Thank you very much Bhezad for helping us! He found us the most affordable way to send a package internationally and did it professionally. He even stayed open a few minutes after closing to help us out. Definitely use them for all of your future shipping/ printing needs.

Reza is a very friendly, helpful and professional gentleman. I got turned away from Canada Post today, Reza made it all better and his personality was amazing!

My husband and daughters (2.4 y.o and 4 months old) did their passport photos. Reza (Owner) was so nice and patient with us. He even gave us a tiny photo for keepsake. It's my daughters' first passport photo. It will be nice to look at in the future.

Reza offered to help me tape up a package and then turned around and charged me $9 for 'labour' without telling me beforehand. Absolutely ridiculous and a rip off! Customer service is definitely not what it should be here and I will certainly avoid sending my clients here for printing in the future also.

I like the people who run this place. They are courteous and help out with packaging for a small fee. I always try to do my shipping with UPS because of this location.

Very slow service. They do opposite to what Government says for COVID practices. You will see 7 to 10 people surrounded in small place.

On Thursday January 21,2021 I visited this UPS store to pick up my phone. Upon receiving my package, I immediately noticed the package to be too light and asked the guy at the front desk if there was anything missing.

Front desk guy checks my tracking number and becomes very defensive. He says "no one ever opened your package, this was all we received. " I found this to be rude, because I never implied the package was tampered, I was simply asking if there was anything else that came with it.

Thankfully, there was another employee who overheard this conversation, checked the back and found the rest of my package.

Giving 1 star review because one of your employees is rude and has no customer service skills. If management see this feel free to contact me.

Edit: to the response from the owner. You can have human error or miscommunication, however, there is no excuse for that type of response. I highly suggest you speak to that employee and offer some guidance as to how to speak to customers when you are representing a brand. I will never return to this UPS store.

Came here last time to print a regular horizontal page and a double size laminated page. The agent was honest and said he never did laminated pages before and would take approximately 15 min and he also was closing the store in 5 min (didn’t know that). To help both of us, asked if I could pay for it and pick up the next day around noon. Here I’m waiting for that 15 min to get the pages printed. They’re busy and seems not to have enough stuff for their demand.

The older gentleman that works here, Reza, is very rude. His customer service is terrible due to his bad attitude. His son is 10x better and very easy to work with. Try to avoid this location if you can.

I waited there for 15 mins for printing just two pages and the guy was still talking with the last customer. I knew it’s nice to treat your customer nice but everyone’s time values

Wonderful people! Came in today September 30th at 1715. Helped me out real quick, asked the UPS guy to wait two minutes so my parcel could get shipped right away. Only had to write my complete info and sign, gave me my receipt and tracking and done. Thanks.

Amazing service and excellent pricing. The first time I came here, I needed a yard sign for a listing and they went above and beyond. They recommended the best frame for my needs, designed the sign and gave me the complete package with a quick turnaround. I was honestly extremely happy with my experience. I must mention that the employees/owners of this store are true gentleman. Ever since my first experience, I get all my printing work (and shipping) done here exclusively.

They (UPS store 528) are very friendly and do a very accurate, and quick service. I am completely satisfied with them, on the contrary to my bad experience with Canada Post which lost my passport and wasted a lot of my time.
