I was a victim of a fraudulent purchase over $1,600 and with help from UPS and DHL I was able to intercept the package from getting picked up by the thieves and getting the package returned to the merchant. I cant thank UPS enough for their assistance.

I moved to Winsor recently and shipped my stuff with this ups store. I wanted to buy insurance for my 60” TV but owner said ups doesn’t have insurance for TV greater than 24” but my store can guarantee your shipment if we pack it. Packaging charge was a little bit expensive, but my TV and other stuff received very well without any damage. Thank you Sara and Ahmed.

This branch lost my package a few days ago after I dropped it off. I called in to inquire if the package may have been misplaced and was told to go online and do everything there. No assistance, just brushed off. A shame, this branch has always been pleasant prior to this.

I sent a set of key from this location to Windsor and it was very fast, and very reliable. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Online I got a quote to ship for $17.11 for 2 day shipping. My wife picked up the package and got charged over $90 after tax. That is a very dishonest way to run a business.

They are useless here. Make sure you have extremely neat hand writing or ur package won’t be delivered on time. Even if u tell them the address and spell it out they may still mess it up. They ruined an extremely important deal for me today.

Used this store to print Engineering files. I emailed over my files, and the service was fabulous! I *never* expect to have quick and courteous experiences over email, but that is exactly what I received. I've never waited long at this location, and the workers seem especially down to earth. They have special package for construction companies. Best price and quick service. Would highly recommend this spot!

Horrible attitude and service. Got there at 5: 15 pm on Friday Dec 28. Was greeted with a very short and abrupt staff member. She barked that they were closed. I said that online it says youre open until 7pm to which she snapped back its been on the door all week.

Despite this she had agreed to take the package and begrudgingly indicated that it wont reach the destination until next week. We said there was no time crunch and that was ok.

We proceeded to complete the paperwork. We asked how much she barked back ‘Im trying to figure that out’.

She finally gave us a ridiculous quote that was double what she predicted on the phone earlier that day. I was happy to take my package and head over to purolator.

Shame on you.
