The UPS Store

I went there for printing a picture. I asked the staff if she can print it and she said that she will. After three times of printing in wrong size and format she told me that you I am wasting her time and how would I like to pay? I told her that I can’t use these papers and you should have told me that you can’t print it properly! She told me to leave the store! Very rude and unprofessional!

If I could give a negative star rating I would. The women who works there at the front desk, is rude, has no care about her job, has no customer relations and doesn't do much to assist you. We dropped off a package at the store, which was locked upon arrival during store hours and we had to wait for her to come to the locked to door to take the package. She took the package from my husbands hand but never bothered to scan it in. After a couple days of noticing it not scanned in my husband called the store to inquire where she rudely hung up due to the fact she said she had a store customer! He then drove there to confront her after she rudely hung up the phone and did not bother to assist or look in the store rather she just used the phrase "call customer service". Unfortunately UPS can't even file a claim without an initial scan of the package and therefore I can't get anywhere to figure out a resolution. UPS please look at how your system is dysfunctional in this regard! If there is no scan, they can't do anything, if your employee doesn't help and says customer service, how does a customer get anywhere? Please install camera's because for all I know she is enjoying my $300 brand new jacket on me!

DON'T SUPPORT THAT STORE!

Whatever you do, do not use this location, unless you want to be treated like dirt. The customer service is just non existent there, let alone the mess all around. I spent almost half an hour waiting for an agent and they were deliberately ignoring me, after interrupting me mid-word, when I was already reading out the tracking number.and then nothing, not even sorry. Two agents in the shop seemed totally oblivious that I was even there. Eventually I just left, without my package. Absolutely out of order - even one star is too much to give.

Great location, just a walk from Davisville subway. One stop solution for prints, photographs, packaging and mailing. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I have got perfect passport photographs done here at a pretty reasonable price. Highly recommend this UPS store.

I previously submitted a 1 star review because I couldn't get through to call and ask if my package was delivered at the 6 Belisize drive location. The order tracking only said package available for pick up no additional information or tracking #. No delivery notice was left for me to take with me. I have video proof of the "owner" of the store telling me he doesn't work for UPS he can't look anything up without a tracking #. I explained that UPS didn't leave me a notice or tracking # and if he could look up my package by name address or phone #. He rudely denied to assist me further.

I can't even pick up my package because I'm not sure if it's even at this location because the order tracking doesn't confirm and my multiple phone calls are hung up on

Awesome! Despite working alone and with other customers in the store, the owner took the time to explain about the documents and shipping procedure, packaging, helped finding the best price and with custom clearance, answered patiently all my question and processed the receiving of my luggages with great professionalism. His service and knowledge is outstanding! This is a Must-Go-To-UPS location for sure, thank you so very much! Sonja

Over charges misses documents, and charge you 40 $ for photo ID's, do not do anything here unless you have a detailed explanation of price or just go somewhere else

Absolutely phenomenal service from Hadi! Very expedient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would go out of my way to revisit this UPS.

This UPS store has great service when we need it. I was there with my son to drop off a package this week. The owner (Hadi) greeted us with a big smile. He provided us with efficient service. We got confirmation from the receiver within two days after droping off the item. We highly recommend him to anyone who wants to get fast and superior service.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Went there to print a simple black and white one page shipping label, and the owner realized that wasn’t going to make him money so he became super hostile and just point blank rude.

Fast and reliable service here all the time. Literally all my friends in the area use this store. We are all happy with the customer service that we receive. I have a mailbox here at this location and I also ship my packages through this location. Thanks for being open through out the pandemic. Wish you guys best of luck.

I have been coming here for some time now, very happy with the service that i have been receiving. They always take good care of their customers and making sure everything is done professionally. They ship with dhl and ups and always offer so many options for you to choose from for your shipping needs. Thank you for being open through out the pandemic.keep up the good work

Definitely recommend this location. I bring all my shipments to this location and never had a problem, they always arrive on time with no issues.very professional staff with great customer service.

Store never opens at time, come 30 mintes later if you come early. When available - provides extremely bad and rude service. Store owner when asked legitimate questions offered rude replies and asked me not to come back ever to his store. His exact words - 'yes, go ahead compain to UPS, this is MY store, what are they gonna do to me? "
They charge arbitrary prices - one day ot can be 3.5$ to print one page, the other day it can be 2.5$. Same goes for other services.
Overall extremely bad experience. I would rate them negative number if there was such option.
For every simle request attitde is given that makes overall experience very unpleasant. I will definitely compplain to UPS itself about this store.

P. S. I live around the block and this was a good place untill the ownership changed. Both are extremely rude and unwelcming people.

Surprisingly I found one ups store that actually knows what they are doing.great experience here with my shipping to bc.they packaged it nicely for me and my package got there on time.all around very good experience here.im definitely coming back for more

Owner was extremely helpful and did his best to give me the best cost-even gave me a free used box to ship my item.super friendly and they had a cute little dog in the office-adorable! Great experience will definitely come back to this location only

Great place. Tiny store packed with great service. I did a bunch of scanning there and my order was huge and a bit of a pain, to be honest. The gentleman at the counter took it in stride, was quite cheerful about it despite being super busy. It's a bit further than the closest one to me be they are open when they say so and do everything right.

The worst ups locatione ever. Called before going to this location to ask if they offer label printing services and the person I spoke with said YES. As soon as I gave my parcel to return, this person who seems to be an owner asked me to grab the label from the printer myself and later charged me for the label. I told the guy that I was told over the phone that you offer the service but instead he was telling me about how he has to pay rent for the printer.then when I said that Id rather print it myself and bring back the parcel, without a word he ripped the label in front of my face. NEVER going to this location or any other UPS. WORST SERVICE EVER.

Best shipping store around. Great service and professional staff. The shipping rates they offer is much much better than online.

I wanted to ship my stationary bike to Montreal to my mother. I called this location to figure it what I should do. They arranged pickup from my location, Picked up the bike from my house, took it back to the store and packaged it and shipped it. Very smooth and professional. All around great service.

I went to this location today to print a few documents. The printer did not work and when I asked the guy who was at the front desk for help, he dint budge from his chair and accused me of not knowing how to use a printer? Like seriously? This guy should be fired. Unprofessional and the absolute worst customer service experience.

I went in to ship something to states and the person working there helped me package my stuff so professionally. He was very patient and helpful.definitely coming back here again

Incredibly unprofessional. Just called the store to get an update on my package. The person on the phone was the most unprofessional person I’ve come across. He took no action to help me. His response was “what do you want from me”. He was zero help and a total waste of time.

My package worth of $2,500 was delivered to the wrong address. I have to wait 5 days for their investigation. Never get it, so I have to call the seller to help me out. Too pricey but yet have aVery bad service. Never again to this company!

Don’t bring your Amazon PrePaid return packages here! This location has changed ownership for the worst I am afraid. It used to be so nice since I live close. I recently went here with some amazon returns and the large build guy who works there refused one of my packages since it was “Not his shipment. ” He told me to take it someplace else since he had no more room for it. Shame. Yonge and st Clair UPS accepted it with a smile like this location used to do.
