The UPS Store

I opened a mail box for 1 year at this UPS establishment, the next day i tried to re-direct my mail when canada post told me it’s illegal to redirect mail to a mail box which i did not know as this is my first time opening a mail box, I called the owner he said leave out the suite number but canada post has the address registered as post boxes, i tried to give this address to receive my mail from the government and i was told the address shows up as a po-box I went back to the store today.so i only opened it yesterday, i explained the situation he said he can arrange my redirection at the canada post he knows and he can do it without me evens there, i asked for a refund and he would not give it to me, so as a cancer patient i do have the time to argue over this but i want to warn others not to do the same mistake i did

Love this place! Ankita (one of the workers there- sorry if I misspelled your name) is super sweet! She did my passport photos and was super sweet about it. Every time I bring my packages here she always does the process so smoothly and quickly. Thank you for everything!

What a joke $3.00 dollars for emailing and $1.00 for each paper cost me $4.50 for a piece of paper. This place rips off people disgusting to be honest worst experience ever

Store was supposed to close at 3, but i arrived at 2: 30 and they were closed with the “open” sign still hanging on their door… pathetic.

Pathetic service by an indian fat guy. Cheated on my family to get more money. Was listening to indian songs in a loud volume. Didnot turn on computer to check email, rahter said thay send me an email for printout. Charged $5 plus tax for 2 printouts. When asked why? He reffered to small sticker stating that email services $3. Does it mean u start asking clients pro actively to forward u an email. Pathetic & extremely un professional

Owners should terminate such a person

I arrived in a rush today requesting to print some invitations. The lady at the store very patient with me thank you so much. The invitations were wonderful exactly what I had in my mind I highly recommend this store!

I walked in and asked if they had shipping pouches. The lady gave me 3 for free even though it was being shipped with Fedex. Thank you!

This store needs attention for sure.

Worst UPS Store in Mississauga. I came to print some passport photos and while I waited for sometime they told me there is an issue can you come after 20 min. Then they said come later at 6 PM! I wasted some much time in this dated store.

Listed business hours say the store opens at 9am - I showed up today at 9: 15 am and nobody was there. Please stop wasting people’s time and list your correct hours or start showing up to your own business on time.

Good and quick, they might need to work on eliminating food smell from staff lunch. Yes it's not coming from next door neighbor. Very strong

They have very quick service. Rates are little high but better then many other. If you looking for faster service thwy are master I feel.

Dedicated staff, worked overtime for several hours to complete my order, yielding exceedingly satisfying results. Utterly unparalleled. Never thought I'd say that about a UPS.

Went to have passport photos taken, I had to wait close to 20 minutes because the camera wasn't charged. The employee took one set, then told me she had to do them again. After the second set was printed, I was assured that the passport photos were up to standards.
I took time off work to go to the passport office, only for the photos to be rejected because the pictures were "too dark" and has too much glare.
Complete waste of time. I should have gone to Costco or Walmart!
