Very poor service, the girl on the counter was very rude. I had to pick my package today and was in front of walmart but wasn’t sure that ups was inside walmart. I called at 6: 45 to ask for the exact location she asked me to be on hold for 5-7 minutes and hung on me. I called again and she picked but didn’t speak meanwhile I could see the small board of ups and reached around 6: 53. She started shouting that I am switching the system and closing I also said that you kept me on hold I would have come 10 minutes ago. Any how with argument I got my parcel. There were 2 guys behind me she misbehaved with them as well and they had to leave coz it was 7.
You should not have such rude people on front desk. If it’s your closing time it’s fair enough you can communicate decently without being rude and should have basic phone etiquette. When I asked her name she refused to tell, I have a picture but I don’t want to put out on a public platform.

Very bad customer service. I dropped the return at the store and store phone was ringing and the girl over there does not care about the phone. She is having airpods on.

Poor customer service experience, untrained staff and owner doesn't know how to talk to customers

Poor customer service. Owner rejected to refund money after photo not accepted at service Canada. Going to complain to UPS corporate now for unethical service by their staff Jass and the owner.

Diljot went above and beyond to help me out today. He helped us with all the documents needed for the package. He was a total gent – his customer service was spot on. Definitely coming back.

Went today it was wastage of time. Standing for 30 mins in line and still don’t get proper attention if there are proper station to print or to pack than why not person can break the line and go for that stuff wastage of time by standing in line and there is just one person working this doesn’t make any sense that person take so much time to attend one customer.
Never gonna go again their.

Horrible experience ever in Canada. Their staff lady named Jass, telling us that baby passport pic is acceptable at service Canada with eyes closed too and the pic she took got rejected at Service Canada and Mr. Owner rejected to refund the money back to us. Come on!
