Extremely polite and helpful staff, especially the lady at the front desk deserves praise, she is extremely polite, helpful and resourceful.
Getting photos clicked for immigration, passports etc.was a breeze.

Impeccable service! My 4 weeks old needed passport photos and the team at this location did an incredible job. The photographer took such good care of us and was very patient taking a ton of photos until we got the right one, which is almost impossible to do since at that age baby's head can't hold up well. Highly recommend!

Great service & helpful staff. Was in rush to get my passport photos done, helpful staff got it done quickly. They always charge me reasonable rates for printing than other stores. The 2 ladies at the front helped me a lot with shipping my international packages. Will highly recommend this place to visit for any printing or shipping services.

Hands down one of the best UPS stores I’ve visited. The store manager is extremely polite and you can tell that they care about their customers. I had to ship something internationally and I could not confirm the receivers address but the lady at the store was extremely patient and took care of everything without rushing anything. Thanks a ton for your kind service!

Avoid the store if you can, employees are lazy and look for excuses to avoid doing the work.

Editing based on your reply - I walked in with 2 packages and 2 shipping labels that I had printed on a letter size page. I came in only to drop the package. Let me reiterate again, I DID NOT walk in with loose items. All that was left to do was to attach/glue the label on the package. Now if your store expects customers to glue paper label to package, please make it clear. It was 6.20pm, your staff was ready to go home and there were two customers in front of me. Rather than being lazy, your staff could have politely asked to come the next day instead of saying we don't pack for you due to COVID, i mean at least look at the package and then decide if it needs packing or not.

I went in there a couple days ago Its definitely not the most welcoming place but the staff were okay for the most part now I didn't say friendly but they were okay. Every single time I've been in there I've greeted them and even told a joke but their customer service skills definitely isn't up to par. They usually offer put my products in polymailer and just say to leave the shipping label and they'll do it which is great. The one thing that didn't sit well with me was that I was trying to get a package shipped to California and they wanted $280 which I thought was absurd considering this was a medium sized box at most the weight didn't exceed 2 lb.so I asked them what about just standard ground shipping and they wanted $80 dollars I asked why was it so high and they said it's a private courier. I didn't understand what was going on so I just took my package elsewhere to a next location and got it shipped for $15. Definitely threw me off. (response to owner) - I have checked the ups website and did a online quote it with the same measurements and weight, it was offering at $50 you may have missed the part where the employee said it was a private courier which is not suppose to be. I also stated that it was great they will let you leave the packages and pack it up for you my problem is with your employees customer service skills and the offer a private service. Take care

Such amazing service!
I had sent some baby clothes to UK for a baby shower. The owner and the staff packed everything individually and securely just as I needed. The shipping process also was absolutely smooth. They helped me at every step of the custom clearance process so that my package could reach on time. I am so thankful to the UPS store #485.

The man that works at this location is extremely rude. He needs to work on his customer service skills. Will never return to this location again.

The people who work here are very pleasant and helpful! I'll enjoy having to come here for any pick ups/deliveries I need.

I have to say this is the worst UPS store I have ever dealt with. The man working behind the counter has no idea what hes doing and he is very rude. To make a long story short this is the second bad experience I have had at this location. I went in with a simple task of printing a label and sending a package, which you would assume seems simple enough, there was an issue printing the label and the store clerk refused to help me further. He was speaking very loud and obnoxiously in front of all the other customers in the store and in the end I was not able to send my shipment. When I got back to my office I followed the exact same steps as the man at the store and was able to print my label. These people have no idea what they are doing. Avoid going to this location if you want to ensure your package is received and delivered as per your instruction.

What a stain this store puts on the UPS brand, its such a shame.

Worse business ever Canada Post is cheaper than ups and Canada Post track your package really good and up to date ups tracking is a real joke they don't update tracking and when you call customer service they have no clue were is the package and no clue when it will be at your house

They don’t ship out your packages. Why have a UPS store then?
It was the highway 7 and Jane location. The guy saw me walk in with a package and said that this is not a drop off location.
Didn’t even ask for any of my information. Just saw the box and said he can’t do it. Terrible service.

This particular location has lost a few of my packages that I shipped out. They also refused to provide a little tape and made me buy a full overpriced roll.

Worst ups I been to, worker wanted me to purchase tape to close the box, really poor people skills.

I sent a parcel thru UPS store #485 to UK and later had some custom issues at final destination. Rob helped me out with every step of my parcel journey and the issue was successfully resolved. Rob is professional who was always there to help and answered all questions whenever I called. He helped with everything from the beginning (preparation of the parcel and suggesting right solution) to the end when the parcel was in UK. Thank you, Rob. I will definitely recommend your services.

Worst service ever. Other ups store provide tape to secure some opening of a box at no charge but at this place I have to buy the tape. But the guy let me use scotch tape to tape my box, I don’t know how that going to secure the box. And since I didn’t have a choice I took some to tape but he took it away as soon I was using more than 10cm tape. Worst ups store. Never go here. If you want to provide service, please provide good customer service.
