The UPS Store

This store is worth the drive if you live outside of Brooklin! They are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I've been in many times and they make every experience a good one!

Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the UPS delivery system. I wish there was a negative 5 in rating option.

I received a UPS infosticker on my door for my package (credit card) to be picked up on Friday 1 pm, at store 556 on 31 Baldwin Street, Brooklyn ontario.
I visited the store in person, and the workers had no idea about my package. They were trying to call number of drivers and trying to guess where would the package.
The UPS store attendant (Ken) embarrassingly admitted that they have no idea where is the package at this moment and it may have gone back to depot in Concord ontario. He told me that he will excalate and inquire with UPS depot and call me back.
I received his voice message on Saturday Aug 19, stating that they still have not located the package and UPS will provide him status on Monday Aug 21 at 10am, and he has also given my contact to UPS customer service, so they can contact me directly. He added in the voice message that if they don't have the information then considered it LOST!
I did not receive any phone calls Monday at 10am, either from Brooklyn UPS store or UPS customer service about my package.
After 1pm, I decided to call UPS store to inquire status, and the UPS store owner Vickey Regular notified me that the package is sitting in Thunder Bay! And it may arrive in a few days.

UNBELIEVABLE!

Now I am here without my business credit card which should be at Brooklyn UPS store on Friday Aug 18, but instead it's in Thunder Bay.
I am unable to make purchases and make payments for my business and there are no guarantees when it will delivered. I had to call my bank to cancel the credit card unfortunately.

How would a courier service failed so miserably?
How can a package reach to Thunder Bay with all the tracking information.
Who is going to cover my business loss?

I've lost my trust in major corporation like UPS.

I cannot say enough how the staff at this store treat their customers.
My first visit was a passport, and now I use them for all my business solutions.

Just utterly blown away by the ‘above and beyond’ customer service. I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you to Victoria and Ken at the UPS Store in Brooklin. My wife had forgotten a very important medication while she was away on business. Victoria walked me through the complicated process of shipping drugs across an international border, while keeping her store open an extra 30 minutes to make sure the medication was received. Frankly, I was blown away by the willingness to help. My wife has dealt with some extremely serious life-threatening issues over the last three years and it’s extremely difficult not feel emotional at kindness and compassion of someone who has never met her, but was still willing to go the distance for her. Again, thank you so much.

Best UPS or print/shipping store I’ve been to in general. Ken helped me today with a printing job for a gift and went above and beyond. Amazing service! Highly recommend!

Please ask your drivers to park legally.they park in a turning lane on a daily basis. Makes you look bad and is not safe.

HIGHLY recommend this UPS store. By FAR the best customer service I’ve ever received. The team there all go above and beyond to help you with all your printing, copy and shipping needs. I own a business and will only be coming here from now on for all my printing, shipping and business needs. Not many people know that they also do all kinds of graphics, prints, banners, flyers, etc. Definitely come check this place out! You won’t regret it! Mitchell at the store was phenomenal. I had a missed package which I really needed that day and Mitchell was kind enough to call me as soon as it arrived at the store. Great customer service!

This is far and away the most well run and organized UPS store I have ever been to. Vicky and Ken are hands down two of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of meeting. I couldn't recommend working for them enough.

Having to use this service frequently over the last few months it has been a treat to be greeted by Mitchell with enthusiasm and then my package needs be taken care of quickly and efficiently.

Incredibly patient and compassionate while taking my newborn daughter's passport photo! Highly recommend Thank-you for your perseverance, improvisation, and determination to get the photo taken. Passport was approved, with a memorable baby photo keepsake!
