The UPS Store

For some reason delivery driver decided NOT to get out of the truck to deliver my package, insted taking it this location and leave it there. There was someone home all day, no one buzzed and no one called the cell number attached to the delivery. When I asked to have my package delivered to my door (that is what I paid for), I was told by the owner, they would ASK one of the drivers IF they would deliver it. Call back today to see if it i being delivered, and was told they only have 2 drivers, one for the day one for the night. The day driver refused saying it was't on their route. Owner said she woul dhave to wait until 5pm to ask the night driver IF he would deliver it and I might get it tomorrow. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I went there for my passport size photo for Indian passport and I specifically mentioned about the size of the photo and the lady said she knows it.
But when I went to BLS office with that photo, they rejected it and I need spend the money again at BLS office for the photo.
I won't recommend going there for the passport size photo as It's a waste of money because they dnt click the photo with the size needed.
FYI I went there on 4th May around 6.30 pm for the photo, printout and scan services.

I recently had a few colour posters printed at this UPS store. Staff are super friendly and highly professional. Have used their shipping service previously and was most impressed with how carefully the goods were packaged and delivered in a timely manner. This is a great business that serves the community exceptionally well. Shukriya!

I’m sorry, but you’re mistaken if you state that you haven’t provided any services to me recently. I have my bill backing up the $$ amounts I stated below. I was at this location on Saturday April 8th as of 12: 15pm. I have legitimate proofs backing up every word I said on this review.

Previous review-

I felt the prices were too high for basic work. I was told the charges to scan a hard copy would be $7.50 for a single page! (In my opinion, that was a ridiculous amount)

To get my photograph digitally taken it cost me $21 + taxes

I had 26 pages to scan so the guy charged me lump sum $59.97 + taxes (random number he pulled out of nowhere when I said $7.50 is too much). I never received my physical copy of the photo either.

Overall I was charged $92 for a single digital photograph and 26 scanned documents.

I’ve used The UPS Store (McLeod Rd) for my printing and shipping needs for years, and have always been happy with their service. I’d recommend them!

Sunny and his team are always incredible! We needed a handful of manuals printed ASAP and Sunny and Hasan took great care of us. They were thoughtful, diligent and patient. They could have simply printed what we sent them but they were just as concerned with the final out come as we were. They assisted with formatting and made sure that everything was perfect for us. 100% recommend this store and their amazing team. Professional, prompt and thoughtful. We will most certainly be back!

I recommend this store is always willing to help and to solve any situation you may have. Rajeev is very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. She stayed over her schedule to help me with my shipment. It is a great store with great people ;)

Excellent customer service. Very efficient very friendly and helpful. I have had a mailbox here for over 20 years and have never missed anything. They do more than just mail.

Shipment should be done by UPS by September 21, today September 26, still no shipment completed.

Could be better spent close to an hour trying to ship a small package plus they don’t expect debt card had to use my credit card

I have never recievied an item from ups but the people who work there are very nice. I forgot my key and got locked out of my apartment, since I was a kid the delivery man waited outside with me till someone could let me in. Thank you very much!

Pretty easy to access location wise and the staff have always been helpful. It's my go to location when using UPS.

We have used The UPS Store #192 for years for many of our printing and marketing needs. Sunny and his staff are always quick to respond when we inquire about jobs, have helped us with graphic design needs, and have a quick turnaround for our printing projects. Fantastic service, you will not be disappointed!

We are always pleased with the service and selection at the UPS store on McLeod Road. Sunny and Shiloh and staff are always pleasant and professional. They always have what we need for our business, and they are great supporters of Rotary in the community.

Not a good experience. Staff was very uninterested. Prices significantly HIGHER compared to other stores. AVOID THIS PLACE!

It also looks like a bunch of recent "fake reviews" were recently placed to over shadow some lower rated reviews, which shows what this store and staff is all about!

This is my go to place to get anything shipped. This is also my go to place to get pictures, awards etc mounted on "plak-it". You are always greeted with a warm smile. Their service is fast and efficient. This is not the closest UPS store to my house but I always drive the extra kilometers to this UPS store.

I love this place, you can securely shred your documents here with very cheap price. The person who was in the store today (don't know the name) was very help and he knows his work.

Sunny was great! I had multiple documents to be notarized and then mailed internationally. The process was fast and the docs got to the destination as promised via tracking. The notary prices could be much better though! At $50 per document it’s a lot! Red Seal notary Toronto charges $20 for the first 3 and then goes down after. In my case getting documents notarized every 2 weeks due to a death back home has now become burdensome because the cost adds up fast!

But the staff is polite and courteous. I hope this review is taken in a positive manner to help with costs as no negativity is intended here. Thanks for your services!

We hire Sunny's UPS store for our advertisement brochures, Building signage, Awning Signs, Window tinting and perforated vinyl at our newly open convenience store.

Visited ups 7000 mcleod about 20 minutes ago. Was waited on by Shiloh. On going in there was a line. The fantastic prompt courteous and happy service was enjoyed by all 10 of us. Really appreciate the service from the store staff. I was shipping an item bought at auction to the US and they did a great job of communicating status updates as we organized logistics and then navigated customs. I actually didn't think this would be doable, but the staff made it so straightforward and such a great experience.
