The staff was so rude. He even told me I can not help you, lift the box by yourself. Terrible service

The Customer Service I received from this location was above and beyond my expectations. I had been shipping packages all week at other locations and the service was nothing like what I received here. The staff was pleasant, helpful and a huge shout out to Saksham who carried ALL of my boxes out of my vehicle for me and took care of the rest in preparation for shipping. (I had also learned it was ONLY his 1st DAY!) WOW!

Terrible costumer service, zero respect and no responsibility what so ever. I came in to return a item and the guy was very rude. He was yelling and refused to help. Would never recommend

The staff I met in store was fine. But! Why can you not simply answer the phone. It is a place of business right? This is UPS right? I've called over and over on different days. Never answers! Go to the UPS location at Oxford and Wonderland. They are amazing.

Very rude at front desk and the store is filthy! I recommend giving your business to another location, there are many excellent locations elsewhere.

The woman at the store was very rude, and charged more than the listed price on the UPS website for passport photographs.

I don't know if this guy is just unhelpful, or just lazy. Go to Masonville for a better experience.

It's my second time in dealing with this location. The first time I had a package redirected there. UPS delivery service, which btw has no connection the UPS store, couldn't deliver my package. After I was notified my package was delivered I find that the store refused it without an explanation. The store clerk was cold and unapologetic. I then had the package redirected for pu at the Gladman location.

On my second encounter I went to send an envelope overseas. After getting a quote I went online myself and saved around $30. I didn't understand at the time the big discrepancy between the two. Not the same company.

After getting a quote, I called a UPS store to see if they could print the package label and was told for a small fee. I get to this location and was told if it's on your phone we wouldn't be able to print it. I was bewildered. Don't you have it in your system. That's when I found out they are not the same company. With out being offered any help and showed any compassion I had to go home and print the label.

So if you want UPS to ship a package etc, I wouldn't recommend this location. Also go online and get a quote first.

I don't know the name of the guy who seems to be working here all the time, but he's an absolute beauty. Very helpful, answers every question, and seems to be always happy.

Great experience every time I'm sending something out, or picking something up.

This location wouldn't take my package. I was under the impression it was because I was not wearing a mask and everyone else in the building was he tried to charge me for packaging when I just got off the phone with the head office and they do not charge you for packaging if it is needed that means bubble wrap etc that goes inside the Box.

I have made a formal complaint and they will be reaching out to this location to correct the problem hopefully no one else runs into the same problem. If you are an unmasked person please just be cautious of the way the individual treats you do not stand for it and do not let him charge you for for packaging that is free from the company.

Having a handful of gold rings and knowing that he is charging people for packaging that is free shows a lot about the individual and character he is.

It don't appreciate being ripped off especially in my own neighborhood.

Have a prepaid label to send a package but the guy charged me 6$ for reprinting label, said copy wasn’t clear

I dropped off a package to mail back to my employer and the gentleman, Paresh was SO helpful and SO kind!
