The UPS Store

Over the past year and a half, we have been using this UPS location for our business and it was a great decision. Mary and Steve are awesome and handled all our packages and mail. The location is great and the service is even better!

Mary did the graphic design for our business cards and street signs. She is truly professional and very talented! I couldn't be happier with the final product.

I've only come here for passport photos. I paid a whopping $25. The employee/owner didn't even care to ask why I think this is an unfair price.

I am so glad the UPS store is still open to provide copy and print services. MARY was so welcoming and helpful: she offered to do all of my copying, even when she saw I had nearly 50 receipts in my hand! This is service worth paying for - but to that end, Mary gave me a volume discount without me asking. So, sorry other Office Supply and Services store, UPS is now my go to!

March 14,2022: Today, I met STEPHEN who was so accommodating and helpful. He provided the wifi password so I wouldn't have to use my phone data to hotspot my laptop, and then waited patiently while I edited and test-printed files. Thanks for the great service, Stephen!

I had a great experience at this location, the young man working there Steven was extremely helpful. When my pre paid return label wasn't working, he got me all sorted out very quickly. Very polite and helpful. Will definitely be returning to this specific location.

I stumbled across the most convoluted and involved transaction that exists with regards to what I had to ship, and there’s no way I could have had such a smooth and easy-going experience without the help of the gentle and kind sir at the counter there. It was a wonderful experience working with the customers from East Gwillimbury, they were understanding and pleasant with the courier process, especially for the passport photos estimated time.

The neighboring stores are wonderful people as well.

However, the real jewel of the store is Mary's painting, which only few customer knows about. Check this out on your next visit! Not an everyday service you can commission in other stores.

My go to for all of my shipping needs. This particular location is my favourite. The lady here is so helpful and friendly. Thanks for making this a safe and pleasant location.
