Very bad customer service i call today 12: 29 and the guy who answer talk to me in a very rude way and he told me it’s not ups even i had ask him if it’s ups store at the beginning very bad experience

I visit this store almost everyday. I drop off mu business parcels and the person is very caring, helpful and knowledgeable. They also have some other facilities such as photo and mail box services and I am very comfortable with them.

I recommend this store. A+

Always treated well here, great customer service, really clean store, my only knock is it can be a little pricey when sending packages but that's just how it is now

I went to this location to return some items and asked them to provide packaging for me. He said it was $5 for a small box and I agreed.
Then he proceeded to pack my items on a used box from Amazon.
I'm rating 3 stars because the package got delivered but charging $5 plus taxes for a second-hand box is cheap and unprofessional.

Edit (Responding to owner) : I don't know where you're getting those box prices from but they are very inflated.
The fact that I agreed to an unfair deal doesn't make it any more fair. It just wasn't worth the hassle.

Customer service was awful. I needed to ship a small package and I was asking to buy a box. He told me one price yet said another when another employee came out. I asked for the receipts to be stapled and he didn’t want to staple them. Do not recommend coming here.

I went to this UPS location to return a parcel from Reebok. I had the printed label and the parcel was open. So I asked the representative there if he had any tape from which I could seal that box he told me I have to buy one, then I asked if I can get a label pouch he said I will have to get my own label pouch (UPS always provides label pouch). Then I asked him if I can use his tape to put on the label he replied very rudely that it doesn’t come for free. If I want to use his tape then I have to pay $3 for it or I have to buy a new one.
Worst UPS location and worst Customer Service Rep UPS ever hired.

P. S.going through the reviews I found almost a similar case. RIP good customer service. Please find attached photo for proof.

For owner: do not bother to reply on my review. I have an idea what you’ll write. This review is only a warning signal for the customers who will come at your ‘business’.

I've been going here for all my shipping needs for the past few years! Service is great and always accommodating with supplies and prints.

Definitely recommend for others to visit and use for shipping.

Very thorough in terms of checking all details before shipping or receiving packages to make sure the products are safe and given to the right individual.

The worst experience that one can have. The lady at the store was so rude and started using abusive language. Would never step in the store owners started shouting and through stuff. They are worth the police complain at the store for being violent and insensitive to customers at none of their fault.

Amazing customer service. GEETAR (the owner I believe) is a very helpful and kind human being. It was my first time doing returns and he was just so kind! Will always be going to this store to process my returns.

Amazing customer service with courteous and knowledgeable staff. They made the process of shipping out a package simplified; and when circumstances out of their control went wrong, acted swiftly and professionally to fix the situation which definitely exceeded my expectations.

Don't base your decision of these false reviews just because customers didn't get their way.

I may be wrong, but it seems like this is a small, independent business running under the UPS franchise. So treat it as such and show your support!

Such a disappointing experience from this store. I should have checked the negatives first instead of this 4 stars. Dropped off package with a return item and even printed the label from the store. It’s been 18 days now and the package is missing now! This store person told me to contact ups directly and ask for an investigation. It doesn’t even show that it’s been picked up from the store. What sense does it make to contact them and ask for an investigation, which I did. So people, if you want to seriously send someone a package, then rely on some other location that’s worth the money and time Mayb!

Edit: To the respective owner who responded to this message. I mentioned your “store”not the UPS service as a whole in my review. Moreover, you can check your camera visuals dated 20th feb to see if the package has been exactly dropped in your store or not. I even got the return label printed there too and have the transaction details in my banking app and you are saying that I have not dropped the package.

Also you mentioned that no one has said about missing packages. Well, I would suggest you to read the reviews again as I noticed two customers have mentioned the same too.

Instead of putting the blame on customers, try to improve your service! Even your response shows how disappointing your customer service is.

I been getting services from this store. I am very happy for their friendly attitude and services. I found them professional and efficient. I like both Guitar and Aoulad for their friendly attitude and efficiency. I will recommend them to my friends and family.

Employee kept questioning what my package was, even though they were just shoes.and i somehow got penalized because the employee didnt ship out my package unlike other UPS stores that prepare it right away. He had a time frame of 9 hours to do it since it was in the morning.never do your drop offs here

I was alone at home with my baby but I needed to ship something to my brother living in the USA urgently. I called this store in my neighbourhood and asked if they could pick the package from my residence. The owner of the store (Guitar) came to my residence in just 10 minutes and picked up the package after I provided him with the information to process it.
