Really bad service. I needed about 20” of tape to affix the shipping label. Wouldn’t or couldn’t give it to me. Offered to sell me a whole roll of tape for $5. Rather than buy an over priced roll I went home used my own tape. For the sake of 5 cents worth of tape the owner lost all business. It looks like this is a common problem here. I will never again use UPS. UPS should have a talk with this franchise owner on how to provide customer service.

The owner resolved what seemed to be an impossible situation with customs. The hard work and determination of the owners ensured a refund of our insured parcel that arrived damage due to no fault of their own. Thanks so much! Look forward to working with you again soon.

It's just too many people, every time I go there is too many people and the staff just have the face of “kill me please”. And the place just wants you to want to go as fast as you can. For some reason, it is hard just to be there. Anyway, they do the deal.

Horrible experience. The staff is rude and inconsiderate, they didn’t even have a glue or tape for customer usage.

Every time I go into this store, the people are courteous, friendly and helpful. I have used them for many projects. Fairly priced, and on time. Never an issue!

Rip Off Alert!
Horrible Horrible Horrible UPS store 20 is charging $2.00 per page to send a fax to a Canadian destination.yes we have inflation but price gouging is unconscionable. I had 30 plus pages to fax.seems UPS store 20 is looking to make daily sales goals on one fax customer! Really disgraceful behavior.
Two years ago I was paying. 25 to. 30 per page. (not at UPS) did costs really go up 7 fold? Nope they did not.
When I said I would post a review about the pricing she. I am not going send the faxes.telling me that she did not want me to be unhappy. I said just send it I will pay the price. I was leaving a review regardless. She procceds fax the documents.but then states the line is busy.not sure that it was. I left UPS and will mail my docs at a cost of 2.50 for all documents.
The organization that I need to send my documents does not accept emails.gov agency.
The lady at the store tried to explain it away saying inflation and in her words the price of food was the reason for the fax pricing.
Not sure what food has to do with anything at the UPS store!
She mentioned rent payments.well you signed a lease years ago.commercial landlords did not just break the lease and raise the rent by 300 percent.
Phone lines did not double or quadruple in price and the fax machine in the store looked to be 5 plus years old so the capital cost has been accounted for. She then mentioned long distance charges.well those are very inexpensive perhaps maybe 40 cents a minute.
All of this helps to explain why the store was run down and void of customers.
Why is inflation out of control. Price gouging.greedy greedy price gouging.moral of the story.stay away from UPS store and courier service.greed is incestuous!

Came here to get my toddler’s passport photo taken and the gentleman went above and beyond! Printed a pic of the cast of Go Dog Go to hold and snuck over while my toddler was calm to snap a sneaky pic. So kind. Thank you again!

DO NOT GO THERE. GREEDY OWNERS. VERY DANGEROUS PLACE. ALWAYS OVER CHARGED AND PRODUCED FAKE BILLS. THEY ARE REAL LOOTERS.
Extremely disappointed. I went there to get colour photocopy prints of my family passports and I asked the price for each copy. Usually it is $0.49 per page and total cost per set should be $17. But the greedy women named Jaya told me it is not counting as pages and one set is $25. I was confused but I said ok. The guy started printing and he also confirmed the cost is as a $25 per passport. He made a mistake & I asked him to print it correctly. Lastly they asked me to pay $48 + tax instead $25. I refused it. Jaya was arguing and tried to show me adjustment fees. There wasn't any adjustment. Customers should not pay for their (UPS) mistakes. Finally I paid bit less but still it is higher than normal charges. They didn't display any printing cost or service charges. So they can bill the customers with so many hidden charges. Also when I returned home I realized the name of the cashier was Fake. Jaya produced the bill but her name was not there. Also bill mentioned as ID scanned but they never scanned anything. They just photocopied. A Fake bill. Another time I spent over 40 minutes to send a fax but they couldn't do it. Still charged me for nothing. Just wasted my time. Unskilled staff with extremely rude women Jaya. Had amazing experience, company should give raise to their employee named Raj, he is very helpful and humble person guided me best possible way to send the my documents for immigration purposes

Could give 0 stars if I could. So much attitude, like others said they charge for absolutely everything and do the bare minimum. Absolutely disgusted by this customer service.go to a different store if you can.

Poor customer service the lady says shes the owner of the store was rude and mean to me wasn't nice to me.
