UPS consistently falls short on delivering quality service. Despite paying a premium, I've never had the convenience of receiving my package at my doorstep. Instead, I'm left with a notice instructing me to pick it up from a store. I've paid for door-to-door service, but it seems the 10 kg weight of my package and living in an apartment with an elevator pose insurmountable challenges for UPS. This leaves me wondering about my rights as a customer – shouldn't I expect the service I paid for, especially when faced with a disability that makes carrying heavy parcels a significant obstacle?
Ps: The package is still at your store, and you are UPS. So, it's also your responsibility.

My experience in this store was amazing. The girl I had went above and beyond her job with all my paper work. I would highly recommend this UPS store. Thank you again for all your help.

Sweta is an amazing associate! She is so helpful and is always willing to get whatever needs to be done completed. I go to this specific UPS store out of all the ones in Oshawa so that I can have her assistance and I appreciate her customer service and smiles! Thanks Sweta, you’re awesome! - Mia

Absolutely the most amazing service ever received. Super helpful, affordable, stayed with us slightly past the closing time, to get documents from out of province. Highly recommend!

I always come to this location to do my Amazon returns. I've always had a positive experience, but my most recent interaction with Sweta was most memorable. From the moment I walked through the door, she greeted me, and was very pleasant and assisted me with my returns.

Had to send a few packages out to BC last minute. The staff was super friendly and helpful since it was my first time using UPS. A BIG thank you for the help!

A Good place to send your urgent packages, the staff is very kind and helpful, they explain you all the options and also give you their suggestions. I always go to this location

Stay clear from this place, they are just a money grab. Went to the North Oshawa Ritson store out of necessity to sent a 4 pages fax to a local 800#, they charged me almost 8 dollars for it, a total ripoff, shame on them.

The old owners were very good but these new owners are maybe new to the business. I paid to have some documents sent urgently and I chose to have UPS ship it to Vancouver. They told me that the earliest the document would arrive in Vancouver was next day by 9 am. I gladly paid the $60 + to have the document sent. My colleague was expecting to receive the docs by next morning only to find that this branch had the document picked up after their cut off of 5 pm hence the delay, we called customer service and they told me that the issue was this branch called for pick up was after their cut off time. The person i spoke to at this branch was unhelpful and even unapologetic. I will never send any documents via UPS ever again.
