The woman who works here, I think her name is "Rekula", looks very familiar. I think it was the same woman who looked at me in an odd way many years ago when I was 18 standing in best buy, my meat hammer became semi big in my jeans looking at a game, this woman was entranced by it gazing at it, right there I could have acquired this woman for a special encounter but I didn't, at the time I had no special encounter experience with women. Fast forward to age 31 I have been with several South Asian girls of various caste groups.

She stood there for 5 seconds with her jaw dropped gazing at it, I remember looking up at her and she walked away slowly. I don't know for sure if it is the same woman but it might be, her husband was very threatened when I went there long ago, he tried to be socially imposing upon me talking about some movie I didn't care about. I think she desires fair skinned males with big tan meaty ones now.

Please DO NOT DO A PASSPORT PHOTO at this location.

It is more expensive than at the other UPS locations and the quality is very poor. Almost had it rejected at the Passport Office.

When I went to voice my concern, customer service agent was very rude and she did not have any respect for the client.

I am very much about supporting local business however
not this UPS location.

I went to this UPS store today. The girl with name Anna Kay is so nice. She is patient to help me with uploading photos for PR renewal and instructed me to submit my application. I am so grateful for her help. May all the best for the nice girl!

Loved the CX experience here right now! Despite concerns of unsafe practices, there are markings on the floor of the store 2 metres apart and the nice desk lady told me to drop the return package on the table and informed me that it will be picked up tonight.

I went in wearing a mask but a UPS truck driver who came in at the same time did not keep two meters apart and his mask was warming his chin.
The store staff said and did nothing.
This location is unsafe!
And why the hell wasn't my larcwl delivered to my door, but I had to go in and pick it up instead, during COVID?

Way too high of a cost to print and copy pages, I’d recommend independent print shops. I was being charged $22 for one page at UPS versus $3 for one page at an independent print shop.

The prices are ridiculously high for the quality of the printing they do. I had 4 non-laminated vinyl prints made, 2 of which had to be redone because the quality was so bad. They offered to redo one for free. Because their vinly print was so bad I asked for a better option. Ended up with an u usable simple 12x24 print on regular paper that they charged $35 for. Ended up going to a local small competitor and got a beautiful laminated vinyl print for $30.

The owner - Tom - received a refund check in October 2019 for the insurance claim (CAD 4000.00) and told me that the UPS Canada had closed the claim without payment. Two months later I phoned to UPS Canada asking them for the copies of my original paperwork. They told me over the phone and sent me a letter that the claim was finalized and the cheque was sent to UPS Store 365 on October 4,2019.
They assigned investigator to the case.
In two days after my visit to UPS Canada I got the money from the owner of the store.
As I can see in reviews, I am not the only person who was lied to.

Beware of him.

The owner is not an honest person: he received a refund check for the insurance claim and lied to the clients that the UPS head office had closed the claim without payment.

I don't like the fact that they charge $2 (plus something) just to take a print out through the computer. I mean how else am i supposed to take the print if i don't give a command through the computer? I just opened my email gave ctrl+P command, it hardly took five minutes and next thing i know 2 copies costed my 3$. (2.2$ is computer usage charge). If you don't want customers to use the computer then hire an employee who would give the command. Doesn't make sense. No other shop does this.

Awesome service all of the time. The team at the store makes my life so much easier when dropping off business and personal packages!

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews about tape on here. It’s not “tape”. It’s 2.99 for a service with a 2.99 service fee.

No idea how they must be for mail, but for printing and computer use they are over priced and have a tendency to rip-off. It's $2.25 to use the computer for 15 minutes, and you have to tell them in advance if you want a color print. Of course, they never mentioned this until I selected color print, and got a black and white print. Instead of reimbursing, they asked me to do it again and did not care for the fact that they did not inform about the color print policy.

I should've gone to A1 or Queens print or almost any other place. I just did not like the customer service and charging $2.25 for something that took me 2 minutes.it just looks like they're finding excuses to over charge.

I went to print some documents and next thing I know someone from Punjab is trying to hack my email and get information. I made sure to delete my account but I guess someone there managed to check the documents I printed as it must have been saved in the downloads folder. Ridiculous!

Renuka was helpful but the man who I think she is in a relationship with is what made my rating 1/5. I'm Robert, I was visiting a relatives home to return a gift they were going to give me since I wanted the credit instead. It was not a good day for me since I did not sleep the night before. It was my first time returning something so I needed help, the man at the back felt threatened I was speaking to his wife, I didn't care, I was only there to return my items, said nothing personal to her. Maybe I'm wrong but he felt the need to interupt and socialize, he came right up to me to show a movie on his phone. To be blunt, I have been with prettier punjabi females when I was in better shape without skin problems. His wife was pretty but I am sure I am bigger where it counts the most compared to her husband. He tried to be socially imposing in front of his wife, I didn't wanna cause a problem considering I used to beat up punjabi jatts and hockey players in high school.

This store is unnecessary, you can do everything here that you can do at home. You would save money returning an Item yourself if you used Canada post, UPS is often a rip off.

I wish there was something lower then 1. I went there to send a package did not tape it and they wanted to charge 2.99 plus tax for tape, I said I wasn't paying for tape went around the corner and bought a whole role.the blonde chic responded sarcastically well have a great night … just her tone.honestly they need to learn customer service and apparently from the reviews I have read on here the owner doesn't seem to care either

I have always had great experience with this UPS store. The owner Renuka is great and very professional. She is very accommodating if you need a fast print job. My work place has been going to this store for years. We recently moved so unfortunately we are not able to go to them as much however I always come here if I need to print important or complicated print jobs because I know they will provide excellent service.

Don't use this store! They take zero accountability for their own actions. I sent a package out with insurance and the owner of the store fail to tell me that UPS only covers damage if the item was packed by UPS. I paid over $200 for shipping and insurance to protect a package that is worth $3000. Now I've been asked by UPS franchise area manager to get a lawyer to get my money back from the store because they failed to tell me about the clause. I understand that reading the full multi page contract would've made me aware but its UPS Store's responsibility to tell any client getting a shipping insurance to be made aware that damage is only covered if item being shipped is packaged by UPS Store. UPS franchise and area manager both have advised that I should take this to small claims court. I have a full email trail of all communication between the store/ area manager/ franchise manager. Tom & Renuka have given me the run around for over 4 months now, looking forward to getting this resolved in the court of law.
