. Then I finally found the box I need. I asked him what’s the size and cost of this. He answered me, then I kindly asked to see one size bigger of this (just to make sure). Then he said (I forgot the exact lines but this is the summary) :
Him: I need measurements.
Me: I said I have but I used my phone.
Him: This is wasting my time and your time. Come back and bring me the Box and measurements. I won’t show you any boxes again.

He said those words with irritated, annoyed face. Unbelievable. He was supposed to be patient. I am a customer and I was really nice to him. After he said that, I said “Wow. Thanks for the great customer service. I was actually gonna buy this one. ” Then I left the store.

Like, man. I wasn't even there for whole 3 minutes.
