The worst customer service ever I had seen in UPS Ontario!
Treated people rudely and discriminatory!
If u ask him about the receipt after u drop ur shipment he will be angry!
The owner is zero customer service!
He should stay away from dealing with customers!

Just came in to ship some camshafts, amazing customer service. They really know how to make a great experience

Will never go back to this store. He don't even know how to deal with people.
I don't know how he's own like this business. I am sure he's losing money and customer's. WOW!

2 weeks ago, I went this UPS store for 1 urgent package pickup, the Customer Representative was super helpful and friendly! Thank YOU.:)

I like the gentleman behind the counter but I hate coming to this drop off point because they never scan your prepaid labels whether it's a return or shipment unless you ask them to. When I ask him to scan before I leave, I always get a dismissive look like I'm annoying to him. I would much rather go out of my way to a different location.

I got to this location to drop off a postage paid return. There was a note on the door stating "will be back shortly" it was 2pm. Door was locked. No one working. No time on the note to say approximate time they would be back. No way of knowing how long the note had been there. So I went to do another errand. After that I called the location before driving back and asked if they were open. They were back so I returned to drop off the item. When the employee realized I was the one who just called I said that I had already been there ans the store was closed with no indication of when it would reopen. He told me he was in the washroom. So there was only 1 employee working. Then I asked for confirmation that I had dropped off the package he said only by text or email. So then I gave him my cell number for the confirmation. Then I mentioned to him that he should put a time on the note so people know how long to expect the store to be closed and he tried to tell me he was going to save me 3.50$ since I had to come back. I said I am not paying, it is postage paid then he said because he was going to tape the label to the box I had better be careful next time or I would be charged.
Even though he had already processed the package and the transaction was done he wanted to be rude to me for my inconvenience. Definitely bad customer service. I will not be going to this location again

I was in a rush and it was closing time and Abdul was such a saint! He helped me get my package for my company ready for shipping and made sure to get me Saturday delivery since Friday was a holiday.
Abdul I really want to thank you. That package was extremely important and last minute and you took care of me. Not to mention that you went above and beyond to call me and follow up when it was delivered I hope your company shows you acknowledgement for your dedication to customers!

I’d give 5 stars for the customer service BUT charging $3.67 just to print out ONE return label for a prepaid package is plain absurd

This is my first time using the UPS app and I was greeted with the most amazing, kind, and respectful employee named A. Samad on dougall. He was very helpful and kind. He worked efficiently and very effectively. I was very happy to see someone as helpful and kind as him. He did his job perfectly.

What a great experience! Abdul is absolutely fantastic! He goes out of his way to make sure things are done correctly. A very caring individual! He deserves 10 stars+!

After another shipping company decided to refuse our large cross-country shipment after months of planning, Abdul was extremely helpful in helping us book it on our tight schedule. Hands down best UPS location. I’ve used this location a few times for returns and the owner and is always so welcoming, happy, and smiling! It’s super clean and the service is fast! I recently dropped off some packages and forgot some personal items in the box… the owner was so helpful in making sure those items were removed before being shipped out. He even went to the extent to make sure there were no other items in the box other than the products that needed to be shipped!

Had 2days left for my travel but had not received my passport back from the visa office from Ottawa. The people working at this store made several calls to ensure that my passport gets to me before my travel. The people working here are very kind, generous and polite. I’ll recommend greatly

Just sent out a package, a little expensive but it is what it is. Just wanted to mention how amazing and cordial the employee was at this location. So nice to be met with such a great greeting and level of service. Bravo!

Abdul was incredibly helpful in assisting me with getting a package from Detroit to Mississauga with UPS. Even though I do not reside in his city, he went above and beyond to support my shipping needs. He also followed up to ensure the package was received on time. That is how you do customer service to perfection!

Horrible customer service! Asked for a US customs form, for an Amazon return package. The clerk was rude, unprofessional and refused to give any info regarding the form, even though he had one right there on the counter, on the top of other packages. I will never step foot in this store again and I do not recommend this UPS location to anyone!

Excellent service. Would have been cheaper to go stand in line at Canada Post but the service here made it worth the trip Aarasal was excellent to deal with, very helpful. Highly recommended.

I live closer to the Huron Line location and I chose to come here because of the reviews and they were not wrong! Amazing service, even when he had to restart the internet, was super kind, helpful, and overall top tier. I feel confident that my package will arrive safely and on time! Thank you!

Unfriendly, bad service.
I wanted to drope off a return parcel for sipment, I asked to get a receipt that usually all ups stores provide to prove that I dropped off my shipment. The man answered me in rude way to just take a photo of my box!
It's my right and his duty to print me my receipt.at the end he e-mailed it!
I did nothing wrong and he was unexplanatory rude!

