The UPS Store

I would give zero if I could. Where do they get these people from, didn't help me, said I was wrong and that I am talking about another store when I said that their staff goes between telling clients that they need to parcel their stuff and not parcel their stuff. Sorry but I am over 50 and I know exactly what has happened when I go to the store and have been going to this particular store for years! ;He was demeaning and ignorant. So I went to the Whites Road UPS store and guess what, they helped me with my packages and gave NO attitude. The guy at the this one said he is calling the police! What a joke. The lady at Whites road UPS was professional, kind and knows customer service.

Never will I go to the UPS store at First Pickering Pl, 1550 Kingston Rd Unit 4, Pickering, ON L1V 6W9 ever again. Very disappointed in the treatment of people asking for help.

I returned a big package at the UPS store today. The staff was very friendly and guided me through the return process. I'm thankful for his assistance and highly recommend this UPS store.

A very good service every time I come to this UPS workers are very courteous and helpful always appreciate their service thank you very much for helping me with my work at all time thanks

Edit: As of Christmas 2022, this UPS store is no longer doing this printing. Just FYI. We went on-line for this year's calendar.

We get a calendar printed every year and went in this year to get it done and found new owners. Was a bit concerned that all of the templates would not be there but.no worries! Sareh was amazing! Pulled everything up, had it all ready for proofing in a couple of days and was great at getting things adjusted as we wanted. It looks amazing!
Great service and turnaround.
Will definitely be going back for this as well as anything we need shipped since Covid has us keeping contact to a minimum. Good protocols in-store too! You can feel safe!

Call centers are not even in North America and the service is poor. Would advise using a different service if you're a business.

I’ve been a customer here for years, and have seen it change owners many times. Some were great, others were okay, but the current owner and workers are the worst they’ve ever had. Smoking right in front of the front door despite non-smoking signs everywhere because they are next to a dialysis clinic, rude service, and people that are clearly not trained properly. UPS needs to step in and fix this. Will be going elsewhere for my business.

Never ever use UPS in your life.worst customer services. I shipped a package to India. First they wont support you if you book online. No one will ask or tell you that you need a commercial invoice. I bought the box to pack online but no one will give it to you. When finally it reaches the destination country no one will help or support you. Never go for UPS.

I dropped in for a passport photo and found the staff to be super friendly and efficient. Although I have a UPS Store closer to my home, I prefer this location because of the awesome and dependable service.

Went in to return some Amazon packages today and take my passport photos. Very pleased with the service. I was in and out in about 10 mins.

By far the best, friendliest and most efficient UPS store there is. The staff were very welcoming and patient with us. Jasmine was very good with my son in taking his passport photos. She took several shots because my son was smiling back at her. That’s how awesome she was! Tanner was incredibly professional in answering all my questions for printing. All stars for this store.

I have been into this location a few times recently and can't say enough about how fantastic the service is and how absolutely delightful and pleasant the staff are. It's seldom that I've been so impressed with staff and service at a store.

The employees at this store are absolutely amazing. I've been in a few times and every time they've been so friendly and helpful. This is the only place I use to ship anything now, because they really do go above and beyond at this location.

Went there to ship a gift International. They did a great job packing the gift. The staff were efficient and friendly

December 24. Website shows hours 9: 00 to 6: 30, a printed notice on the window with the holidays hours says 9: 00 to 5: 00 but the store closed at 4: 30 when I arrived. Two more people with packages arrived just minutes after myself, I hope they will alao file a complain with the headquarters just like I did.
If we can put up with the traffic and the rain they definitely can wait till the end of advertised hours.

Used this place a while ago, Didn't know their was one closer to my home. Didn't know they also do printing here. Doesn't matter the service here was great and I may return irregardless.

Terrible service yet again, I came to print pictures and my total was 126.00 I could've bought a cheap printer for this price, again the same issue! Lack of communication, last time I printed pictures I was ripped off Because doubles were printed and still had to pay for them, this time the total was way out of control.im reporting this owner to the business bureau she needs better training this isn't how you operate a genuine business, No single mom during quarantine wants to pay over $120.00 for printed pictures, get a life, stop ripping people off. She seemed so nice and honest until she told me my total, Im honestly so disgusted this ruined my day. You should have let me know how much the total would be prior I OBVIOUSLY would've said no! EVEN when I did get the double printed pictures and had to pay the total was only 47$

Astounding service. They somehow manage to create the credible illusion that I am their only customer, and that's certainly not true! Nice trick!

Sareh is the epitome of superb customer service! She pays great attention to detail and deals with what to anyone else might be complex/confusing requests quickly and easily. I have been coming in for printing, scanning, etc.needs for a few weeks and this is by far the best place in the area to take care of these things.
