This is my go to store if I need prints or passport photos or handling packages.
Mr. Hasan makes the whole process super easy and quick. The customer service is fantastic. I would 100% recommend.

This is my go-to store for printing and scanning services. Recently, I got my pictures clicked for my PR application (PCC/application/PR Card). The service is fast and nice. They really care about the customers and are very helpful in case any issue pops up.

The UPS store on Wilson Was of great help! Definitely will come back for any printing, scanning and other inquiries they provide such as passport pictures, international shipping, and so much more!

Staff at this location is very helpful and friendly. Also, they take best Photos for ID cards: D. I was there again today and Hasan went above and beyond to help me.

Came here 10am in the morning and was told he can’t accept any boxes bc there was no space in the store? What a joke.

I usually go to this branch for shipment of my parcels. Last week when I went there, I noticed a new team has taken over. They are very enthusiastic, polite and highly professional. I have always been satisfied with the shipment services at this branch, but I do believe the new people have taken their services to the next level. I highly recommend this branch to anyone especially those in the neighbourhood.

These guys are great! They are very professional and welcoming, and they are always working Saturdays and Sundays which makes them my favourite UPS store in this area of the city.

I went to this branch to take my passport photo and I was in a hurry because I had to get to work immediately. Claiming my passport photo was done so fast and I couldn’t even imagine how they did it so quickly! The staff were very polite and professional. Thank you!

I came here to get my passport photos done. There were 2 people a head of me. Only one worker here. & This elderly man employee takes more than 60 mins each customer. He cannot get anything right when inputting data to the computer. The people before me literally took the keyboard from him to do it correctly themselves. The service here is horrible. HORRIBLE!

The best guy I ever met. I forgot to have proper shipping label for one of my packages. The guy working went above and beyond, called me personally and informed me about it and made sure that it was shipped properly.

Visited this location yesterday for a passport photo, and It wasn't the first time to take my photos in this location. I was surprised that they charged me more than what was written on the website and what I paid before. I asked the guy have you changed your prices, he said "NO".
Then I checked my receipts, last time I paid for 2 photos and digital photo $28.23 with tax, and yesterday they charged me $32.71

Please post your hours as closing at 6: 30pm, and then put up a "Sorry We Missed You - Back in 5 Minutes" sign on your door at 6: 10pm. I waited there for 10 minutes, and nobody opened the store back up. I had to run over to the UPS Store on Dufferin to actually get service.

Passport photo + UPS label printing were done pretty quickly. Price charged not as listed online, however

Good speedy service and affordable rates. I'll continue to do business with them for as long as this is the case.

RUDE! DISMISIVE,

was not willing to release a package that I had a tracking # for, a copy of the label that matched that package, and provided address proof for it! Does not make sense!

Open on Sunday while most UPS stores aren't, and the woman at the counter let me drop off a package even though I was slightly late in the evening. 10/10, good service.

Really helpful staff and they were open when everyone else was closed (including other UPS stores). AND they answered the phone promptly AND they had what I needed. 5/5.

Convenient location, and good selection of shipping supplies and printing services. Excellent customer service as a partner carrier for Amazon.

I needed business documents delivered asap, went to UPS Store and paid big bucks for guaranteed 2-3 day delivery. It gets delivered in 5 but according to Mohammed at the Wilson Ave store "he is not responsible for the plane". Is this is acceptable service?