We needed to have very fragile items shipped to Vancouver and Mr. Amad was so very helpful and thorough. He took great care with our items and was friendly and happy to help. Thank you so much!

Wonderful people. Usually answer the phone but if not, they are quick to return your call. Whether for a quote or a question. Helpful, courteous and have held the truck a few times for me as I was running late. This is my closest UPS location but of it wasn’t, I’d drive the extra few miles to ship with them, every time.

Unfortunately, there is not a zero star rating. That is what this location deserves. I went in there on Thursday June. 10,2021 and the employee had no customer service skills what so ever. I ended up walking out.will never go back to this location for anything.

I always have a positive experience at this UPS Store. I drive from the other side of the city (past other more convenient services) because I prefer the level of care that this store takes to ensure my packages are well taken care of. This is a very busy industry that often neglects its customer service aspect. Regardless of how busy this store is, upon my arrival, (or through the phone) I am always greeted pleasantly and thanked for my business and never feel rushed and ALWAYS feel appreciated. Thank you!

Abdul has been providing professional and quick service for many years. Every time I need to send a package this is the spot I visit. From the first meeting to the most recent meeting everytime has been a great experience.

My documents were prepaid returned. My job was to sign for the documents, sign and return it by calling the given number, and UPS would pick them up and deliver to the sender. When I tried to send them back, nobody answered the 1-800 number. Eventually I was given two other numbers. The first hung up while I was speaking and transferred me back to the 1-800 number that didn’t answer. Horrendous customer service.

I came to drop off a laptop to get shipped for repair and was told that the only proof of it being dropped off I could get was a photo of the shipping label. I asked if I could get an email or paper receipt that all ups stores provide to prove that I dropped the laptop off as it would be more concrete proof in case anything happened in transit. The staff rudely and condescendingly answered that they wouldn’t do that yet had printed a paper receipt for the customer before me. I had to go to a different UPS store which had no problem with providing a receipt. Overall just a very disappointing experience.

Samad treated me rudely and discriminatory. I’ve asked for a receipt as I dropped off a valuable item. Would not issue a paper receipt nor an email one when asked. Told me: “ Next time you go elsewhere! ” That is what I will do. He needs some training in customer service and attitude towards women.

Mr Samad is the best.always friendly and professional.giving all the options available to make the right choice for yourself.this is the only location anyone could need.highly recommended

I hate ordering things that get delivered but don't make it to your door.
I was home but no attempt was made to make contact.
I almost bet I could have drove to pick this up from the store itself and been back by now with everything.

I'm delighted to always come back to this UPS store. A. Samad is the king of customer service. He and his crew will do much more than what I'd expect. From friendly interactions and professional service to finding the best options for you, these folks know what they're doing and saying. Most importantly and notably, however - they love and respect their job and work. I give them a 10/5

Fantastic service, place was closed and didn't realize it. The gentleman behind the counter still opened the door and took the package.

Both times I went, was treated as trash. People before we were treated nicely. But he shouted me to drop the box and leave.he dint even listen to my inquiry for cost. Anyways, shipped using another provider in the area. I hope I don't need to visit this store again.

Abdul is the epitome of Customer service. Always willing to serve with a smile on his face - he takes pride in his shop and this is felt by every single one of his customers. If he doesn’t have it, you can guarantee he will find an alternative even if it means sending you somewhere else. Can we replicate a Abdul into all customer service related industry’s? !

Went above and beyond to help me get package sent from US to Canada, faxed paperwork, checked on shipment when problem with customs paperwork, very friendly and professional, highly recommended.

I go here for business and personal needs. They staff and owner and extremely helpful. I usually send the store an email with name badges and documents I need printed and they are always ready when I arrive. Would recommend this location to anyone for business or personal needs.

I have used this UPS Store for my shipping needs for the last 3-4 years. Mr. Samad is so incredibly friendly, helpful and always suggests ways to minimize shipping expense. The store is organized and Mr. Samad is very knowledgeable about all of the available services - he knows how to execute them all! I only deal with him for my shipping needs.

Mr. Abdul at this UPS store is ever so helpful and knowledgeable. We had an issue with our package from the USA and Abdul assisted in finding out the issue and dealing with the team at corporate office. If it was not for him we would have be stuck and struggled with getting answers directly from UPS support.
If you need anything shipped go to this store and ship with Abdul and not on your own. (Learnt from experience)

If I could give this operation more than 5 stars I would! The owner goes above what is expected. From the very first day I went in to find out shipping information, Mr. Samad was very thorough on all options and gave me a close price estimate. When it came to shipping 14 large and HEAVY boxes, he helped me to get the best price and even adjusted box sizes. Each time I spoke to the owner and his younger associate they were kind, patient and never pushy.
I HIGHLY recommend doing business here!
