I love this place. My favorite ups. Everyone is very nice and helpful and I think it's cheaper to print there than other stores

I wish I can give 0 stars they are terrible.the guy that works there he doesn't do anything whatever I ask him he always says call customer service I think his name is Michael. I wish my orders wouldn't go through UPS but other company.

Very bad treatment. Delay in delivery of shipments and lack of them. If there was a zero rating, I would have chosen it

Very disorganized at the back. He couldn't find my package but I insisted because I called UPS beforehand for where my package was and they said it was here. They guy looked for it again and found it in a pile on the floor at the back. If it weren't for that things would have been more complicated for me.

That Indian guy seems to always be in a bad mood. I’ve had better experiences there before, which is why I kept going back, but now, thanks to this guy, my last few visits felt as though I was begging him to do something he would rather not be doing. Won’t be going back.

Worst experience with ups even after you pay for one day delivery it is not deliver they say they tried to reach for deliver but no one was home even though no one came… no one showed up to deliver the package if you call customer service everyone gives different answers no one ready to own the mistake it is beyond frustrating

Ups is the worst couriers, they are not deliver to my address even we pay extra.driver simply give the shipping to this store.my tracking is showing delivered to my address but actually the store people call and ask to pick up from store.avoid UPS untill they fix this cheater.

Michael provided excellent customer service. The place was extremely busy and he kept everything moving very smoothly. I believe any other person would be overwhelmed. He was doing passport photos, registering shipments and helping others with drop offs with a line up out the door. Kudos to you Michael, great job

Just wanted to make everyone aware, these reviews are for the physical ups location at 2325 Hurontario St, Mississauga, ON. These reviews are not for the UPS shipping company as a whole. Stop pouring your hate on the humble, kind people that work at this location. It doesn't belong in this thread.

They refused to scan my return package in my presence and now after 12 days I have no receipt of my drop off and they are refusing to help. It was a 150$ return and possibly stolen and sold on kijiji or marketplace. My package had Bose shipping label so possibly it was easy to guess what was inside. Not trust worthy.
Make sure you get a return receipt scanned.

Printing services here are highway robbery! 5.60$ for 10 black and white standard pages. 10! I was told to use their "Printing Station" to print from my USB. All I wanted to do was print a document but they charged me a computer rental fee! If you let me use your printer USB input like any other printing shop I would have used that but you gave me no choice but to use the pc without telling me there's a charge for that. Felt like a scam.
